I had a very positive experience with Leinbach Services. Mr. Leinbach oversaw the entire project and was on site for the actual installation. The team that did the installation were consummate professionals, friendly and respectful of my home. Finally, my dealings with the office staff were also very positive. Phone calls and emails were addressed promptly and with professional courtesy.

Serviced natural gas fireplace logs. Technician was professional, efficient and friendly. Would use again. I’m having them estimate the installation of a dual fuel gas range in the kitchen. If estimate is reasonable will probably use them for range installation also.As follow up to above review, I did have Leinbach install the dual fuel gas range, that I mentioned in the above review. Again their service was professional, efficient and friendly. I will certainly consider having them estimate any other job(s) that I may need done in the future.

Leinbach Services installed natural gas logs and re-routed a gas line for us on a house we a remodeling. Lynn and Mike were great to work with! They had competing prices and they installed the logs in less than a week. I definitely recommend them and will use them again!!

Was told the tech would be available sometime Monday, and would give us a call 1 hr before hand. He called first thing in the morning and made us a priority. Worked out pricing with us to where we weren’t laying out a fortune at one. We had just bought our home and years of neglect left the HVac unit in need of maintenance. About a week ago it started flooding our basement. It was a nice experience. Will use again to continue to get this unit up to par.

I had a 40-year-old heat pump that finally quit on me. Jim walked me through the entire process. Repair technicians were professional and courteous. I also appreciated how quickly they were able to get to my house to assess the situation and then replace my unit.

I made an appointment with Leinbach about 4 weeks in advance of us moving into our home. On the day of the appointment, we waited around the entire 6 hour window and no one showed up. The lady I spoke with was very apologetic and said she thought the technician had come by.She said they would definitely come the following day, which they did and called ahead as well. The technician was professional and diagnosed a few issues as well as looked at what we wanted done. He then left saying hed work up an estimate that day and let me know the next day. I was disappointed that no work was done after all our waiting, but okay.. So, the next day its getting close to close of business and I call to see about the estimate and the receptionist acts like its crazy that they would have an estimate that quickly because it usually takes a couple of days, then they require a deposit before even scheduling the work to be done. There was ONE thing I urgently needed done and when I pushed, she said they would come up with a figure for that one thing for me. Well, she got back to me with a number that seemed SO unreasonable that I was floored. I felt like they were taking advantage of my desperation, but it turns out I wasnt quite that desperate. I finally walked away and have had better luck with other businesses in town. I know everyone is busy right now, but there were just too many red flags with this business.

They checked and fixed pilot lights in two fireplaces. This the second company that has come into my house and as a result of whatever they did, left a layer of black dust on everything, everything! I am asthmatic and I have a dog with a breathing problem not to mention some white furniture. My ensuite bathroom all countertops everything, black! This literally makes me sick that these companies dont tell you when they come in that this is whats going to result so that you have a chance to make a few changes like moving furniture, covering things, whatever!! They should be paying me to have a cleaning lady come in!

My air conditioning quit working one evening and first thing the next morning I started calling different HVAC companies. Of the few that I actually was able to reach, Leinbach was the only one to be able to look at my ac on the same day. They came out, looked at the unit, and found the problem. I called to get my heat pump fixed. Within a 3 hour window they were here and had it fixed. They are Awesome and would recommend them to anyone.

Price was kinda steep but it was done in same day, took 8 hours. Showed up at 8:25 to see what all was needed, left @9:00 to get parts didnt show back up till after 12:00pm. Tech was nice and did a good job, but like I said price was fairly expensive!!

The Service Tech. (Mike) was super nice and very professional. And even though I messed up my appointment and wasnt prepared for him to service our propane fire place. Leinbach blew our other estimate out of the water. We had a propane line installed from our outdoor portable propane tank to our indoor fireplace. The technician was very responsive and respectful. He was very neat and put everything back as he found it. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them to others!

