The driver and I were able to communicate prior to our arrival. I called when we got there and he told us to go to 26 and hed pick us up. That was a bit frustrating considering wed never been there and it is hard to find. However he was very nice. The Limo was very clean and upgraded from the one Id ordered. This was a great surprise after a morning on planes. He took us to our destination with no problems. It was a wonderful experience!

We had a great experience. Booked to take us from Disney hotel to Universal. They were early and were fine waiting for us to get through the mess of traveling back from the parks to the hotel and getting our bags. The kids loved the SUV. Had drinks in the limo for us all. We booked a day later for them to take us back to the airport. They were on time and got us there easy.We will book again.

I booked this service thinking I would be getting great customer service despite the reviews. I was trying to surprise my daughter for her birthday. I was completely incorrect! I needed to cancel the service and called three weeks in advance to do so! Will not refund my money at all!!!! He only offers low quality limos as well. He will take all the money upfront, which is fine; however he will not refund any of it back if you cancel!!! He told me I can have a credit for a year. Um sir, I don’t live in FL and only visit but never in the same area so I would never use that credit! All he is trying to do is provide you service with low quality cars and take every penny! I will never ever recommend his services!!! I am out a lot of money and he doesn’t even care!

I was skeptical with numerous unfavorable views however our ride/rental was a complete success. Booking was easy, price seemed too good so I called to confirm the price. I reserved the 6 passenger limo for ride for family from Orlando airport to a Universal Hotel and I did this the night before our arrival.About 5 minutes after we landed the driver called me and gave me exact directions to where he was parked out front. We landed early so I’m assuming he was tracking our flight! He even stopped at a grocery store so we could pick up some items for our stay. Oh they even upgraded us to the 10 passenger limo.The radio was not working, however the driver gave us as auxiliary cable so we could directly connect our phone. From start to finish there were no issues, kids/family were impressed. Everything was as advertised and we would/will use them again for sure!

Although the customer service was impeccable and the limo came right on time, even after a few plane delays... I have to be honest about the quality of the limo. I reserved the 10 pax limo, and when it pulled up, had it not been for mickey breakfast reservations, I would have absolutely just took a cab and let them keep my money. The limo was spray painted in places on the outside..the tint wasnt even on some spots, there were used plastic cups with old champagne in them. The seperator had ply wood with a smaller mirror that didnt cover the wood..the light are home depot tube lights just stuck up in the ceiling. The seats are visibly older...like I said, had it been for our non refundable- no reschedule reservations, I would have let them keep the money we paid and took a cab... It was an embarrassment to get in and out out the vehicle... Which is a shame, because with some newer fleet..Id book with this company again.

So unprofessional. i called to make a reservation and the man said that i sounded unsure of myself and said to call back when i knew what i wanted. i was just asking for details about the limo. then, i call back and tell him again that i wanted to make a reservation and asked how i would pay (because i didn’t know) and he said oh it sounds like you don’t want to give it to me. and then he just hangs up. unbelievable. so i call back a couple times and he ignores my phone calls. don’t book with this man.

I called to make a reservation, and the man who answered said to use the website. I made the reservation on the website. The day before our event, the company called at 10:00 pm. We were already in bed, so didnt answer, and they left no message. I called the next morning at 8:30 a.m. and was told since we didnt answer, they rented the car to someone else.With Lyft and Uber being so readily available, I wouldnt try this company again even if I had to walk. Rent from them at your own risk.

Very unprofessional. I booked a limo for our wedding exit and scheduled the pickup to be at 10:45pm. The night of the wedding, the driver calls me around 6pm to tell me his other event is running late so he won’t be able to pick us up on time. I explained that this is unacceptable because I booked a specific time for a reason. The driver offered to refund me because of him being late so I accepted his offer. About a week after the wedding, I hadn’t seen the refund come through yet so I called to ask when I should expect it. The guy told me that I needed to email the company so that they “have it on record to process” even though I was never informed about doing this when he offered to refund me in the first place. So I went ahead and emailed the company to request the refund. It’s now over a week since doing so and I still have not received the refund or even an email back for an update on it. Like the rest of the 1-star reviews on here say, stay away from this company.

