I got my car detailed by by these guys and they did an amazing job, got my car looking brand new. The price was great. I definitely recommend these guys.

I scheduled interior details for two cars. When dropping off the first car, he asked me if i wanted x detail. I dont remember what x was, but I said yes. When picking it up the next day, I discovered x included exterior. I chalked this up to miscommunication. I told him I had only wanted the interiors done, as scheduled on the phone, and simultaneously dropped the second car off. When I picked up the second car the next day, he had detailed the exterior and tried to convince to me pay for it. I cannot chalk the second occurence up to a mistake, considering our discussion and expressing I only wanted interiors done. Its time to get my cars detailed again, and Im finding another business to do it.Edit: I updated the review for additional clarity after receiving a call from the business asking me if there is some way to make it right and remove the review.

After a year of not taking good care of my care I really needed some professional help. I couldn’t find anyone that could accommodate me short notice and the owner helped pencil me in despite my rushed needs and unusual availabilities with work. He was super kind and thorough, as well as transparent with the pricing. I met the owner and witnessed first hand the work of his team. This is the place to go folks. The team is thoughtful, detail oriented and made my car look new. They went the extra mile clearing out magnetized debris from my auto trunk door jams as well as filling in scratches. He explained his work to me and I really can’t imagine a 6 year old car like mine looking this good. He also sent me photos to confirm I liked the work before I even showed up to pick it up. So all in all, I highly recommend AutoButler Kirkland, these guys are pros and they treat their customers with respect, as an added bonus their prices are locally hard to beat!

I cant thank Morris and his team enough. I was visiting Washington for a month and had a rental car that I spilled two containers of ramen broth in 😫. Total accident but it was really bad and was looking for a place to shampoo/clean the passenger side carpet ASAP and last minute. Everywhere I called was booked and couldnt help me or get me in. Once I talked to Morris he said he didnt really have the time but wanted to help me and got me in that night.It was quite a struggle to get the ramen and smell out of the carpet but he went above and beyond to get it done. I am so grateful for him and his team for helping me and on such short notice because if I let it go any longer I dont know how bad it would of got or how much the rental car company wouldve charged me.Great service, professional, reasonable price and overall wonderful experience!!! Would recommend to anyone!

Did both the interior and exterior and did an awesome job! Was able to get rid of some marks as well. Interior smelled good afterwards and they got all the nooks and crannies.

I took my car to The Auto Butler recently to have an interior and exterior detailing done. They did an amazing job throughout the car. Everything looked practically brand new! The car was very dirty as my wife and I had not cleaned it for months. The pine needles were the worst part. There wasnt a single pine needle left in the floor fabric. Everything smelled brand new. Everything was wiped down properly. The outside of the car looked fantastic as well. The engine bay was pristine.I highly recommend these guys!!

I really needed my 91 Toyota MR2 detailed as it had been sitting for several years under cover in the open. It was really a disaster and I didnt think it would ever look new again. To my surprise, the folks here at The Auto Butler (especially Morris) gave my MR2 the TLC it really needed and it came out looking amazing. This was my first time coming to the Auto Butler. The waiting area is very clean, freshly remodeled, has a TV and filtered water. There is an aerobics studio right next door which provides some musical entertainment while you wait. I was planning to sell my daughter’s PT Cruiser but the cloth seats were trashed with food, coffee, and years of mystery stains. They were able to clean the upholstery and get the seats looking great, and dried the seats. The owner Morris gives personal attention and is committed to making sure you’re happy.

Good pricing, and he was able to squeeze me in the next day. He did a phenomenal job detailing my grabber blue mustang (ill let the picture below do the talking). I Will be returning!

All I can say is Wow!!! I cant believe the quality of work that was put into my 2015 Chevy Camaro! I asked about the ceramic coating package because the paint on my car was looking dull and lifeless. After taking my car to Morris it looks brand new again. My wife couldnt believe it. The paint shines like its wet and it feels smooth. Excellent job, great price. Highly recommend!

I had an older Nissan hatchback full of cedar chips and pet hair that I needed cleaned in order to sell. Morris was very up front about the pricing in our phone discussions and was very helpful in discussing options to fit my budget. Even with extra charges for an upgraded service, the pricing was extremely affordable and at a better rate than most of the other detailing services I contacted. On top of that, Morris was very professional and courteous, and he made me feel very comfortable leaving my vehicle behind. He did great work cleaning out all the interior grit and made my car look brand new again! We ended up selling the car for a little more than we had expected and ABs great work was definitely a contributing factor. Well definitely be back for all our detailing needs!

I had the exterior and interior of my Prius detailed at The Auto Butler. I must say that my car has never looked as good as it does now. The polishing job is so unbelievable that I thought it was someone elses car, upon first glance. The detailing also really brought out the deep, dark metallic color, as if I just got a new paint job. The tires, and especially hubcaps, look great. They even cleaned the camera under the rear bumper. Thats an important detail I didnt even think about until I saw it feeding to my touchscreen (occurs when the car is in reverse gear). The interior carpeting actually looks and feels soft. The shampoo scent is pleasant, not overbearing like some brands are.Detailing for both the interior and exterior took no longer than 4 hours. Thats speedy! The price was also very reasonable. I actually chuckled when Morris gave me the estimate because I was expecting him to quote for more. There were also no surprises after the job was done. For example, there were no additional charges due to unexpected difficulties with the detailing.They couldnt get rid of some of the dirt out of my drivers side floor mat. However, this was built-in dirt/grease that was there for at least 6 years. (Its a used car and the previous owner stained it, so I dont know what kind of stain it is). Getting that completely clean would have been a miracle. No one should ever expect miracles. So, set your expectations to everything shy of miracle-working and you wont be disappointed.Morris is very personable and professional. And you can tell that he cares about his work when you look at the results.For those who are quick to judge appearances, dont be dismayed by the fact that both their waiting room and garage appear very minimalist. This is a small business (I think it is a two-person operation). Results matter, not flair.

I have a Jetta that has been parked under a tree for the last 2 years as I have not needed it. It had a leak and was taking on water, I had it mechanically fixed, leak and all, but found it to be extremely dirty and moldy on the inside. I call Morris at The Auto Butler and he gladly accepted the challenge. They did a remarkable job on the car, inside and outside, know I can give it to my 16 year old.
