Austin has been great to help us with all our cellular needs. My daughter needed a hotspot for college and he met us on his off day while she was home from college on weekend to get it for us. He is amazing!

If anyone has not used this place then you need to do so. The staff at this business is first class when it comes to assisting you in all your Verizon needs. Also a huge shout it to Austin Gibson. This man will always help you even if he is off he will not turn his back on you. To the management; you should be proud you have Austin Gibson on your team.

I went in a while back after my 18m old completely fried my phone. When she couldn’t watch anymore Cocomelon while we were at dinner I thought our server was gonna kick us out of the restaurant! The next morning I went into the colonial heights store to see what my options were. Sam greeted us immediately with a big smile while my daughter was crying and fussing cause she has a big attitude lol. Sam gave her something to play with and kept her amused while she ran me through my options. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful and friendly. I left with a new iPhone 12 Pro Max for cheaper than I thought possible and she even gave me options on how to lower my bill every month. Needless to say when it’s time again for another phone I will not go to anyone else but her! She should be running the place! She was amazing!

Bad experience with this store. Live in area but had purchased phone and iPad at another local store. Not willing to help at all telling me phone was faulty and Id have to take back. Ends up nothing wrong they just didnt want to help since I hadnt purchase at their store. Very unprofessional!

Terrible place to do business they will always try to talk you out of what you want . Plus they will charge you 40 bucks in store for nothing and by the way you will have 40 dollars additional on your bill . Please go to east stone drive near target !

Victor was awesome! He was able to do some research and get our problem solved. Even though we werent there spending tons of money, or even any money, he helped with a technical issue! Never made us feel like we were a bother. The East Stone Drive Branch had no time to deal with any customers. Offered tech support number or suggested Colonial Heights. So, we will take our business to Colonial Heights from now on!

I stopped going to the Verizon store due to their overall lack of helpful service. I visited the Colonial Heights location and was helped by Dilon. He was professional, very knowledgable, and took the time to set up my phone and show me some tips. The phone accessories he suggested have been great, too! He has my business.

Bobby made the experience personally inviting and the experience of swapping phones fluid. I enjoyed being able to connect with him. Real good vibes in this store.

I can’t say enough about how I was treated and dealt with when I went into Verizon to purchase a new iPhone. Trevor was so attentive and focused on only me even though the store was full of customers. He took his time to explain the operation of my new phone and downloaded everything from my previous phone to my new one. Trevor was very polite and treated me as if I was the only customer in the store. With that said I have only the highest praise for the treatment I received.

As we all know there is a lot stress when it comes to picking a new phone plan, service provider, or even finding out what case to get. Trevor took all the pain and worry away and made everything so smooth and simple. Dillon was great help when I decided to upgrade my IPhone. He met us at the door with a handshake and a smile. He was never pushy but there to answer any questions I had. After I decided on a phone, he took the time to demonstrate the updates from my IPhone 8 to my new IPhone X. He transferred the data from my old phone to the new one then had me check to make sure everything had transferred over. He packed up the old phone got it ready to send to Apple. He made sure before I left the store I knew how to use my phone. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with Version when upgrading my phone. I would encourage anyone thinking of getting any new equipment from Verizon to go to Verizon on Ft Henry Dr and ask for Dillion. He is the best.

Dont go to Verizon in ALLENDALE, KINGSPORT, TN-I was returning a new phone I purchased because I didnt care for it. When I purchased the phone I did also purchase Liquid Glass for $40 to prevent scratches and they (Verizon) put it on for me. I returned the phone within the time limit. The manager there tried to say the phone had a scratch on it, and he was gonna deduct $80 off of the purchase price. The phone did NOT have a scratch and when my husband tried to tell him otherwise he demanded we leave or he was gonna call the cops! Needless to say we went to another Verizon Store and they never mention a word about a scratch on the phone. Maybe he was trying to pocket himself $80 bucks. Just sayin!

Dont bother. Pay your bills online or go to real Verizon store. They cant read their own receipts and make things up if they dont know the answer. If you dont pay attention they will short change you.

The place is great if youre the only customer. If you walk in and they are otherwise encumbered, good luck. I went in the other day and waited 30 minutes and finally walked out and bought my phone online. The sales process is so involved it seems to take an inordinately long time to complete a transaction -- so once they get involved with customers youre basically ignored. One person acknowledged my existence while I was waiting in there and that was to tell me Ill be with you in a minute and 30 minutes later...
