Excellent at taking your money. ( Four stars is a joke...) Showing up/communicating not so much. I booked a ride with this company two weeks before the trip date and they processed my credit card charge and sent a confirmation email. That was the end of the service provided. The day of the scheduled ride I showed up early at the pickup point ( 07:20 for a 07:45 scheduled pickup). We waited for 50 minutes (left at 08:37 ) and they were a no show / no call / no email / no text . We called the office multiple times and only got voicemail. Although I left a detailed message with my confirmation number and callback number I never received any communication whatsoever from them. Luckily, I was able to book a FlixBus ride and it was fine and a great value.
On August 9, I bought a Naples-Orlando ticket at 9:00 A.M. to exit Publix Lot, Pine Ridge Rd, Naples. Reservation number 11994. The Shuttle never showed up. I called on the phone and no one answered. At 9:05 we were informed that the Shuttle would not show up, the trip was not going to take place. They did not call to notify, they did not send an email, nor did they contact each other. they apologized, and promised to return the money paid, $ 115. to date September 7, already a month, they have not returned the money. I have called Florida Shuttle repeatedly, at different times and on different days, and haven’t gotten an answer. Please Florida Shuttle, keep your word and give me my money back because you did not comply with the service I paid for creating damage for my person and my son because we had an important meeting that day in Orlando at 3:00 in the afternoon.
ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Save your time, and money !! They will charge you and never answer nor show to your pick up spot. It should be illegal. Surprised there are no Lawsuits on them. Do not donate your money to these thieves ! Made reservation, paid. Waited and waited. Never showed. But they did charge me up! Never even got a call either.
I would give 0 if there was an option . This transportation is a spam . They take money, do not give email confirmation, do not show up and do not answers calls . They took $55 from online reservation. I doubted then when I didn’t get an email or phone confirmation but still had faith until the day of my trip. Of course it didn’t show up, called the numbers, going straight to voicemail. Many shuttle drivers said this shuttle is not a trustworthy one . I had to take an Uber to the airport to get on another shuttle which was far cheaper and the best . Seats were comfortable. Flexibus is the best, guys. But do not ( I repeat DO NOT) take this Florida shuttle.I would report to the business bureau that this business should be closed because they just take money without a service
Verified customer. Reservation # 11384. When you google shuttle services for this area this company pops up 1st for several lines. Companies pay google for this. I know this as a fact. Shame on Google for doing this with a company that has such bad reviews. But shame on me for not checking the reviews first. They took my money and gave me a reservation number. Believing that everything was fine I wait for my transport to the airport. Naples to Miami. They never showed. Spent 30 minutes calling with no answer. Now Im stuck trying to make a flight which I had to cancel because no way was I going to find transport with this short of notice. So now Im out the flight cancelation fee, the shuttle fee, but wait. Ive already checked out of my hotel so I now have to stay another night until I can fly out tomorrow. If any of this sounds fun then by all means use this horrible company! Good luck fellow travelers. Youve been warned. And by the way. BBB rates them an F. Seriously Google. You failed us on this one. They should be removed from your search engine for such horrible business. 1.6 out of 5 stars. That must be due to the lowest possible rating is 1 and the .6 is from the employees making false rating to try and bump it it.
Imagine the disappointment of traveling from overseas and this piece of S company not bothering to pick up the phone or more importantly picking you up after you pay then $60. Absolute scammers may you rot in hell
I have called this company four times over the past several days, trying to book transportation from Naples to the Miami Airport and eventually back, for 18 people. I have left a voicemail message each time with no response. I even asked them to give me the courtesy of letting me know if they were still in business or unable to handle my request. This company obviously has no business ethics.

There are at least 4 phone numbers that dont connect you with anyone or anything though letting you leave a voice message. I left messages, voice messages that left unanswered.My friends tried calling with the same results.My flight was changed and thats the reason I need to reach out to them.Id like to alert other travelers. Do not use this company. I booked a trip to Miami for Monday May 31, 2021 from Fort Myers. They charged my card $55. On the 31st, I was waiting at 9:30 AM, at Exit 131 in Fort Myers, for the arrival of the transport Because the transport was late, I decided to call the company to find out if there was a problem. The person who answered informed me that the schedule had changed and that the trip was unavailable! Furthermore, she said they had e-mailed me ( a lie) and that they had refunded my charge (another lie). As of today, 6/6/21 the refund has not been credited to my account.Save yourself some trouble having to find a last-minute alternative to this irresponsible company

I am glad I did my research and did not book with this company. I went to Greyhound instead.
