Such bad sales people in the store. When you walk into a store you expect the sales associate to acknowledge you or even hint that they have seen you and you ll be attended shortly. The lady at the store not only ignored me but also was so rude when I asked if she had seen.To all sales associates “ you are not doing a favor by working in the store to the Customer, the customer is doing a favor to you by buying stuff “.
I never have a bad experience with Kay Jewelers. I highly recommend them over any other Jewelers, you will be highly satisfied. Guaranteed!
Wasnt happy with service provided will not be returning nor purchasing from Kays ever...... dissatisfied customer
This place located in King of Prussia has 3 employers today and it was empty when I arrived and take forever to let me in. Llus of that the person who attended me was in a rush and doesnt even has the patience that they are supposed to. I spend money over there but the service sucks. I have a better service in kay located in Berkshire mall .
It seems like is a standard statewide policy for bad manners and wait time. We were at the entrance no one say hi Ill be with you guys in a moment… absolutely nothing… it was one other couple in the store and +4 employees simply ignoring us. Nasty customer service.
This location is found on the plaza side across from build a bear. The best place to park is the transit center near the rite aid entrance 🤗🤗
Would be 0 stars if possible. Do not go to this store
The service was so bad it was laughable. Went on 1/2/21 to return/exchange an item. The employee shuffled up to the entrance and acted like she was so irked I was there. I told her I wanted to return a pair of earrings but could possibly exchange them for a thin gold chain. We looked at the chains, and she held the merchandise so far away as if I was going to snatch it and run. Then when she confirmed information for my return, she shouted my address and phone number across the store. This is no exaggeration-she was in the center of a store at the cash register, and I was outside of the store at the gold chain section. She actually screamed my address across the store in an effort to confirm my info. I had to ask her to not confirm my information so loudly, and she sighed and asked if I wanted to come in. This person had the worst attitude Ive ever seen in an employee. I used to work in jewelry, and this was just awful. Ill be calling the manager on Monday.
Great customer service! Found what I want
I was there yesterday, there were 2 employees inside, one girl was the Muslim hair covered, she was busy with a customer, and the other one was free so we asked her if we can come in and she said its one customer at the time due to Covid, so we understood and said ok no problem with a big smile me and my boyfriend and told hair we will be back when u finish with this customer. We came back after 10 minutes to find 3 customers inside!!!! It’s insane! Why did she lie to us and sent us away i have no clue! Its for Kay Jewlers to find out and get better employees! Look at the rating you have !!! Its unexceptable to lie in the face of the customer and waste his time by waiting and in the end she takes other customers.
Mimi is fantastic! My boyfriend and I were trying to get ideas with what sort of ring I would want, no purchasing just I like this, dont like that. We stopped and another jeweler before Kays. The first jeweler was pushy and kept trying to force us in one specific direction without me looking around at other styles. She also blatantly lied about the price to my boyfriend regarding monthly payments. So he was steamed and very angry. We walked into Kays and the person to greet us was Mimi. I explained our previous experience and what we wanted to accomplish that day. Mimi was understanding and patient, walked us through every little detail. She was personable and easy to talk to. There was also another associate there that joked around with us as well. It was a 180 degree difference in experience. Mimi saved our day and gave us a great experience!
Great experience. They worked within our budget and found perfect wedding bands for us.
The sales people were amazing. They helped my daughters and I design some beautiful custom pendants. They bought wonderful ideas and really listened to what we were looking for. I will definitely be dealing with this store for my future purchases.
This is a great place, great prices and Mimi is the best of the best!
Horrible experience!!! Me and wife came in to shop and the woman behind the counter told me all my jewelry from another store was actually moissanite. Obviously i know my stuff is real but for this little girl who only got a job for the holidays to tell it was fake just to make a sale lol.... Completely unprofessional staff and almost laughable
AVOID THIS STORE! Great at selling but horrendous customer service. There are better Kay stores, scratch that, better jewelers to spend your money. I will never shop at this store or at Kays ever again.Their master crafts people damaged my fiancées engagement ring while fitting it with an enhancer band. Kay had the ring for over a month and could not properly communicate the status of the repairs. I had to initiate the conversation to get any information. When I called the day it was suppose to be finished they informed me it wouldnt be ready for 6 more days. After emailing customer service the ring was magically ready...
