These people was a real lifesaver when Lyft did not pick me up

During the week of June 25th, 2018, I used this service to drive me to my veterinarians office and it was a pleasant experience. The driver was very polite, punctual and his car was well maintained. I did book my trip using their website which saved me 10%. I would use this service again because the online booking was accepted without any issues and the overall experience was wonderful.

Orlando call taxi cab, is very great taxi company, my car brake down on the highway, I called one the name largest company they told me i would wait 45 minutes to get a cab. I waited two hours no body shows up, then I Google another which was was Orlando call taxi cab and within 15 minutes a cab was there, the driver name Louis very knowledge with the area I urge anyone to use this company because they rescue me when I was tuck on the High way in the middle of a highway.

The person who answered the phone was very arrogant. Asked me how he can help me... As if people need hishelp. Then, he told that yes I was calling to the wrong place when I told him the truth.

Advised that he was ready for pickup ahead of schedule, and greeted me at the appointed location; well done!

We hired a cab for New Years, for six passengers, round trip, to pick us up at 7 p.m. The taxi didnt show. At 7:30 p.m. we gave up and all squeezed into one car and drove ourselves. Terrible service!

Hitch hike before even considering them an option! NO NO NO NO NO NO! Late, dirty, stink, van! The van literally rattled and jerked the entire time.. it apparently needed work done to it! Was literally scared that that we would break down.
