The guy did my pedi and ANC nails. The end results were good, but the place is not clean. No antiseptic wipe down of service space between use by different customers. Half-eaten food near nail station. No menu of choices for pedi. Nail tech did not cover his nose with mask.Prices are cheap, but I hope I dont get sick.

Extremely unsanitary and dirty. Did not you use any ways to de-sanitize their instruments. I have psoriasis on my feet (which I warned them about before hand) and because he couldnt communicate in English he shredded a callous remover over one of the spots when I was trying to tell him not too. Saturday was the event and Yesterday(Sunday) the nails were already chipping. I paid 52.00 including tip for a french manicure, no gel, no tips. Will never visit here again.

A guy did my nails. I had to tell him several times to correct my thumb and at the end it is still crooked. I think that this place is a waste of time and money. Please do not go to this salon. It was a terrible first experience with them.

My mother and I are loyal customers, been coming for over 10 years. I bring my 3 yr old son to have nails trimmed here now too. Owner is cool and the folks there are professionals. My nails and feet are always done well. I cant believe the previous pictures are from this salon.

Honestly not worth the moment in my opinion nails were dry and paint wasn’t great. Feet felt worse after pedicure. Won’t be tipping or returning.

I have been coming here for over 7 years and had a wonderful experience all the time. They are very friendly and courteous. I have tried a few other places in kingston and I was never happy with the work. Kim and Son both do an excellent job!!! I Recommend this nail & spa to all of Kingston.

Got a manicure done here yesterday, and after just one hour one nail completely chipped off. The place wasnt very clean either, and there were barely any color options to choose from. Service was fast, so thats +1 star, and the base prices are relatively inexpensive. However, I asked for a matte top coat, and they charged me $5 extra, which was outrageous. I couldve done a matte top coat myself for barely a dollar. Probably wont come here again, only pros about this place were the fast service and friendly staff. Quality was definitely a no.

My first experience at the salon the only place in Kingston that knows how to do acrylic correctly! Everywhere else in this town uses cheap arylic powder and you can tell because it feels like weak plastic, turns yellow and break off easily! My nails look perfect! The shape is on point. Only place in town that I seen that uses high quality materials for their work. The prices are very reasonable only $20 for a pedicure!! Everywhere else is 25, and the full sets are only $23 bucks !!!!!! I highly recommended getting gel nail polish it last and looks so much better the lady suggested the gel polish for myself and I am so in love!!! I paid only 10 extra for gel polish and usually it’s $12-$15 at other nail salons. They have so many colors to choose from and they use the best brands of nail polish, DND is my favorite and they have it ! All their tools are sanitize in a machine and put in individual bags for their clients, so CLEAN!!! I’ll be getting my pedicures done here from now on. This place is amazing, only place in Kingston that has high end supplies for their customers for a better experience and most importantly the results! The owner here is super nice and very willing to please customers. I will be coming back to this place especially to see the lovely owner herself, ask for Lee!!

I really wish I could have given a better review, the wait time was unbelievably long and I had someplace to be, however I did get 5 dollars off of my acrylic nails (which were originally $40 with no gel) the lady was very kind and took good care of me. However I noticed the nails were very flimsy, I’ve been to many salons in the area and I’ve never had a problem. Luckily the event I got them done for was only a few hours after but I broke a nail the very next day just by gently hitting hit against sometjing else (by accident) it is almost a week since I got them done and 5 nails have broken. I have hit my nails harder before with other nails (from other salons) and they were still sturdy. Will never!!! Go again for acrylics.

They recently got a new owner and improved everything like the chairs tables and cleaness of the store.They are great the staff are very nice and helpful to giving you what you ask for. Ive brought my daughter and her friends here also they do extra designs for them at no cost!I recommend coming on Wednesdays thats when its less busy. They have lots of colors to choose from and have matching sets. They also offer waxing at very little cost. The eyebrows are only $6! Overall a great family friendly place with great service.

They are really rude and did nothing I wanted she kept telling me my nails were find short after I told her I wanted them long. They are really dirty too!! Do not go there trust me

Went here for the very first time yesterday. The guy that was taking off my ANC was grinding down my nail so badly it was burning and hurting and he even made the nail so thin you could see the pink underneath. I decided against new ANC and went for a plain manicure. He didn’t have a clue as to what he was doing. So as I was drying my nails I was looking at them and they were bubbling and paint was in my cuticles. I stood up and asked the only English speaking girl there where his license was posted on the wall. She said she didn’t know she had only just started a week ago. I demanded to see his license. Basically he doesn’t have one. I refused to pay and walked out. Today I am filing a complaint with the NY state board of licensing against this establishment. Do NOT GO HERE!!!!

Do not take their time to do your nails, seems to not care about customer service. I would never go here again. They are rude, they sit there and talk about you. Like I may not be able to speak your language but I can read body language and gestures. Save your time, energy and money and go elsewhere. They do not deserve to even be in business. Oh and def not clean.

Rude! Says they are open until 9. Walk in at 7:30 and they are not busy. The girl yells to the back, cant we just lock the door?. My response was that I walked out and left.

Every time I go in there the price is different . I had today . Not sure why I even went back 45 for fill ins . You have to be kidding me . The pedicures are pretty awful too . Always have little obvious dots. Dont go here

When we came here, the man that worked there was very nasty and rude. He also does not have a license, we will not come here again.

The staff was very kind and we got right in, but my gel manicure peeled off in just two days. I believe they didnt use the correct polish or it didnt cure properly.

I can not give my opinion positively since my experience was not pleasant. First the man who now works there is unpleasantly ill-mannered his wife showing jealousy and every time he kissed him. Second I will tell you that that day my daughter was going to make touch-ups in manicure, she was attended by the daughter of the owner who was not careful she did not do her job well because she cut my daughter twice, but she dared ask for more tip. If I had known at the time what happened, I complained. We will not be back ...