This is a literal scam, I needed to make a reservation for a ride and after calling them for three days at three different times, they did not answer, and I made the stupid decision of buying a ride online for $60… they never arrived at the station. It is, quite literally, just a scam.

In February of 2020, I booked a reservation with Florida Shuttle Transportation, paying the extra $14 fee to have the shuttle pick me up privately (to which I inputted the address for my terminal info at the Orlando airport). It wasnt until 2/21 (3 weeks later) on the DAY OF the reservation, that I found out my reservation was invalid (because I, myself called to confirm where to meet the shuttle driver). I was informed at that time (about 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup) that the shuttle company was supposed to inform me that they do not do airport pickups. I was never told and therefore did not know this. I didnt have enough time to call a cab to the public pickup location and they told me they could not wait for me.Extremely frustrated by the lack of communication, Ive been left with unanswered questions, phone calls and emails ever since. I have tried to call the company COUNTLESS times since this occurred (now almost 3 months later) to which they tell me that they do not have a customer service team available via phone, and that they will only get back to me through email. I have sent FOUR emails by now and STILL have not been attended to. This company is a SCAM and oh how I wish I had read reviews before booking.

They canceled return trip 2 hours prior to leaving, requiring us to rent a car.4. They did not refund money AFTER EXPLICITLY SAYING IN AN EMAIL THAT THEY WOULD.5. Superb driver! We had a wonderful experience on our trip to Loews Royal Pacific. On our departure we were wondering if our ride would come on time or if we could have to wait a while, but to be as perfect as we could expect the ride was on time. Mindy was very gentle and nice with us and we enjoyed a lot talking to her along the way. Just to add a little note, the fare was quite affordable as who could expect to travel couple hundred miles in just $55. Wow!
The website say 2 checked baggage per person.We was 2 person and we had 4 big baggage and 2 small trolley.I booked for 3 people, because of the luggage.The shuttle was a normal car, a Chrysler voyager (old, not the big new one)1) They take reservations for 6 people, but the car is for 5,5...you can understand what I mean, the middle place in the back is good for you child, maybe.2) The trunk maybe fit for 1 baggage per person.3)the driver said us that the company has no bus...so why you do it shuttle service?To carry 6 passengers with 2 baggage each you need a van, not a car.The driver, however, was really friendly and managed all the situation...the responsibility is not hers but is a company fault.You want an advice? Sell your old cars and buy some van.The service this way is a shame.My compliment to the driver, the ride was on may 15 at 8:15 from Sarasota to Miami.
DO NOT TAKE THIS SHUTTLE! If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, I prepaid for 2 one way tickets 4 months ahead of time. The first ride was cancelled. I had to spend 170 on a Lyft to Naples from Miami. The second ride which I was already concerned about because of my previous experience, but I had prepaid and didnt want to lose even more money, the driver was a no show and wasnt sure when he would be there. I honestly didnt even think I was going to get a ride. I took another Lyft to Miami. Another 170! I travel a lot, and I have NEVER had an experience like this! They didnt even give me a refund and were very rude!
I booked since Friday to travel Sunday 1pm. They cancelled and just when I was by the airport, I didnot see any shuttle, I stated to call from 12:30pm until 12:50 they pick up the call and then told me. Beside that I got an email 12:51 informed that the shuttle was cancelled. Don’t book with company.
This was a terrible experience and I strongly warn anyone from purchasing anything from this company. I was emailed the same morning of my 9:45am bus from Naples to Miami saying that the service had been cancelled and I could call and reschedule for a bus leaving around 5pm later that day. First, I responded to the email asking why the reservation was cancelled and how I could go about getting a refund. Shortly after I called because I needed a quick answer so I could figure out what to do. It took FIVE consecutive calls to get through to someone (nobody answers and then the answering machine hangs up on you) and when I finally did, they had no information for me about why the trip was cancelled and tried to transfer me to a dispatcher, who hung up on me. I called back again to request a refund and I was told to respond to the email, which I had done already. Well, its a week later and I still have received NO response to the email in regard to a refund, or anything for that matter. Good thing I booked it with a credit card and was able to call visa instead and report the company, which was the only way to get my money back. Seriously this company is a total scam. I wish I had seen these reviews before I wasted my money. I ended up renting a car from Naples airport from Alamo for 70$ and dropped it off right in south beach. Beware, dont waste your time, this company is completely unprofessional and unhelpful.
