Mike explained what he was going to do before I left the shop this morning and then showed me the bad parts when I came to pick up the vehicle this afternoon. Thrilled with repair to my vehicle. Businesses with a passion for what they do, and a good moral ethic can really retain customers. Both qualities are here, and the fact that they are usually booked 2 weeks out makes alot of sense once you go in to meet them.

I made 3 appointments to this location and during those visits, the mechanic wasnt able to find the main problem to my car. Different parts had been changed on my car but in the end, my main problem was my ECU was faulty. So doing multiple visits wasnt going to help in my case, I had no choice but to take it the Dealership and found the problem right off the bat. The entire time I had my check engine light on and never mentioned to me that my Engine Control Unit was broken this entire time. My other mechanic called him to ask him about seeing any OBD codes in my car and he claims that he never saw any. I plugged in my scan tool to be sure even before visiting the first time.Dont get me wrong, hes a good mechanic, but if you have more than one problem on your car, you will have to do multiple appointments and will solely base the problem on what you say, not by the scan tool.

This was a great choice for an oil change. Great service at a good price. They even did a detailed inspection, knowing we were travelling home to Canada. The Man who served us even took time to interact with our grandson by telling him Minnie Mouse has her car serviced here. He thought that was great and wanted to know if Mickey did too. This place is great and if we ever have the opportunity to return for service, we will.

My parents live near here. I went with my dad to pick up his van. They took great care of him. They did not charge him for parts he did not need. They explained, in detail, what they did and answered all questions he had. They made sure he understood everything before leaving. They also gave him a breakdown of all work completed. All wonderful people. After going with him I can now understand why he will only bring his van there. When my dads van broke down M&M was closed for vacation. My dad refused to bring it anywhere else. He waited until they opened back up. I give them an AAA PLUS RATING.

Doug was a pleasure to talk with on the phone and in person. Mike gave me the peace of mind that I didnt have a gas leak after giving everything a thorough search inside and out. He spent more than an hour helping me out and only charged for a half hour when nothing bad was found. Honest team, great people, worth the drive. Ill be back again =)

I have lived in the Kissimmee area for approximately two years. I first was attracted to the sign outside that always has encouraging sayings on it! Then I made appointments for oil changes and auto repairs. Mike and Doug and the other repairman couldnt be nicer! They explained everything, and they dont overprice you.I certainly recommend them!

They actually tested my car to find things that were really wrong with my car and told me what wasnt wrong that other places told me were.