When calling for an appointment they were able to get someone out very quickly. It was nice that they call an hour before they arrived that way you dont have to sit home all day and wait on them. The tech was very professional, clean and courteous and did an excellent job with the maintenance Jack as well as explaining everything that needed to be done or how things worked. This was important because the house is going to be sold. After the service, I received a call from the office to check on things and make sure everything went well. They are very concerned that they do a good job and that they put the best face forward. I have to say, they have excellent knowledgeable employees. We recently purchased a home that has 2 gas fireplaces. As the weather is getting colder, and we wanted to start using the fireplaces, we felt that they should be checked out first. We also needed to be sure we were starting and using them correctly. We were very pleased and impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and personable customer service we received. We have had a family member who suffered a house fire resulting in a total loss of dwelling and all possessions (including 1 pet) but thankfully no personal injuries, so we take this stuff quite seriously. This a Company you can trust. When a technician does work for you it will be repaired correctly.

They fixed my heat, but I feel like they charge an arm and a leg. Something has to pay for the Mercedes work vans they drive around I guess. The Atmos guy recommended I avoid this company but the company he recommended didnt answer their phone and Leinbach was very speedy.

Had an appointment on a Monday no one showed up or called I called the office on Tues and got a snooty response that they had called and left a msg. I got many calls & msg on Mon but not from them??. Anyway they rescheduled it for the following Mon turns out the tech was sick. So on Mon the Tech calls at 4:00 says if all goes well he will be heading my way around 5:00 apparently all did not do well because I got a call at around 7:30 from the Tech wanting to know if i still wanted him to come by I said not really ( My day ends around 5:00) never had a electrician or plumber or any other repairs service wanting to start the job at 8:00 PM (looks like poor scheduling). I assumed I would be first on the list for the next day but the tech said the company would not allow him to do that and by god he was right I got a call on Tues telling me it would be Friday. Well Friday has came and as of today 12/6/20 no call from anyone. I will never call this company again very poorly run.

Wanted them to come give me a masonry quote to do a build out gas fire place and they sent the wrong guy :( and never called back or got their mason out to me. Still hoping to use them but was also hoping to get a quick easy quote for fireplace install and that hasn’t happened yet

Leinbach Services did a great job on insulating the walls in my dads house. The house was built in 1940. After the insulation was put in several days later a couple places the sheetrock let loose. Leinbach returned to make it right even though it was probably due to the age of the home. But I appreciated the fact that the backed up their work and did it well. And they always did the work with a smile on their face! Thanks the good work and patience with my dad.😉

Called them after my a/c went out. Explained the issue in great detail and my concerns about the system being complex and unique (just bought the residence). They stated we can resolve all Coleman & York a/c issues. They came out looked at it, flipped the breaker and said they couldnt fix it. Reason being it wasnt something they were trained on. Charged me $80 diagnostic fee and left. I asked why I was being charged... response: we provided you the diagnostic. WOW!That diagnostic was, call someone else.Save your time and money call someone else, that diagnostic is free from me to you.

Leinback Services has been my top choice for HVAC for the past 5 years. They are always there when my system needs service, even during peak seasons. Theyre dependability over that time led me to choose them to replace my heat pump this past summer. They did a thorough analysis of the house, presented several options and spent time with me to discuss the various features that I would get at different price points. They also were very responsive to questions after the initial installation. In my experience, they are very well trained in what they do and take pride in the quality of their work. I have recommended them to many friends and colleagues and have only heard good things from them as well.

Called Leinbach Services because my heat pump was not cooling. I got same day service even though we were in the middle of stay at home order. The technician that came out was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the issue. It turned to to be a clogged refrigerant line at the filter air dryer. I had paid a high price prior to have the coil replaced on my system. The technician explained that when a coil is replaced it should include flushing of the line and replacement of the filter air dryer. Being the skeptic that I am I decided to fact check the information while I awaited my official quote. My research proved the information given by the tech to be spot on. Needless to say I was infuriated that the service I had received from the other company was incomplete and the problem was due to their negligence. After receiving the quote from Leinbach I called the other company and leveraging the information and quote the prior company agreed to replace the part and fix the issue for no charge. I am completely done with that other company. I was very impressed with Leinbachs professionalism and even when the technician knew I had the coil replaced prior, he gave me the straight facts on my issue and did not attempt to do anything that was unnecessary. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the reasons why the coil replacement was not done correctly. I appreciate that. Even though I did not award Leinbach with the job I will without a doubt be using them going forward for all of my HVAC services. You can’t put a price on getting honest and trustworthy service especially in the HVAC world. I HIGHLY recommend Leinbach Services. They didn’t need to, but they helped me because I believe they care about their customers and want to fix issues right the first time, every time. Thank you for taking care of me and my family!