Me and my son sought shelter for hurricane Irma at a Miami hospital and we decided to take the shuttle home well the shuttle person sent me an email saying my shuttle had been canceled and to call the number for further updates I called the number the guy was very rude to me he told me the shuttle was never canceled I told him I had the email to prove it and he hung up on me. He refused to give me a manager or assist me. He didnt care that me and my disable son were displaced after the storm. I am very upset and trying to get help. I have been at this pick up place for hours stranded with no help. None of their numbers are working. The same person answers every line. Im a single mother with a disable son. No one should be treated this way!
After a long trip from San Francisco CA, we booked a shuttle service from Fort Lauderdale airport to Ft Myers Rock Lake Resort. We paid $55 for a shared service and it was smooth. They did a great job. We only waited a few minutes once everyone got in the shuttle van. The driver was nice and the van was comfortable.Thank you for the good service!
I normally take Super Tours and after this experience I will definitely be going back to them. My driver was lovely but 6 hours to get to south Florida from Convention district is ridiculous. My trip was in a non commercial vehicle, with a driver who had no identification for what company he worked for. It was hurry up and wait at its finest with nor regards for my time. The whole experience felt like I was bumming a ride rather than paying twice as much for far less. I will be going back to Super Tours who consistently is on time.
I am not a Florida resident so I didn’t know any of a local company that I could call to arrange my ride. I had to spend almost 20 minutes over the phone with few companies after searching on google to book my ride and finally had booked one with Florida Shuttle Transportation. Guy over the phone made it so easy for me to book as I didn’t have to go online and do it all by myself which is another hectic thing to do. The ride was about 20 minute behind the schedule which wasn’t a big issue as I drive my car for work on a regular basis and have to face traffic situations most of the times so that’s understood. Want to give a suggestion to please hire English drivers as well, as I couldn’t understand properly the guy was Spanish and couldn’t speak English well. Anyhow, the ride was finished on time and that was the bottom line. Will definitely use this company again!
Have used this shuttle service multiple times for my mother to travel between Naples and Sarasota. Most times it has worked reasonably well, but this mornings (Monday Nov 27, 2017) ride from Sarasota to Naples was a mess. The driver was confused as to which exit to meet his passengers and then did not realize one of the passengers was booked to go on to Miami airport. It appeared that driver was actually a taxi driver that the company had hired that morning to cover this route. The shuttle did not leave Sarasota until 45 minutes after the scheduled time (9am instead of 8:15am). My mother reported that the driver spent the entire drive to Ft. Myers on his cellphone yelling at people. Fortunately a driver and car change was made in Ft. Myers and she continued on to Naples without incident. But it seems this company is being mis-managed now, with poor communication among drivers and schedulers. My mothers shuttle up from Naples last Wednesday was also about 30 minutes late leaving Naples. Weve heard the company has changed hands so if thats true, the new owners dont seem to know what theyre doing. This is a much-need service for an area that has poor public transportation, but be wary that shuttles might not be on time and drivers might be substandard. Its not a bad idea to confirm every booking the day before and the morning of. By the way I tried to call the company to provide this feedback, rather than posting it online, but their automated system hung up on me.

I have decided to write a review for my experience with Florida Shuttle Transportation as I found the ratings online as obsolete and absolutely unfair! My mother and sister used this service from palm Bay to Miami, as we decided it will save me a day of driving them to the airport plus my drive back. The price was fantastic and time frame fitted with the boarding time so we booked two tickets right away. After we booked the tickets I began reading reviews online and began worrying weather the trip will be cancelled or they will be late.So i called the help desk and got reassured this incident do not happen often and if it will happen we will receive 12 hours notice of cancellation.Needless to say the trip was on time, they got to the airport before their arrival planned time and both my sister and mom were very happy. My sister urged me to write a nice review on their behalf.As I have family and friends visiting me often, i will surely use this service again and recommend it to other people.A very satisfied client!!!!
Terrible experience! I had to get from Cape Canaveral to Miami. The driver who picked me up was amazing, but she had to drop me off to the second driver in the mid of the way. That second departure got late by 45 minutes due to the owner of the company. Nobody said sorry. When calmly I asked the driver the new ETA, he started screaming! I will never use them again. Not only they are not responsible, but are totally disrespectful.
