It was a horrible experience. I went in for a manicure, asked about nail polish that would last longer than standard nail polish (usually, this is about $2 or $3 and is an ungrade to usual nail polish, but is still the same style i.e. brush on liquid that dries without u.v.). The woman says choose a color and then she decided to do this powder substance dip thing. I was there for two hours and at the end my entire left hand has weird marks that look like finger prints. They tried to fix it with a top coat and nothing helped. Complete disaster. Not to mention when they were painting my nails, the woman doing it did it very unevenly and when I said this is uneven, is there any way to fix it?, she started to sand down my nail to the point it started bleeding the second I left the store. I was given a coupon for a free pedicure, but it will just go to waste as I am never going back again. This was a disaster that cost me $40 dollars and serious back pain (2 hours in the most uncomfortable chair isnt exactly a fun time). Never go here if you want nice quality nails.

The owner was very kinda and patient. My nails came out amazing and her other workers made the environment very comfortable, made my next appointment :)
