I rarely write reviews, but if I do, it means either an excellent service or a horrible job. This time, I am writing for the excellent purpose.To be specific, I want to share one of my experiences with Issac. First, he is the agent who provides you with counsel based on your situation. It was my first time to have homeowner insurance in the US, and a big tree of mine fell down to my neighbors backyard due to a fierce storm. I was worried about similar things happen in the future. Issac heard my concerns and let me know that this type of accident was not my responsibility and there will not be legal issue under this accident. Meanwhile, he educated me about the Umbrella Insurance (normally with $1m of liability coverage) that provides protection against claims and lawsuits from accidents caused and shields your future income from garnishment. Also he helped to quote the umbrella insurance, with multi-policy discount, my total monthly insurance bill stays the same. With the same amount of payment, I started to have a better protection.It is very helpful when you have an agent who cares about you and always present the professional attitude. I cannot say the Issac is the best agent, but he is an excellent agent who keeps providing high quality service.