I will never use this service again. I had a reservation and they completely forgot about me. But not after first telling me I missed my ride even though I was there 20 minutes ahead of time. I received no help or even sympathy for being left stranded. I had to call another service for twice the cost. I was told Id receive a refund. Never happened. I havent heard back from them after sending emails and making phone calls. Very poor service... actually terrible service! I also followed up with an email explaining my experience and requesting a refund.I still have not received a refund nor any communication.It appears there have been multiple incidents of people paying for a ticket online and the shuttle not showing up.Please be careful of this company before purchasing online. Horrible services bad communication. My transportation suppose to leave from Fort Lauderdale Airport at 1:30 pm. We when to the location at terminal 1 and ask to the people that work there if this is the terminal for pick up from Florida Shuttle nobody knew about his company. We when to the whole airport asking and nothing. I received a text let me know that the transportation fort Myers was cancel 2 hours before the pick up. I have to call then and they told me sorry we have to cancel the transportation for you today do you want to reschedule for tomorrow. I said my niece have to go to Myers today, we can arrange that to another location. When she got to this location it was greyhound. I paid $60.00 for this transportation greyhound is $30.00. They told the bus will leave at 3:25 pm. She end up leaving at 5:pm.She lost her seminar that was at 7:30 i will not recommended

So I asked and requested 5 times for a refund. It’s been two weeks and they still haven’t even reached back out to me! These people are fraudulent. Do not do business with these people.
Ive been using this shuttle line for about 2 years already. Its the only one I go to and for the most part, very reliable! The owner and drivers are very nice people. If youre planning on traveling around Florida, this is the company to use!
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Our bus was running over an hour late, and never informed us of this. When we called our driver because she hadn’t showed up, she told me of her hour remaining until she arrived and said someone from the company should have called. They never informed us of this. However, my driver assured me that we would reimbursed if we took an alternative route, and now the company will not reimburse me.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I should have read the reviews before calling them. Forget doing buisness with them, their representatives dont know how to talk. He didnt let me finish any of my sentences. I asked him only 2 questions, he interrupted me in each of them, in a very pathetic way. No customer service at all. The responses I got back were very rude and in an undecent tone of voice. It appeared that the rep. Is forcefully sitting there and answering the calls. Dont waste time here.
I reserved my 60$ reservation. I was about an hour early for my 10:30 AM departure. My shuttle driver confirmed he would be 30 minutes late. At 10:44 AM I then received a text message which stated my reservation was cancelled. This was a complete waste of my time and a total inconvenience. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I ended up taking an Uber which was more convenient and a bit more money but well worth it!
They canceled my daughters pick up time from 10am to 430 pm, and she missed her flight in Orlando costing her an additional 125$ to get another flight. This company is the worst I have ever encounted. No care or consideration for peoples schedules. On top of that it took 3 weeks to get the refund back. Dont use this company theyll leave you flat. Better off renting a car for about 10 to 20 bucks more, but at least you know youll get there on time. I have no rating for this company ! star is to much!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wish we had read the reviews BEFORE booking with this company. My friend booked a trip from Lakeland to Venice. They charged an extra $5.00 because the reservation was made in less than 48 hours. Then, at 7PM on the evening before the scheduled departure time of 10:30AM, they sent an email to say they had to reschedule until the NEXT DAY! To make a long story short, this was not convenient for travel plans, there were discrepancies with the time and location of pickup, and the customer service was poor, so we decided....after reading the reviews...that it was not worth the aggravation and already proven unreliability and we cancelled the travel plans. Still waiting to see how it goes for a refund! Bottom Line---Dont count on this company for reliable travel.
We ordered a shuttle from Ft Myers to Miami months prior. We received confirmation and went to the meeting place...called several times when they didnt show up and was hung up on and then they wouldnt answer the phone. Used another number and was told someone was on their way and would be there any minute....one hour later more phone calls, no answer and finally were told no one was coming....took a cab to the airport and rented a car and made our flight, barely. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They leave you stranded with ZERO options and they lie .

I had a reservation on a shuttle to go from Orlando airport to Miami airport. I am absolutely dissatisfied with their service. We are 4 people packed like sardines in a car too small. I could have chosen another shuttle service that was cheaper & more professional. This company is poorly organized. Their driver goes only 1/2 way between Orlando to the Miami airport and then we are forced to wait for another driver who comes up from the Miami airport to bring us the rest of the way. That driver hasnt even left the Miami airport, so were stuck some where in the middle of FL at a gas station. This is ridiculous. Every time you call their phone you are put on hold forever. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Absolutely the worst shuttle imaginable. DEAR MANAGEMENT MY RESERVATION NUMBER IS 26867. IM STILL STUCK IN JUPITER FL AND IM GOING TO MISS MY $1300 flight. This company is a major scam!!!It looks legit online but it’s far from it.We work for the cruise lines and hired this service to bring 5 people plus our luggage for a one week cruise.They pre charged my credit card $517.They assured me on the phone it was a full size Sprinter van with space for us and our luggage.A woman showed up in a beat up old Dodge Caravan (minivan) with no idea about anything. There was no room for us and our luggage and she was smoking cigarettes in the vehicle. When I called the company, there was no one to help us.DONOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
NO STARS. Do not trust this shuttle service! They will cancel your reservation last minute without telling you and leave you stranded. They will not refund your ticket, but only try to reimburse you with another ride which they will again cancel if its not profitable for them to make the trip (last minute) Businesses like this should not be allowed to run.