This was such a disappointment! My daughters 17th bday was ruined. She missed her reservation, the driver had to stop and get gas and then again to get an auxiliary cord. It still didnt work. They could only listen to a static radio station. Their whole vibe was killed. The driver went to my underage daughter about money, she had to call me upset and worried. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was very unhappy, I feel like the owner didnt try to rectify the situation or make me at ease about situation. DO NOT DO IT!!!!

Disney Steve was a great driver. We did 2 round trips in one day from a house we rented in Kissimmee to Magic Kingdom Disney with 12 adults/4 kids & it was perfect. They were very flexible & considerate of our time. They got us to and from our destination in perfect shape & at a very reasonable price each trip. I highly recommend this company for future reference & plan on using them again on future Disney trips. Family owned & operated too. Good people!! Thanks again for getting us back and forth safely!! You rock!!!

If you’re thinking of booking through this company I would keep on looking. They were the cheapest I could find and I was ready to book with them. I made a reservation online three weeks before the event. The same day I made the reservation I received an email stating my reservation was accepted and three hours later it was cancelled. I called the facility and they informed me because no one answered the phone, WHEN HE CALLED, then it’s considered a cancelled reservation. He didn’t leave a voicemail or even given me a day to get back to him. I was going to proceed with the reservation until he told me I needed to either pay him cash the day of or I would have to send him a picture of my credit card, front and back, in order for the transaction to go through. If this isn’t the sketchiest thing I have ever heard I don’t know what is. He hung up on me and refused to answer my calls. I put in another reservation online and he canceled it. I don’t get how he’s getting business if he is pushing away legitimate people that want his service. Goodluck to whoever books with him. If this is the interaction I got then I don’t know what would have happened the day of the event. Dodged a bullet here!

Unprofessional. Radio did not work for my niece and her friends. Driver attempted to collect money from my 17 year old niece, Instead of calling her parents. Driver had to stop and get gas on the way to the destination.

This was absolutely a HORRIBLE experience. I booked this company a month in advance for my wedding to bring myself and bridal party to my venue. The confirmation was sent and everything was booked. The payment was taken out BEFORE the day of which they started was not going to happen, no biggie. But when I pay for a service I expect to get that service. I had a pick up for 3:30pm. At 3:45 I called the service and was hung up on. When I called back the guy was absolutely so rude to me and said he tried calling me all morning, he never left a message. When I asked him if he left a voicemail, he stated “ I don’t need to leave a voicemail, you need to answer your phone” he conviently have a limo around the corner. When the driver got there he did not get out of the car to help my party into the limo while it was raining. He told us not to touch the glasses because he had another party to pick up and this limo was for them. Cool. The window was leaking so one of my bridesmaid was wet. When we got to the limo, he basically tried to kick me out, and turned to my coordinator and started tapping at his watch. This was the WORST experience ever and would never recommend this company, I am now fighting for my money back.

