This place is not worthy the money, the boards inside the storage along the door are rotten. The latch to the door doesnt close very well. There isnt much upkeep put into it.

My experience started by booking a parking space online that was very easy. Fernando then contacted me by phone to confirm my booking. Upon arrival I was greeted by Fernando who was very friendly and accommodating. He processed my lease quickly and escorted me to my parking spot. Everything was completed promptly. A very satisfying experience and as a result I have recommended a friend to park his trailer there as well.

Katherine is amazing. We were having the move from HELL and she made the transition from home to storage easy. She is truly sincere in her efforts to go above and beyond for her customers (who she treats like family). From the moment that I met her, she made me feel welcomed. Her excellent customer service is a rarity. She is a true GEM and I could not thank her enough for the service that she provided for me and my family.

Rented storage based entirely off the reviews others left of the manager. HE WILL TAKE GREAT CARE OF YOU, although his hands are sometimes tied by corporate. I looked at lots of storage options, all of them seemed to be part of some large conglomerate. Cube Smart I thought was a better deal than Uhaul, the call center did a better job with my needs, and the manager offered extended access - which was huge. I told him what I needed and he delivered. The first month was half off, the corporate sign was offering a free month... but not on any units... only on vehicle parking. Thats the kinda stuff he couldnt do much about. You call the location and get the call center and get transferred. Would prefer to deal with the storage manager Fernando, who will give you a direct messaging line, again, dont care for the corporate call center and bloated overhead, but he makes it all work. The on site staff is amazing to deal with. He was always willing to make my needs a top priority. Even though they are not independently owned and operated, they are ran as if they were a family owned business by Fernando and Catherine. They truly go out of their way to earn and keep your business.

On March 2, 2017, I had a big situation with the leasing office of Heron Lake Apt about having all residents patio need to be clear of cardboard boxes, etc. So I found this place online with a reasonable price nearby my apt. I met this friendly staff, Fernando at the office of CubeSmart. He totally help me to get thing setup and ready so I got started right away! Excellent customer service!

Recently, I needed short term storage. This location came up as a preferred site and it worked well being nearby to my truck rental. When I asked to change my reservation to a larger size space, there was no problem. Very helpful and informed staff. Clean, convenient, and excellent drive up accessibility to the storage space. Also, secure gated access early and late. Highly recommended.

Fernando & Catherine called me after making my reservation to welcome me to Cube Smart. They wanted to make sure I knew they were available for any questions I may have had and to see if they could be of any help with our move in. The check in process was very quick and seamless. Unfortunately, the access code given at check in did not work upon us moving in to the unit, but Catherine quickly resolved the issue and hopefully the problem is solved. The facility seems to be very secure and having someone on site is a big plus. Overall very happy so far!Just turned in my unit...great service again from staff...Great experience!

A true nightmare: let me begin by saying we got a storage unit late November 2018, we moved out of state, about a month later we see our electronic payment had not been posted, I called and was instructed to give a copy of my bank statement and I did showing it had been made, then I get a late charge showing on my account, the bimbo manager kept telling me oh Ill get it took care of; we show up in April of 2019 and our code wouldnt work to get in and they had a lock on our unit, I call the district manager who was helpful, any way I would not do business with this company again

I see at least one staff member reviewed their own facility, how is that possible? His review is praising the staff, of course he THINKS they are great. Truth be told high pressure sales tactics & DECEITFUL ways only get you so far!!!!

My husband went in to inquire about renting a unit. The woman on duty was mad that she had ordered food and he walked in as she was going to go pick it up. He gave her an opportunity to leave to pick it up and hed come back. She insisted on staying. Througout his visit she was extremely rude and disrespectfule time to him. To add insult to injury she was trying to make his sign up for all the upgrades as if it was mandatory. The units were dirty and unkept. We definitely will never rent from here. We took our business to morning star and couldnt be happier with the service,unit, price and cleanliness.

Fernando is excellent! He has excellent customer service skills and always goes above and beyond for his customers!. He is always more than willing to speak to me and address any questions, problems or concerns I may have. If you are looking for a great and affordable storage company CubeSmart is the way to go!!

Called several locations to parkmy boat around Orlando for a couple of days. After several expensive quotes, Cubesmart allowed men to park my boat for up to 30 days for free plus a $25 admin fee. The staff was extremely friendly, polite and accommodating. Awesome experience!

Kept my RV here for 5 months with no issue, place is run down but that’s ok. Problem is I took my RV on a camping trip, day I left I get a voicemail asking if I still needed the parking space. I called back the same day, no one answered so I left a message that I was camping and still needed the space. Tried to call again the next day still no answer. Came back and my spot had been given away to someone else. No trust in this location. Moved my RV to personal mini storage.

After giving notice that we would leave our credit card was charged for a full month. Many requests for a refund of the overpayment were fobbed off or ignored. Do not deal with these crooks.

They had a price by internet and when I got there was almost double price, I did a reservation online, they sent me a email it read the price I should expecting to paid the firts paid and when I went there I has to pay almost $50 over that payment, I got to take it because I have already the truck outside with all the stuff I needed to storage.

They were very helpful with making sure that all of my needs were met. Fernando was very understanding, patient and professional.