Mike came to our house yesterday afternoon to fix a non working gas fireplace. He was prompt, very clean (both in appearance and work environment), knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He made an effort to inform me of simple self help methods to check and fix next time the fireplace isnt working so I do not have to pay for simple fixes. In all, Mike was at our house maybe an hour and had the problem solved. It is difficult to find honest and fair people in this type of industry. We are very happy to have found Leinbach and will keep them in mind in the future.

Our heat pump finally gave up on us in February. Jim came out to our home and spent time educating us on the different units and costs. We had several other quotes, but we felt Leinbach was the company to go with. They werent the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. In the end we felt we got the proper unit for our house, our budget and for resale value of our home. Mike and Alan did the install and I couldnt have asked for a more professional experience. They went above and beyond expectations. They took the time to explain the new thermostat and even stopped in the next day just to make sure all was well. I highly recommend them.

My fiance and I recently used Leinbach services to install a new unit for our new house we just bought. Jim was great in walking us through what was and wasnt needed and was never pushy about any purchase decisions. On our scheduled install day Mike and TJ were absolutely wonderful. They were polite, courteous, and always wore booties inside to not track dirt/mud in. It rained all day and they were completely soaked but still finished well before I expected and took the time to explain the features of our new unit. Its no longer 90 degrees in our house and Im thankful!

We have gas logs, a gas water heater, and other natural gas taps at our home and have never had them inspected since initial installation 15 years ago. In addition, we hadnt used our gas logs for some period of time, so I believed it was high time to get both the logs checked out, as well as the integrity of the overall gas service lines. But who to call? I knew that Leinbach Services was nearby, but I didnt know anything about them. After a bit of research, I saw they got good reviews, and diving down into those reviews further, I saw that one was from my cousin who had used them and had nothing but good things to say. I called and talked with her, and she said they were outstanding, and proceeded to give me the name and number of the technician who came to her home. I contacted him, and he - in turn - worked through the main office to set up an appointment with me.I could not have been more satisfied. He arrived in the timeframe Leinbach said he would. He was very knowledgeable of of his craft; clean cut, respectful, and quickly set about doing the task at hand. Along the way, he explained what needed to be done and why, and didnt try to push unnecessary services or upsell me on a new set of gas logs. Within a little over an hours time, he had checked and confirmed that my gas service lines were in good condition; that my home was electrically grounded through its water lines; cleaned/fixed my gas logs (the ports of which had gotten clogged on one side and werent functioning); and gave me helpful advice to insure ongoing safe serviceability; and moved on to his next appointment. And all of this was done for a very fair price. Based upon my experience, I would recommend Leinbach Services unequivocally, and wouldnt hesitate a moment to use them again for similar-type services. I should also point out they provide broader services as well (e.g., electrical, HVAC, etc.), but I cant speak to those as I havent used them. However, based upon what I encountered with the work that I did have performed, Leinbach would be on my first call list should I have need for such services, and I would (and will!) recommend them without hesitation whenever I encounter family or friends in need of general residential HVAC, gas, etc. services. Id like to think this is a good company and we just had a BAD experience...ALWAYS get a second quote. Leinbachs technician came out a few days ago and ended up quoting us over $950 to replace a pressure switch. The technician ACTUALLY said Its probably not even worth the cost of the repair, you might want to look into purchasing a new system from us (Our unit is only 5.5 years old). Another company came by yesterday, and yes, it is the pressure switch. They fixed it today for less than $300. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Leinbach.

Daniel & Steven of Leinbach tackled a seemingly-easy project at our house - it ended up being a difficult repair. They were replacing the screens on our porch. Despite bad weather and needing additional trim, they endeavored to finish the project in only 2 days. We very much appreciate their can-do attitudes and assistance. Plumbing leak in our ceiling was repaired and the sheet rock repaired. The workmanship was so professional there is no way to notice the place that was repaired. The service technicians were courteous and prompt. We will call Leinbach again when we have needs.