We booked them over a month in advance, paid in full, called to verify everything was still good a week later, and they did not show up to pick me and my husband up from our WEDDING. Not only all of this, but the story changed about 10 times that night depending on who called and who they spoke to. “Oh no we showed up at 9pm and no one was there” They were suppose to pick us up at 9:45 reception ended at 10. “I was dispatched to pick up prom kids really quick, but was told someone else would be on their way to come pick you up” “well we didn’t show up because no one called to remind us” seriously?! I didn’t have to call and remind my florist, photographer, caterer, Baker, etc to provide their services “the address you gave us doesn’t exist” just one thing after another 🙄 so my mom called Monday and the guy was incredibly rude, not once did anyone apologize, and it was like pulling teeth to get a refund. So they got a bad review on yelp and were reported to the better business bureau as well as this review I’m posting now. Then they came back to the better business bureau with “we had mechanical issues, so we aren’t liable” really now? Mechanical issues? Then how come you “showed up” and no one was there? Or how you “got called” to another job with someone else on the way? In the grand scheme of wedding disasters it really wasn’t a big deal. My husband and I didn’t drink at the wedding, so we had someone go get my vehicle from a nearby rental property so we could drive ourselves to our hotel on our wedding night 🙄 I wish we would have seen these google reviews before booking, not a single good review.*edit for response from owner*We were not drunk as my husband and I had to DRIVE to our destination ourselves. “They were all drunk” my ass you were only suppose to be there to pick up my husband and I. You did not show up because of “mechanical issues” as described in your response to the BBB, so if you never showed up how do you know we were drunk? The lies never end with you people. Plus if you did have mechanical issues the appropriate response would be to call and notify the party you are picking up that you were having issues and couldn’t make it. And death threats? Get real 🙄 I don’t care enough about the situation to threaten you. I got my refund, I just want to warn others of your terrible business practices. You will want to pass on this one. Booked company for round trip from MCO airport to Port Canaveral and back. Upon our arrival at MCO, driver was a half hour late. We were greeted with a welcome sign scribbled on scratch paper and an antiquated vehicle. The engine labored loudly all the way from the airport to the ship. Upon our return, we requested a later pick up time believing that we would be dismissed from the ship later than expected. When we advised the company that we were ready as scheduled after all, we were told we needed to settle for a van instead of the limo we prepaid for. I requested a discount to accommodate us for the inconvenience. Instead, we were told he could not be sure the driver would arrive in time to take us to the airport to meet our plane and that our money would be refunded. By that time we had been waiting for 1 hour and had declined the services of several other companies. One of the members of our party is disabled. We ultimately had to order an uber driver. Very dissatisfied with Orlando Limousine Florida!!!

Rented a limo to take us to and from a cruise port. We were told the limo could hold 10 passengers and 10 pieces of luggage. There were 8 of us. We were expecting some sort of small trailer for the luggage but it was just the limo that pulled up. We spent 5 hours crammed in the limo with all of our luggage on top of us. It should have only taken 3.5 hours but he refused to use any of the toll roads. Not to mention the limo sounded like it was going to break down any minute. We weren’t sure if we were even going to make it. He also was asking us for directions and then ignoring when we would tell him to take a turn that would lead him to a toll. He asked if we wanted a larger vehicle for the return back. He showed up with the big van. There were only 6 of us on the way back and there still was no extra room. Not to mention he had one of us loading the luggage ourselves. He then had the nerve to DEMAND 20% gratuity. This was literally the most uncomfortable ride I could have ever imagined. Wish we would have looked at reviews first. There’s a reason this is so much cheaper. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

Set up transportation with Orlandolimousinefl for our cruise on 5/19/19. This included 4 total trips since we came in 2 days early and left a day after the cruise. I arranged these trips in February and the $462.73 was removed from my credit card on 2/22/19. We arrive in Orlando from Houston, on time and we get to baggage claim and I see no one waiting for us. I called the number and was abruptly told, the driver was on another trip and I would have to wait. I asked if this was how he typically ran his business and he responded with I’ll refund your money and hung up on me! So, we are stranded in the airport and ended up having to grab an Uber to take us to our hotel in Cocoa Beach! I’ve used numerous limo companies in several cities including Houston, Vegas, New York and Louisiana, so I know how good customer service works! This was not even close and was not a good start to our wonderful vacation! Thankfully, we found another reputable company to arrange our other 3 trips and they have been one of the best I’ve used. I would never recommend Orlandolimousinefl to anyone. I’ve seen the owner get on here and make excuses after excuses, always blaming someone else, however your customer service needs to be overhauled! So save everyone your BS excuse on this one! You were a major failure and I want my refund immediately!

