I needed my apartment cleaned for move out in order to get my security deposit back. I spent another 2 hours after they left cleaning it myself. They did not bring a vacuum and asked if I had a step stool to borrow! Entire house reaked of pinesol, cabinets and drawers not swept or cleaned out, dust on all door sills and some shelves, small enclosed patio was not even swept, fridge not moved/ cleaned under (same with stove), and oven not nearly cleaned out. She cleaned my blinds and swept my floors with a broom then left a film from dumping pinesol on the beautiful hardwood floors. Very dissatisfied. Two stars because she showed up and did half the work for me. Would not recommend nor use again.
