Lived here with my wife for 2 years. Honestly, the place is pretty great. The complex is nice enough, and the area is also pretty great. Amenities were good (minus the hot tub, which was never in operation). The unit was in great shape when we moved in, and seldom had any problems that maintenance didn’t fix promptly.Management was courteous, professional, and responsive for the most part. Parking was good, and an extra spot wasn’t too expensive.The only enduring downside (and it was pretty bad) were our neighbors, quite literally on all sides. Our next door neighbor was a sweet old lady who smoked like a chimney. On many occasions, you could smell the faint, penetrating odor of cigarettes in the kitchen area, but I figured she’d been there longer than I’ve been alive, so i endured that.I could write an oscar-nominated drama about our downstairs neighbors. There was yelling, stomping, loud music, late nights, throwing of plates, breakups, makeups, petty exes, balcony bbq’s, cigarettes, jazz cabbage, 911 calls, cops, arrests, firefighters, and K-9 units. I can’t have been the only one to complain about this to management, but there seemed to be little action taken. Given, I’m not sure how that process works, but man, were they annoying.Honestly, enjoyed the place. Hated the neighbors.

This would be our fourth year living here, and for the first three years we interacted with Jennifer who was the Property manager and highly professional. Since that time the management has hired people that are so unprofessional that I am baffled how they even made the cut. Luckily Andre has been fired, who basically spent quiet a few hours of the day either outside or with the office locked while still inside. His assistant who is looking after the property now is another character; rather than helping the tenants we have often seen watching movies or chatting away on the phone, while the requested services drag on for weeks. The new maintenance guy is absolutely terrible, he comes off as a really creepy fellow. Have always found his demeanor to be rather aggressive during our interactions and to be honest I just do not feel comfortable when he shows up. The difference is night and day as compared to the earlier staff, just couple weeks ago he was banging on the third floor so hard that I could hear him from two floors down and the funny part was that he continued to do so until someone opened the door a minute too late. Then same this happened to us, the knock or rather banging on the door was so hard that it seemed like he was trying to break into the place. He was supposedly here for a maintenance request and I happened to be in the middle of a virtual Teams meeting in the next room, then suddenly heard him right outside my door being extremely loud and angry. I could not believe that he was literally yelling at my wife and his attitude was nothing short of being threatening, I ended-up telling him to leave the apartment immediately. He comes off as a bit unstable and we will be reporting him to the proper authorities just in case. I would advise anyone thinking about moving here to be cautious and perhaps take some precautions. Note: Washington State, Office of the Attorney General, Washington State Human Rights Commission and Tenants Union of Washington State all provide good information regarding the laws, tenants rights and resources to assist in the matters of harassment and discrimination.

Never, move here I have been living here for a year and a half and the managers never listen to you and now worse with this arrogant manager, no matter how much you complain they will tell you if I repair this, and they never will, and tried to change the apartment for the noises from above but I have not answered for 8 months, I do not recommend it

Nice community in the heart of Kingsgate! My wife and I toured with the manager who was very well informative and poised. We’re looking to move around August this year and called a few apartments that informed us they would give us a call around July to setup an appointment, this property was eager to show us around their lovely community. The grounds were well manicured and maintained and the community was overall nice.

I have been staying here for 4 months now, and it has been really a great place to call home. The complex itself is beautiful and well maintained. Pool and other amenities are clean. People at the front desk are courteous and listen to you. Maintenance has never been an issue as any request put in is addressed in a timely manner. A big thanks to Jenny, Abby and Ashton for making our stay comfortable!

I liked to rent from this property. When I asked them to tell me about them availability, they said they have just one unit . I checked in their website and I saw they have 2 more available !! that they were cheaper. I decided to take tour for these units.When I scheduled the tour, the unit was $1730. After 2 days, when we went to see the unit, they told the price is $1870 . AND the Amazing thing : after 1 hour when we came back to get it, they show us new price and it was $1905 !!! I can accept daily rent increase but Not hourly! Stay away From people that who do not work honestly and clearly.