1 star only because it won’t let me give 0. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked them 2 weeks in advance for my sister’s bachelorette party. I called because it was past the pick up time and the “owner/manager” who answered said they didn’t have any limos to send. They never called to inform us of this nor was he apologetic. We ended up having to drive ourselves to the party location. Horrible HORRIBLE company. Completely unprofessional. Hung up on me multiple times and never gave us any alternative transportation. STAY AWAY!!!

The ONLY reason I gave a 1star is that I wasn’t allowed to rate without! ABSOLUTELY ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT use this service! I promise you will be disappointed. We booked literally 4 months in advance (December ‘17) for an April ‘18 Cruise to and from Orlando to port canaveral. The day they were set to drive us to our cruise they were 20+ minutes late AFTER they called to tell us the LIMO we booked was broken down. Being reasonable people we were nice and our group of 10 loaded up 20 minutes late in an old beat up van. Even the driver was unapologetic. He was less than friendly and scorned us that he didn’t like us bringing our Starbucks in his van- mind you some of the seatbelts didn’t even work. None the less we gave them the benefit of the the doubt. Things happen. The morning they were set to pick up up from the port- guess what- that same exact limo was hit by a bus! Go figure. No apologies- no alternative arrangements made to help us/ simply a child like mentality of “its not my fault”- Despite the fact that we had PREPAID for this service. We had to secure our own transportation for our group of 10 and pay out of pocket. STILL being nice- I figured surely this company would refund us for the service THEY DID NOT PROVIDE! Several texts, calls with the (aggressive unfriendly and rude) owner and STILL no refund! He has been confrontational and rude this entire time and COMPLETELY unprofessional. We will be proceeding with an alternate means to get our refund. This company is a complete joke. DO NOT use them. I fully expect a ridiculous rebuttal posted on here. Learn from our mistake! ** I would like to add that after seeing this review the same day I posted it the owner directly contacted us and left a voice mail calling my husband multiple curse words for allegedly trying to destroy his business. He clearly stated he will not refund our money (for the service he never even showed up for). I waited 1 month and one day from the failure to provide a prepaid service before my negative review in a hopes that they would do the right thing and refund the money.

I wish there was a negative star option. I am not the kind of person that likes to give bad reviews, I usually take the time to acknowledge good performance and costumer service but I really need to warn others about this company and their shady way of doing business.My husband and I contracted their limo service for my mom’s 72th birthday. They have already charged and taken our money plus 30 dollars for tip, no biggie... the Bday comes and they call my mom on the phone but my mom had bad reception and the phone call drops. Apparently they called again but phone never rang (Do to bad reception) but the alert that someone left a voicemail comes through. It was the Limo company saying that since someone “hang up” on them and no one was answering the phone call, they will take it as no one wanting the service and take it upon themselves to cancel the reservation. Reservation that has already been paid for. We call right away, not even 5 minutes have passed since their first attempt and they inform us that they have cancel us and they have already booked someone else. I tried to explain the phone problem my 72 year old mom was having and the rude man on the phone kept insisting she hang up on him. They said they will reimburse the money charged but based on other reviews I’ve later read from this company, that was never going to materialize. If you have already taken the money from your client, specially the full amount plus tip and the plan is that you are to pick up at 6pm your job is to be in position to pick up at 6 pm at the place already booked, paid for and established. If the client doesn’t show up then you are free to go and keep their money. You don’t just call the day of and because you didn’t get to actually talk to the client right away you can’t just cancel with the vague promise you will refund the money. I wish this was the only issue with this company on this special day for my mom but what unfold after that is too long to put in writing. Bottom line I don’t know how this company is still in business, bottom line I can’t believe how rude this man was with me and my mom, bottom line this company is using their low price advertisement to take advantage of people and do them wrong, bottom line savw yourself a story like mine and many others that have taken the time to write a review and warned others, bottom line if you want your day to be special please go with another company... any other company.

Stay away!!!!!! Pay a little more and go with someone else. We reserved a limo 2 months in advance arrived and were forced to share a limo with strangers or be stranded at the airport. They refused a refund even though they messed up. Terrible!!
