Because no one else was there, I had to be helped by an incredibly rude and condescending woman at the counter. If youre going here for functionality, go ahead. But if youre expecting ANY level of decent customer service or even just civility from an individual with a decent attitude, go elsewhere. By far one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.

Yup, pretty much on par with other reviewers. If you can afford to spend half a day in a line to mail a simple package, then go for it. Painfully slow service and unfriendly staff. Sadly all these reviews wont change anything. Its a government job they get to keep regardless of unhappy customers. I understand theyre understaffed and busy but unfortunately it will get worse before it gets any better. If I was to operate my business the way USPS does, I would be long bankrupt.

Every month, some new at the counter. New Supervisor doesnt know what the heck she is doing. Had me waiting for someone to get back at them, instead of calling them directly. Make no sense......

Was here visiting and needed some postcard stamps—hardly “big business,”—but the clerk behind the counter was SUPER nice, even when dealing with several folks that others might describe as totally self-absorbed, entitled, impatient jerkwads, but I would just like to think were just, maybe, entitled, impatient, fellow travelers who have forgotten that they are surrounded by other human beings. GREAT JOB!

We were waiting in a huge queue nobody cared . there was one clerk working with one customer for over half an hour and the other clerk was doing something else . The queue was all the way till outside the office and people are just leaving without getting the service they need i was just a disaster so we waisted our time waiting for more than half an hour and left for nothing

I visited this US post office, the staff is extremely disrespectful. Especially ‘MAJORIE’, she was so rude and not helpful at all. You never know what the next person is going through, if you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t work at the post office where you deal with the public daily. This isn’t her first time being nasty! I will be reporting her to management and US POST OFFICE! You never know who your dealing with, i hope she try’s being nicer and they make her take lessons on dealing with the public.

Rude employees and closes before advertised time.

No wonder people are leaving the P.O in droves. You have one excellent worker hampered by a woman who takes at least 10 minutes per person, and a manager who will see 50 people in line but still not come out and help. Kudos to the dude whos doing 2 other peoples work for him.

I have visited this Post Office multiple times so this is not a one time review. Every clerk that works in this Post Office all have an attitude problem.No one is friendly, everyone always seem to be mad or dislike their job.

Heres an idea - get a kiosk so people don’t have to wait in your ungodly long lines! Not renewing my P.O. box because they used to put a locker key to retrieve pkgs, but now you get a slip and a 45 minute line to wait in. That should REALLY help matters! A bunch of chatty Cathy’s working there that are FINE with lines out the door! Pathetic!!

The male clerk here is extremely rude. Older guy with glasses and curly hair, cant remember his name for anything, but he has a nasty attitude. Closed the doors in my face well before time to close. I would have gave him a few words but I was in a hurry. Ahh...Adonis is his name. Better get there a hour before closing if hes there!

Quality of service one would expect from a third world country. Package was on truck and out for delivery on a Thursday. It never arrived. Expected delivery was changed to the following Monday.Mail carrier was taken ill so on a Wednesday there was no mail delivery at all. Have to wonder if Key West is in the US.

Multiple times the mail carrier has failed to deliver my packages on time. It says they cant find my front door, but it was a small package that would have fit in my community mailbox no problem. That doesnt require access to the front door. Even if they did need to find the front door, my trailer has the address on a big sign out front due to issues with this problem in the past.

I am shocked at how disrespectful this lady was. I just wanted to ask if I could sign my redeliver slip and have the package dropped in a key box. She threw a tantrum. Lmao. Wow!Update, the man with glasses that took the flag down not only answered my question, but he got my package. He really went above and beyond.

Its bad enough to have to deal with long lines at this location but you also have to deal with the nasty attitudes with some clerks.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD the 2 women working on July 12 at 11:00 could have cared less about their job and giving good customer service, I’ll be using fedex and ups for all my future deliveries from now on.

Count on half your day waiting in line and your outgoing mail to arrive two days later than normal, Poor ratings go back 6 years / so PO managers are just as useless making zero changes.

Horrible customer service. In fact zero customer service. The ladies working or very rude and had a big attitude towards everybody that was in there. Im never going back there again!

Standing in line witnessing two postal workers yell at a customer, one threatening she would handle her if they saw each other on the street. Police are here now. Horrible experience