Not worth the time. I purchased a ticket for my brother and the bus never showed up. He lost a job because of it and I asked for a refund. No refund was ever recieved and communication was near impossible. They wouldnt answer or give any help through the phone and email was like sending smoke signals. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. They were supposed to pick 8 passengers in Melbourne to transport to Port Everglades Cruise Terminal. I paid $990.00. Pete, the so-called supervisor/driver emailed/texted me that they would refund. No refund received. I have turned this matter over to my credit card FRAUD department.

Never take this shuttle. I booked bus and called to confirm 24 hours before. They told me I was booked and confirmed pick up location. Bus never showed. Brian is the other person they will let you speak with and refusing to give back total refund even though they overbooked it. Worst experience ever.
I got there but.... it was a mini-van and they shoved 7 people in addition to the driver for a 3 hour drive. Two stars because they actually showed up but it was totally not worth the $300 savings in airfair to shuttle from Miami to Orlando woth this rinky dink outfit. We were in so much pain from being stuck in one position so tightly.
Very frustrating experience! I booked a trip to Miami airport to leave at 8 am. The night before my trip, at 7 pm I received an email canceling my reservation! There was no explanation and the dispatcher was not helpful!They should not be in business.
HORRID Cancelled my husband ride and I had to call out from work. I lost a day of pay. But to make it even worse....they would NOT refund us. Luckily American Express was great and got the bill taken off We tried to get them to refund, calling them and texting them. Come on THEY cancelled on us from Vero Beach. I guess if only one person books they just up and cancel on you . They EMAIL you 10 hours prior AT NIGHT when your not even on the internet. We only found out after they text my husband at 8am. We were getting ready for him to drive to Vero Beach WaWA Gas for 10.15!!!! Horrid DO NOT USE they will screw you. Im reporting them to BBB.
If there was an option to put ZERO stars on this review I would do it! DO NOT USE FLORIDA SHUTTLE! This was the WORST RIDE of me & my sons life! The driver was almost 2 1/2 hours late & we had a set schedule we were following. I called the company several times. They acted as though I was supposed to know that things were behind schedule & hung up. The driver then called me directly & started yelling at me. Once he finally arrived he was incredibly rude from beginning to end of the ride. The ride only got worse from there. There were several unscheduled stops along the way. I put my GPS on & noticed he was driving in large circles to get other passengers. When I booked this shuttle service it was specific that it was 1 stop to 1 stop & would be conducted w/in a specific time frame. My son & I lost an entire day due to the unscheduled stops. I expressed my frustration that the ride was so far behind schedule & the van was packed so tightly w/people, but instead of apologizing & explaining what was going on the driver threatened to pull over & LEAVE US ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY!!! He was saying rude things to us in his native tongue, which he assumed I didnt understand however I picked up on it quite well. We were stuffed in the way back w/another woman. It was incredibly tight & uncomfortable. Not only that, but the air conditioner was not on. We were so hot that my son started to get dizzy. When I asked the driver to please turn the AC up he laughed at me & turned the heat on! By the time we FINALLY got to our destination we had pounding headaches & were sweating profusely. In the middle of the ride I asked again if the driver could explain why things were happening this way & when we were going to get to our contracted destination. He became incredibly aggressive & angry. He started yelling again in another language. I actually have a lot of his behavior on video because we were so shocked & were completely trapped in his vehicle that I did not know what else to do but to videotape him & send them to people who care about us just in case we didnt arrive. After asking him multiple times to explain why the ride was so much different than what we agreed to, he made a call to his wife. Once off the phone he said that he was going to make another stop where his wife would then take us to our destination. I was incredibly confused as we had no idea if this woman was even employed w/the company. He pulled into a random parking lot where his wife was waiting in another vehicle. He forcefully got out of the car & started throwing our stuff on the ground. He told other people to get out but told us to stay in. He even went as far as to block the exit w/his body so we could not get out. I was very upset & said if he didnt let us out & explain whats going on I was going to call the police. He began yelling at me again in another language. His wife intervened & scolded us to calm down & go w/the flow. This is not something you do when youre 17,000 miles from home w/angry strangers & have no idea where you are or what is going to happen. She explained in a very passive aggressive way that she was now to take us to our destination & would do it immediately. For the rest of the car ride she tried to justify her husbands behavior & accused us of being at fault for all of the confusion. Once we finally arrived at our destination which again took much longer than it was supposed to due to yet 1 more unscheduled stop, she got out of the car with us & asked if she could take pictures of my son & I?!! I said absolutely no way was that going to happen! She became angry and started taking pictures anyways. My son and I literally had to run into a building to get away from her! After this horrific ride I attempted to call FS several times. I sent emails to the owner but never got a reply. I went through my bank & filed a claim to get reimbursed. Sadly I spent way more $ on flight change fees ticket alterations trip extention etc which I will probably NEVER get back. DO NOT USE FLORIDA SHUTTLE!
