Like all insurance, it is just a check you write until you need it. Ken/Allstate was happy enough to cash the checks, but when we had an issue with our home, he did not return emails or calls. We eventually found the answer ourselves after wading through pages of policy documentation.When calling to cancel our insurance at a much later date due to the incredibly uncompetitive quote for auto insurance, Ken told us oh, youve got a Cadillac insurance policy. Youve been paying for more insurance than you need. and proceeded to quote a similar policy for much less. Great, thanks a lot. Weve been over-paying for multiple years. Not exactly the best customer care where you get the appropriate pricing only when threatening to cancel.Remember Ken is not on your side.

Ken is always very responsive. He responds in a timely fashion and was able to get a great quote for me compared to others. He gives all the options and explains the details clearly. Would definitely recommend.

Recently I was working with Loree Adams in Kens office regarding an issue with one of my children. Loree went out of her way reviewing policies, even policies from different companies, so she could give me the best advice. There was nothing in this for Loree or Ken, it is just how they run their business and support their customers. I heartily recommend working with them if you have the opportunity.