I recently got engaged, 10 days ago to be exact, and the diamond of my ring is already loose. My fiance and I took it into Kay to get it looked at, and she just took it from me and said sorry. She gave us a turn around time of 2 weeks, but after seeing many reviews on Google Reviews and Yelp, they seem to lose a lot of rings. I have a gut feeling that it may happen, but we will see. After she took my ring, my fiance asked about the enhancer that my engagement ring comes with, and she tried selling it to us in the most shady manner. She kept saying that the monthly payments wont go up, that we can use the rewards, but then changed it to our monthly payments will go up about $60, and then said again that it would go down. Also that we couldnt use all of our rewards. She was unsure about most of her answers to the questions that we asked, and told us to call the 1-(800) number because her job was to just do the retail part of her job and because she realized she was getting caught up in her lies. We told her we will call the number and return at a later date and she forcefully said to call now or she will.. we left the store instead. She was the worst sales-woman that we have ever dealt with and will not be requesting her for future visits. Her name was Theresa.Kay Jewelers does have a lovely selection of jewelry, but their customer service needs major help. If you are making a big decision about jewelry that involves a lifetime commitment, such as engagement rings and wedding bands, you should not feel pressured into purchasing it.
Went there to get my ring checked and cleaned. Customer service was bad and did not know how to make sure the inspection was in. Then I asked her to clean my ring and it did not look clean. I asked her again and she said that’s all she could do. If that’s the best she could do then this is the worst jewelry store I’ve ever been too. I would definitely not buy anything there with that kind of service.
Me and My now Fiancé walked into Kay JewerlersIn the KOP mall and was greeted by DAVE ..Dave took the time with us to pick out an engagement ring for myself ..being that I am picky I new it would take a long time... Dave was so very patient and understanding ! I would like to thank him for all he did ... we will be back for our wedding bands and hoping Dave is still there to take care of our needs !! Glen & Luann
DO NOT SHOP HERE!! If I could give them a negative review, I would. They ruined everything about my engagement ring. First, a smaller diamond on the side fell out within the first month of having it. Then the big diamond fell out after they resized it to a 6 1/2. They didn’t size me right the first time and DESTROYED the ring. It wasn’t even a round sizing! I will now never have the sentiment of having the ring my husband proposed to me with. Not to mention the new ring came back with huge gaps with the ring setting and you could see under the diamond meaning it looked totally different then my first ring and not flush AT ALL. So now they’re trying to replace the diamond with my original stone.... I was proposed to in October and I still do not have a ring to wear!!!! And all they do is throw a $50 store credit at you. It’s a slap in the face. We may not even this shotty ring much less but ANYTHING else from them!!!!
Went to kays on valentines day and was super stressed on finding the perfect ring for my bf! WANDA at king of prussia kays made my visit at the store pleasant very helpful. I went to three other jewelry stores and bought my ring at kays just because Wandas customer service .
Whatever you do, DO NOT GET ANY JEWELRY FROM THIS STORE. My fiance bought my engagement ring from here, and it broke within a week of him proposing. When I brought it in to get it repaired (we had a warranty) the lady could not have been more rude to me. She blamed me for it breaking, even though it was fine one second broken the next. A few weeks past and I got it back. Fine. Not a month went back before it broke AGAIN. I brought it back and they said it would be ready in two weeks. On the two week mark I called them to check on the status of the ring, and they could not find it anywhere. Even when I had my receipt number they still couldnt find it. Eventually they found it, but how awful is it that they LOST my ring, and admitted to me that my ENGAGEMENT RING was lost. I got it back, and wore it for an hour before it broke AGAIN. My fiance and I both went in this time, and they explained that the reason it kept breaking was because that particular ring should have never been sized. Hmm... that may have been good to have told my fiance WHEN HE BOUGHT IT LAST DECEMBER!! They agreed to make us a ring in my size but it wouldnt be ready for a month. At this point I am pissed because I have worn my ring for a total of a month since I got engaged four months before. My fiance finally picked up my new ring today, and the jewelers could not have been more rude to him. We will NOT be buying our wedding bands here, or actually ever stepping foot in the store again... well actually thats a lie because Im sure my ring will break again, but if that happens Im demanding a refund and going elsewhere, because this place SUCKS.
Great service. knowledgeable staff.
This is the beste place for jewelries and they are always so nice to me even though Im a woman too. They never descriminate to me and I feel like home when I try big diamonds and try jeweleries. I feel rich and yound and beautiful. I never go to fancy snoot stores. They always treat me good.
Got an engagement ring. We had to return it within a month it tarnished. When we bought it we traded in two bands and were told that the original bands would be returned if there was an issue. They never were. I told them I wanted a check for the refund of what they valued the bands at. Their policy is they cant we have to have a store credit to pick out more junk Trash jewelry at jacked up retail. Yay. In addition I had a necklace repaired while we were there. I received it with the WORST sautering Id ever seen. Clearly a child works in the back repairing the broken jewelry.
Excellent customer service!!
Fantastic place to buy jewelry. Staff is friendly, and kind; especially the manager.