Stay away from this company! I booked and there was no seats available.They charged my credit card and told me I would get refund.I sent 3 emails, 2 phone calls and 1 month passed and I still didnt get refund
I reserved a trip for my nephew and cancelled more than 48 hours in advance by email. I should have gotten a $50 refund but the company refuses to refund my money. The company claims it never got my email cancellation. I had an email exchange with Angela, one of the managers, and sent her a copy of my cancellation email three times but then she started ignoring me. The worst attention in the world ... yesterday 06/09/2018 had a reservation made to pick up my godmother who was going from Boca Raton to kissimmee, she needed to be early today in the hospital to get a dialysis because she has a very delicate medical condition, I called the office at 1:00 p.m. to confirm the address and the person on the phone a girl gave me the worst attention that can be given to someone, she could never explain where was the place for pick up, I could be there asking the people on the street, after waiting for more than 50 minutes they never went to pick up my godmother, I called the office again and the same girl answered me and she hung up the phone, then I called again and a guy asnwered the phone, I said they had not come to pick up the person who had to be in kissimmee for a medical situation and he told me: I can not do anything for you, you do what you want, if you want to send an email complaining, but I do not know, I can not do nothing and he put the phone down, I called again and the girl answered me and said: there is no one to help you, we will call you back later, and so I called no less than 30 times in a row, they hunged up, they laughed at me, no matter how worried was my godmother with that situation of life or death, I kept calling and did not answer the calls, then I called from a different phone and the girl answered me and said: again you? until when I have to say no one can help you, and this is how clients are treated by this agency, I had to find the number of the agency that makes the transport, talk to the driver and I resolve my situation because the unqualified and incompetent in the customer service in this miserable company could not solve the problem of a lady who simply needed to travel to get a dialysis.
Takes you one way then they dont have a driver so you are stuck 3 hours from home and when you try to call they tell you the same thing redirect you, hang up on you and change their number. Now theres no way to get home even know you had reservations and they still charge you. Not reliable at all do yourself a favor and take another shuttle or just fly...
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Had an 8am booking out of Vero Beach to miami, at 9pm the previous day they send an email canceling my shuttle. Leaving me to scramble trying to contact them, they pick up the phone after 20 minutes and say that the manager will call me back. Manager never calls back. Wake up at 6am the next day to ask what the situation is, and they start yelling at me? Never have I had such a poor experience with any kind of service based business. Absolutely disgraceful, do NOT use this shuttle line. To add onto that they did not refund my ticket.
These people are scamers and commit fraud. I will have a lawyer sue them for the damage they caused me and my family. We had made two reservations on March 30, 2015 from Miami Airport to Vero Beach for my 15 year old daughter, one at 6.30 am and one at 12.30 pm. The 6.30 am shuttle did not show up and on the phone, after calling at least 10 times, I was informed, the shuttle would leave at 6 pm (who would believe such a fraudulent company after failing twice on the same day). So I had to arrange a driver at a nearby hotel who charged me US$ 400.-- for my daughters trip. Overall cost US$ 520.--. So please spread the word to your families and friends and tell them, never to use Florida Shuttle, as they will be charged and no services delivered.
Very negligent driver, texting and reading text while driving. Over the speed limit all the time plus was invading other lanes during the service trip. I asked the driver to stop reading the text but she did it about three more times. This company is very unprofessional and unsafe. I am giving one star because the system does not allow zero.
I did a rezervetion from Ft Myers to Kissimmee and was the worst experience ever! After 2 h waiting time in Mc Donald finally a extra sizes lady drivers come with a dirty smelling car. I ask for cancellations and the costomer service, same like lady driver, couldnt give any answer! !! Stay away from this company!!! Worst company ever!!!!

