Employees are great!Often, we call and have the shipment stopped at this shipping center, so we can pick up extra early.Saves our behinds when jobs are running on a tight schedule.

FedEx drivers keep leaving my packages outside my gate on the street. I have called customer service several times only reaching an actual person once. They said someone from the local office would be in touch with me to address the issue and I have not heard back from anyone.

Blocking my car? While we love you all for delivering our packages, your drivers customer service is awful. You have no idea what people are going thru or in the middle of. Blocking peoples cars for 20 minutes, when you are too lazy to move to an open spot in the LARGE parking lot, could cause problems for someone. Goose 08 - you are lazy and selfish.

Post the number to the actual location, not the 1 800 number

Never had a problem in fact the staff have been good about helping me out on a couple occasions.

The staff at FedEx Key West is very knowledgeable and friendly. FedEx offers a great service, its just much more expensive than the competition. Their extended hours are however more convenient for me. Finally, the Google directions are not right. You need to turn in prior to the airport to access this location.

I dont know about the shipping center,But the only thing I know is that fed ex is the worse company to get packages from, I really feel like not ordering stuff anymore if I know that it will be delivered with fedex...Its always delivered at the wrong address. The delivery guy just walks in the place where we have 6 apartments and just leaves it at the 1st door he will see... not at your mailbox or your door... nope... wherever he walks by first... thats where you will find your stuff...
