I’m not a watch kinda guy, but the service my friend and I got today when she was looking to buy a gift here was top notch. The watch itself is also nice and the store is well laid out with tons and tons of different styles, bands, and colors. What a cool store with cool employees.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this Swatch store! The sales associate was super friendly and made sure we felt comfortable trying on whatever we were interested in. He even showed me a watch that was in the new animal collection that he hadnt put out on display because he saw how interested I was in the Comicat one I ended up purchasing. This was my first Swatch but it wont be my last!!!

Swatch is horrible I purchased a watch 4 months ago and already the watch is falling apart. Dont shop here they do not stand by the quality of their watches. Horrible Stay away

The service is excellent. Very knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Watch quality is good. Folks should mindful for a Swiss made time machine Swatch is reasonably priced. I only wish they were made with sapphire crystal. Id recommend this store and staff for a pleasant experience.

This is a very nice Swatch store that is located in the KOP Mall. It has many watch styles and accessories that you can choose from for your new watch. This brings back memories of the early 90s when they were very popular. Great place to stop. Staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking since this is located at the mall.

A small storefront but a wide selection... the salespeople seemed a bit desperate, though... we told them we were just looking and they still tried to push product on us pretty aggressively.

Love this place 3rd visit and definitive will make more business. Celia and the rest of personal are awesome !
