I went in there to have my radio installed and there was nothing wrong with my AC and the plastic piece that goes around it they glued it back together and gave it back to me like this and then refused to pay for it if I could give them less than one star I would I don’t recommend anyone use this place for more than a car wash!!!!

Spent $6 dollars to wash my car and $1 on vacuum. You gotta be Krazy fast washing and vacuuming or youll spend more money.

The place is not bad. Very easy to use the machines but if they would maintain them a bit better itll make it easier for those who dont see well. I wouldnt suggest to use the vending machines to get those odor pine trees or anything else cause it took my money and nothing came out. Nobody was there to help either even though their working ours posted that they are open till 6pm and it was 5pm!!

Took my money and didnt provide me with chamge.the change machine was down.to add insult to injury theres no way to contact the company to make a formal complaint or have the issue resolved.

If you like washing and vacuum your own car this the place to go.

No soap in the automatic car wash and GOOD LUCK getting your money back or the owner Eve returning your call or money. I even went next door to the Liquor store that the owner of the car wash works.or even possibly owns and he stated.I NO HAVE TIME TO GO CHECK THE CAR WASH TO SEE IF I TRULY HAD DEPOSITED MONEY IN THE MACHINE THAT TAKES THE MONEY FOR THE CAR WASH.. FLAT OUT A RIP OFF IF THERE HAPPENS TO BE A PROBLEM.

Im just going to lay it out there I think crazy Verns is the best car wash I have ever been to as far as the time given for the wash and the amount of soap and wax that came out of the hose while I was using the system.. having been my first time there it was a little confusing how to get in and out because of the businesses around,,but nothing that the average person cant figure out and learn to navigate the next time..

The car wash equipment looks like it has been here since the turn of the century. It performs like it, too.The hose for the brush leaked. The pressure wand also leaked. Water pooled up underneath the car and my shoes got soaked. There was a sharp hose clamp that cut my hand while I scrubbed.I usually prefer a DIY carwash because I can get my car as clean as washing it at home without having to drag out the hose and buckets, etc. But this wash was even less convenient.Save your time, money, and frustration and just wash your car elsewhere.

Find another place! The equipment here is very old and not well maintained. After paying for an $8 car wash, I had to pay another $3 to use the vacuum twice because it turns off so quickly. Overall too expensive for what you get.

A True Kissimmee institution. Vern should get the Key to Kissimmee for keeping KrazyVs going all these good years. This is all I need in a self-wash car place: good prices that lets me break up a wash into a couple/three phases, and the essential options (soap, scrub, wheels, rinse, wax, triple foam, vacuum.) Highly recommended.