Well I dont even know where to start. First, me and 4 more people were waiting for a bus and what arrived was a normal car that did not had the name of the company anywhere. Second the guy called Pete arrived 20 minutes late and worst they told us to be there 15 minutes before so we were waiting for more than half an hour for this car. Of course we already tried to call the company but nobody answered the calls.Third all the people that were waiting for the shuttle were going to different places and this guy did not left anywhere where they needed to go. He stopped the car in a petrol station where 3 people had to enter in another car to go where they needed to go. Another person got in our car and we carry on the trip. Maybe one or two hours after we stopped again where all of us inside the car had to go to another car. This was just unbelievable! We got inside this car where one more person join us. Again was just a normal car that later we got to know that it was the personal car of the driver.Of course with all this stops and changes, I dont know about the other people but I took 6 hours (!) from Miami to Orlando Airport. Six hours! If I had my flight earlier I would have missed it! And I bet they would not had payed for it. How these people still have a company? I paid 55 dollars to take 6 hours to get to a place that in a normal trip it would take 3/4 hours.This company can have 3 names online: Florida Shuttle Transportation, Gotobus and another weird name that unfortunately somebody told me and I forgot. Even in the Gotobus website this company have reviews from customers and the reviews are all terrible so besides not doing a good job they are also stupid.Besides all of this it looks like they are not paying to their drivers or even letting them know in advance where they should go and pick up who. And of course they advertise a bus with a restroom and wi-fi when they only have normal cars that obviously dont have restrooms or wi-fi. Well I think I could carry on forever with this but everybody got the point. Please share the message. Nobody should give money to these people.

DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS BUS. I had the worst experience ever. I was supposed to leave on May 5th from Melbourne to Miami at 7:45 am to catch an international flight from Miami at 5:30 pm. They send my an email the night before (5/4/17) at 9:00 pm, telling me that the service was cancelled and that I can take the 2:15 pm bus, which you will understand it was impossible, without not even an explanation. I tried to email them back and also called them but at that time they were closed. They answer at one of my thousand calls in the early morning telling me that the problem was mine.Now, I will of course go to the bottom of this situation at least to have my 55 bucks back.Only nowI found out that is a common situatiation, you should be ashamed for how you mess up people lifes.
Dont belive their schedule - tried twice to use this service - first time they moved a 12:30 pm pickup time to 6:00 am due to unforseen circumstances, second time they moved the pickup time from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm - again due to unforseen circumstances - and did not notify me until 3 hours before the pickup time and only by email - did not bother to even try to text me. So both times I had to scramble for last minute transportation - service absolutely sucks!

Very irresponsible company, i booked a ticket for a relative from overseas, the first trip on march 23rd from Miami to Kissimmee was delayed they departed from Miami at 6am and it was scheduled to be at 12pm, he was drop off at 2.45 pm.The returning trip on March 31 form Kissimmee to Miami that supposed to departure at 11.45am they called me at 11.40 and sent me a text that the trip was cancelled and re-scheduled for next day at 5.am i told them that was impossible because my relative flight was that day . They gave me another companys phone number and thanks god they could take him. After that i have been trying to contact them to request a refund and nobody answers your calls, i have left messages and they do not call back . So basically they do not return your money Back . In 20 years of working in the travel and customer service industry I have never experienced anything as bad as this company. Myself and my parter both booked separate shuttles today and both were left stranded! Her transfer was over 1.5 hours late with no information from the shuttle company. No explanation and no apology. She was late for work and very angry! My transfer never even turned up!! after wasting 70 usd using my English phone to call the most unhelpfull customer service agent ever and given 4 different excuses / reasons why the pick up was late (first it was delayed, then it was traffic, then there were 2 shuttles and they were confused who was supposed to pick me up!) i had to keep calling using my money as each time he said the shuttle would arrive the time came and went and no shuttle and no information!! he finally told me 2 hours after the pick up time that it was cancelled and there was nothing he could do. And no explanation!! When I asked to speak to a manger as what was I supposed to do with my flight departing in a few hours, I was told nothing could be done and I could send an email as no manager was available - he then hung up!!!! I was stranded 300 miles from my airport with no time, no assistance, no consideration and feeling very very angry. Also about to be stung for a huge bill if i missed my flight!! Which i told the agent but he didnt seem to care at all!! After a lot of running around and stress I managed to hire a car at a cost of 150 usd more and made it to orlando within minutes for my flight! This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever had the unpleasant oppertunity to deal with DO NOT USE THEM. I will be taking this further as it is a blatant breach of contract, a complete disregard for the due care and attention that a company is supposed to adhere too and in my opinion total incompetence!