Dishonest staff. My husband and I had a miscommunication and we paid $160 for one month of their smallest unit. 10 minutes later I realize this isnt the Orlando location we meant to book. (We were in a pinch for an urgent move with 2 small children) I quickly called and told them that we made a mistake and if they could refund us. If not fully, atleast partially- also because they advertise one free month which didnt apply when I paid online. We paid it 10 minutes ago and we will not use it because we paid this for the wrong location. The worker assured me that that should be fine, because I booked it 10 minutes ago and wont use it, they can refund me, and that they will approve it with the manager. I call several times after that, and continually told that its processing with the manager. Its been 4 months and Im forgotten about, and they have my $160 which the nice lady on the phone initially told me I could get refunded. If I knew I couldnt get refunded, maybe I would have rearranged things to use this location because we needed a storage unit and didnt want to waste $160. But because they lead me to believe that 1) I would be getting a refund because I called 10 minutes later to cancel and request a refund and they agreed pending the manager 2) they offer your first month free call for details which, even if they really didnt want to refund me, they could have applied that.But nope. Nothing. 4 months later. That shows me they are dishonest and love money- not integrity.

Terrible experience the customer service is what gave this a low review because there is NO ONE in the building to help you and the gate doesnt always recognize your code so you end up having to call the helpline that doesnt answer for 10+ minutes. Take your money elsewhere

This storage is the worst one I’ve used yet… when I moved out I had to throw away my furniture because of bugs. It had roaches and these white bugs I’ve never seen before(very scary). I told management about it and was told that “their other clients haven’t complained” but I can only speak for myself and this place is trash!!!

This is the best self storage spot in Kissimmee. Fair rates, good customer service, convenient location. Plus, plenty of options for different size units.

I want everybody to know if your looking for an awesome storage units, then look no further. I mean wow there is camera every keeping your things safe. Youre safe cannot be safer if were sitting in Fort Knox. I promise you will not be disappointed it is the best storage unit in Brazos County in anywhere.Bryan W.

I started just before they got new owners. The new people are really friendly and they have improved a lot of things. Some as simple as how you get in and out and billing procedures. They may seem like small things, but they make my life easier and frankly, those are the type of people I like doing business with. I would highly recommend them. Clean and secure!