We lived in the Sancerre apartments for almost three years. While management changes made this place slightly more bearable, I would still avoid this place at all costs.While the units themselves were recently remodeled the work was very low quality, Walls arent finished, cabinets open the wrong way, things like that.Neighbors and random people alike use the dumpsters as an illegal furniture dumping ground which management wont do anything to fix, meaning you get to enjoy seeing abandoned junk sitting in the common lawn areas for weeks. One couch sat there for over a month.Management is terrible at communication, often closing the office early without warning. They accessed our apartment without permission or notice, broke our blinds and hid a part of it in our couch cushions, then changed their story three times when explaining the emergency situation authorizing their entry (window measuring, then it was mold issues).They promised all ground level units a fenced yard, built a fence, ripped it out, then built another, and quit the project without finishing it and had the audacity to try to sell this decision as intentional, calling it open concept fencing.Security is a joke. There is a casino directly next to the complex which provides a constant steam of drunk idiots screaming all night, and car prowls and theft has occurred (our motorcycle was stolen, our neighbors bike was tampered with).Cherry on top, they knowingly allow pets who have displayed aggressive behavior to remain in the complex and wont assist if there is an issue. A neighbor had an aggressive dog which had a pattern of going after other neighborhood dogs. My wife was walking our dog, and the aggressive dog was being walked by their 8(ish) year old who was unable to control the animal. This resulted in the dog slipping the leash and biting both my wife and my dog. Management informed us that they would speak with the owners but of course nothing happened, the dog was still being walked by children when we moved out.Not a great place to live.

We’ve lived here for almost 9 months and everything has been great service is fast and Courteous. They helped get our cat from behind the water heater and has been speedy and fixing our washing machine. The office people have been good at returning calls and for the most part has left us be since we don’t do anything wrong. They let us Hold our new apartment for two weeks with just the normal 250 deposit every apartment charges no extra holding fee. Every one has been great besides one of our neighbors but it has since stoped after we complained to management. The out side is well kept and the pool is clean the inside is a beautiful cream walls and great quality window shades. Great tree views outside. Definitely worth the rent we’re paying! We love living here and hope to stay.

Poor Management Poor Living Situation!I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anybody I care about. Management is the worst Ive ever seen. Its hard enough to even get a response from these people, but even worse they cant seem to keep a staff member long enough to even know how to answer your questions! Ive only lived here a year and the front desk member changed 3 times!Not to mention the parking in this crap hole is a NIGHTMARE!!! People always parking in your reserve spots and management does nothing about it. They do not enforce the towing rule.My move out was a joke. I cleaned every inch of that crappy apartment and they still charged me a general cleaning fee and carpet cleaning saying it was dirty! I dont mind the carpet cleaning, I get that. but a $125 general cleaning fee??? No matter how clean it is, they will still charge you a general cleaning fee so dont even bother cleaning the crap hole! They do and say anything to keep all of your deposit so you will never see that money again! I mean they asked ME if I can move out early because somebody wanted to rent out my apartment when there was an apt vacant for months above me and directly across from me so why were they asking me to move out early? Probably because my apt was the cleanest but they still want to screw me over with charging me for every little thing in that apt.Sancerre is waaaaaay overpriced for what it is and living here has been the worst situation ever. Like I said, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone I care about because I dont want them to go through the many headaches that come with living here!

Shady Shady People.No privacy.Get a wifi security system!!!!!!!!!!!!!!-They enter your apartment when your not home with out notice or warning!!!!I had a gut feeling they were doing this, my golden retriever had been acting weird since i moved in, thought it was just because of the new space-but- no. So i got a wifi security system, 2 weeks later the maintenance guy and head manager lady was walking about my unit. Opening cabinents, my dresser and closet doors.What were they looking for?

Its the worse place I have leaving in, plus the service is really poor. The price its ridiculous for the size of the apartment. its not for families, its just for single couple.They try to steal your money no matter what you do to prove to them you dont owe a bill.This happened to me and a few other people.

Ive loved living here for the past two years, but this new nit-picky, HOA style of management is annoying as hell. Theyre unreasonably critical in the last few months over anything remotely out of place. Ive been given an eviction warning over things like a plant on my window sill after being told they were going to contact me first as to whether I could keep it. Weve been complimented by maintenance for how clean our apartment looks on several occasions, but God forbid there isnt a water tray under the potted outdoor plants. 24 hours for compliance when I work 10 hour shifts at a hospital. Seriously? They cant even keep office hours and youre going to get pissy over small things like this? Staff consistently leaves early on same-day notice, or no notice at all. The emergency maintence crew did not answer their phone or return calls when flooding occurred from the upstairs neighbors a few months ago. Im so disappointed because we havent had any issues until this year and now suddenly theres a passive aggressive email or note sent out on a biweekly schedule.

Residents drive around, in and out of the lot at ridiculous speeds. Park in the bus stop, bike lanes. All around a dangerous place to be near.

DON’T MOVE HERE. I REPEAT DONT MOVE HERE!!! I have lived here for over 2 yrs and their service is terrible, they buy cheap things and things are always breaking! And if you park your car in the wrong place they put a massive sticker that is a pain in the butt to take off.

Cannot wait for our lease to end! Expensive rent & the offices schedule is inconsistent. Look for another ​place to live.

Very bad experience I do not recommend that place to anyone I moved recently but they sent me bills that I do not owe until they told me Maria when my name is not like that is the worst apartment to live in and the worst is the manager they have there today is a very arrogant lady bad she with all tenants