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED IN MY LIFE!! I am the best man in my bestfriends wedding in 4 hours. My shuttle was suppose to pick me up at 6:30 am 1/6/17 it is now 10am. Im still sitting on the sidewalk of Biscayne blvd. After waiting for the desk to pick up the phone for over 30 mins. The gentleman kindly informs me that the shuttle had technical issues and that i will not be picked up until 130pm. I feel bad for the gentleman i spoke with on the phone because he had to hear my frustration even tho it was not his fault. But this place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THIS IS MY FIRST GOOGLE REVIEW EVER! I dont complain about anything. In fact i have a business myself and HATE WHEN PEOPLE CANT FIND ANYTHING BETTER TO DO THAN TO TRASH MY BUSINESS OVER A MISTAKE. But since im sitting on the sidewalk. These guys are thieves! - Their website will charge your credit card and make it seems like a ticket is available for a certain shuttle, only to get an email and text message an hour before youre supposed to be there for the shuttle stating that your selected time is not available, then they promise a refund and never send it, then stop answering calls and emails. - And when I filed a dispute with my credit card they sent in FAKE information and documentation claiming that I did not show up at the scheduled time... - What a ripoff!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Awful service. I was called on the morning I was supposed to go to Miami from Melbourne and the guy that called me said the shuttle was full. Its been over a month and I still have not received my refund.
DO NOT USE!!! My friend and I went to Florida and needed a way to get around so we decided to use Florida shuttle because they were cheap and the only company that had open seats. Big mistake on our part. We should have rented a car. To start off with it is impossible to get a hold of them. I called them 10 times in 2 days and it just kept ringing. Anyways.we reserved two different shuttles to go to different parts of Florida on different days...both trips were terrible. Our first driver was 2 1/2 hours late, rude, he was texting the whole time he was driving, and not to mention the fact that he did personal business while on duty. Our second driver was only 30 minutes late, was also texting while driving, wasnt wearing his seat belt. He also kept trying to get all of his passengers to agree to being dropped off at the same location so he didnt have to have a long day or something like that. And when we said we couldnt change it he became furious and started yelling and cursing the rest of the trip. And dont even think about mentioning Uber to him, because he freaked out and said that uber drivers rape and murder people. Its a good thing I recorded all of it and took pictures. I want a refund, but they dont do refunds....
I cant express with my own words how frustrated Im feeling at this moment, I have been waiting since 5:30 am, for my SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION scheduled at 6:00 am., is 7:30 am, and still waiting here along with 2 other people, trying to understand why some one would do something like that to us. I have been calling since 6:00 am., no one answer or contact us, I have to catch a fly in Fort Lauderdale, in a few hours . Its 8 am. and most likely they wont shows up, what totally lack of profesionalism in this company, I have left message In english and spanish, but no one seems care a dime, for whatever happen to us, Now im paying the high cost of not have checked reviews before, on top of that my money paid for the supposedly service. DO NOT USE FLORIDA SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION. Made a booking 2 weeks ago to go to Orlando airport for an international flight. FST cancelled the bus just 3 hours before boarding leaving my wife stranded. No reason given, just cancelled at the last minute. Do not use this transport company.
Horrible experience with them booked a trip for 2 people about a week before the trip I called them to cancel because of a death in the family they referred me to there reservation site I did exactly what was asked by sending them an email but I also sent them a text message it cost me $110.00 And no response they called me on the day the trip was scheduled for and asked me why we werent there I told them that I did exactly what was asked of me and where is my refund they treated me as if it was all my fault do not use this service they stole my hard earned money and I would never recommend them I have a national honor society student that works very hard for her accomplishments and this business is theft teaching my daughter a better way of dealing with people and business do not use these people good chance you will regret it
My daughter was at the Bradenton bus stop at 7.40 am for a departure at 8 am. to Miami Airport. No white shuttle like the one they advertise with. No sign or anything on any car, van or bus. Nothing that could identify the company. She asked around but could not find the shuttle. She waited until 8.20, trying to call the company. No answer. Now that weve finally had them on the phone, they were very rude and have hung up on us several times. Telling us SHE was the no-show. They do not propose a solution. We paid for a service though !!!This is very unprofessional and seems like a scam.Never again !!!

Customer service is atrocious, they dont answer their phones half the time you call, when I called for information I needed direct to Tampa airport, not at truck stop the guy told me its too expensive, I had to force the info out of him. Driver was not friendly.
