I booked this cleaning service twice. 1st time 2 hrs late and second reservation no call/no show. Called and texted without any replies. Minimal services provided and had to provide several reminders on basic (e.g. empty trash cans, unload dishwasher, etc). Floors not mopped and basic supplies unavailable. Huge disappointment with the lack of follow through communication and had to find last minute cleaning services on Friday for Father’s Day weekend and had several guest arriving in town for extended stay. Definitely recommend using a more reliable cleaner.

Ebony was a very sweet girl who really knows what she is doing. Ebony and her husband cleaned my trailer they wiped down everything in my trailer it looked so different by the time they got done it smelled so good. I found me a new cleaner that i will use for now on thanks ebony for your services.
