Not sensitive to international students. I was the main leaser with an appropriate contract, then I was told that someone signs a new contract for the lease. I cleaned everything before the check - out day, it was incredibly clean. The company still charged me 100$ for cleaning. That was not reasonable at all. The issues that you might have because of any personal circumstances are not resolved well.

I had a really great experience while renting from Vicki Benson Properties! Megan was always quick to respond to any issues I had during my time renting which I really appreciated. The property was well kept and the apartment was very clean upon my move-in day. Highly recommend renting through them, especially if you are a college student in town! They are affordable and really care about their tenants.
