Came into the salon to get my hair colored! I didn’t have an appointment but the lady at the desk said that we could get me worked in! I didn’t have to wait to long! The manager ended up doing my hair and done a awesome job! It was exactly what I wanted! I will definitely be back to this salon! Good group of girls working there!

I haven’t had my hair professionally cut in a long time, but I really wanted to try for something MUCH shorter than I usually do. I was obviously nervous & my stylist (Jackelyn) did everything to make me comfortable! And my hair turned out great!! I’m very happy!!

I was in salon last nite! Tanya did my hair! I absolutely love it! She gave me exactly what I wanted! She was very professional and told me everything that she was doing! The price was very reasonable! I will return to this salon and recommend others!

When calling in to make an appointment with my stylist, whom I’ve used for years, the young lady who answered the phone (Lexi ) was very rude. She informed me that my stylist had been out for a week and she didn’t know when my stylist would be back. I told her I had spoken with my stylist, who directed me to call in to the salon to get on her schedule, and she would be in. We have had severe flooding and my stylist was unable to get to work due to the road being totally under water from the river being out of its banks. I feel like the young lady who answered the phone should have been more professional, especially when speaking about a co-workers personal business. My stylist will continue to get my business but Ms Lexi should probably be given a course on professional etiquette.

Made an appointment, went in 10 minutes early, they sat on their phones and didnt acknowledge I was there, despite asking hello. Not happy.

I had an appointment at 4:30 for my 2 young sons to get their hair cut today. I planned to also have mine done if there were any openings. The girl who checked us in pulled her mask off to speak to us. (Defeating the purpose of a mask.) While we waited for our turn, there was a man & 2 teen boys hanging out in there, for no apparent reason, having the absolutely loudest conversation I’ve ever heard in my life. The man was literally screaming & laughing so loud, I’m surprised the mirrors didn’t break. They were telling inappropriate jokes & none of them were wearing masks. We have been loyal customers of this place for 6 years, but after today’s experience I no longer believe it to be a safe environment for children.

Great service. I was in and out in no time. They are taking precautions for Covid as well. Very neat and very clean.

Made an appointment online only to get there and they didnt have it. Told it would be 20 mins, came back and waited an additional 15 mins and no one spoke to me or even looked at me. Got a call on the way out and she couldnt hear me saying hello because she was to busy talking to someone else. Im not impressed

I attend hours near the salon because of my job. So, I already knew customer service would win me over. Determination was in action when I sought one of their hair treatments. It worked wonders!

Absolutely love this hair salon! This is the main place I go to get my hair done. I never get the same stylist but every one of them have done an excellent job. Every time Ive gone elsewhere to get my hair cut, Ive left so unhappy I could cry. Once I had my hair cut at New Image, walked straight out the door, and went to Walmart to have it straightened up. A few weeks ago this salon was full so I went to the Walmart in Johnson city in Browns Mill road assuming I would be pleased with my cut since its the same business. Unfortunately the old lady who cut my hair took WAY too much off and ruined my stack. Never the less the cut was still in great shape and hair will grow back. Still yet I would have rather gone to this Salon in Kingsport because theyve never let me down. Highly recommen this place!!! 10 stars 🤩🤩🤩

My teenage daughter booked an appt online with my help for this location around 3-4 days ago for today at 5:30pm. We go in today and theres a lady sweeping the first booth on the right. She asked could she help me, so I told her we were there for my daughters appt she booked online. I could barely even get the sentence out before shes telling me theres no online appts booked for today. I explain to her this was booked days ago. She suggested maybe we selected the wrong location....nope. Then she says it only lets you book the day of only...nope. It lets you choose any day in the week ahead of time....Then, she says that it wouldnt have allowed us to book at appt for that late in the day....wrong again because it did. My daughters phone was dead unfortunately or I would have gladly showed her she was wrong about all of those things. You would think as an employee you would know how your online booking system works. She also yelled back at an employee asking if they had gotten any online appts still trying so hard to act like Im making it up-or thats how I perceived it. Needless to say, my daughter didnt get to get her hair done. She was so excited about it and left so disappointed it truly saddened me as that is all she had talked about that day! She didnt even offer to book a future appt for her. Which I wouldnt have anyway just from the atmosphere and how annoyed she seemed just by someone that was there for the appt they booked! If I could post screenshots I would post the confirmation. Also a simple google search will show anyone you CAN book days in advance and also that you CAN schedule appts as late as 5:30pm as we did. Which she claimed you could not.....

Wish my stylist would have listened to what I was saying. I wanted a little more to be cut. My hair still looks the same. Its a very nice salon.

Made a appointment for 215 online, sat there for 45 mins and they told me they didnt have a slot for me today and that i should call and make an appointment next time....

Riki was fantastic, took me last minute. Great conversation and her highlight foils, are on point. I have experienced many colorings. I have long hair and got small foils done within 2.5 hrs! It came out great. Recommend giving it a whirl. Give you finial bill before start so you know if you can afford it, or need to change some ideas. I get color every 6 months. Going back!

Stephanie and Bridget are great hair stylist. My mother is the pickiest person ever with her hair and she was so amazed how much she loved it after Bridget was done. We will be back. I just hope they stay there bc when we find someone we like, they always move and we dont know how to locate them.

My granddaughter went for highlights omg she came out with frizz )hair. An the sign said full set 64.97 plus cut Didnt get cut. 94.00 dollars no I didnt leave a tip hair has pink thorough it sorry but Dont go to smart cuts ask me I never go back(update)!!!!! Went back to get hair redone smart cuts did their job I think what was needed was to let the person know (paying) if your adding more charges a big surprise was 94.00 dollars for a full highlights but she made it right thank you for a better job!!!!!

2 stars because I cant rate the service. Scheduled an appointment and everyone in there was busy, said ten minutes then said it would be an hour. The other hair dresser said im not rushing for anyone and was blatantly rude. Every customer that came in she said were booked. Before they could even speak. Thr lady i had an appointment with addmited she was behind, and i understand. My issue was I had an appointment and no service along with a rude employee whom i wasnt even having do my hair.

Went in for an eyebrow waxing. the girl who did them has no sense of symmetry and waxed the end off one and the other is noticeably thinner. needless to say, i wont be coming back here anytime soon, especially to Ariella... i complained to a manager and she told me she could fix it and make them even but that would just mean making the other one thin and short too. no thank you.
