They came through and shined my place up really nice. I have no complaints. I got the deep clean and it was well worth what I paid for it. They made my bed look so good I didn’t even want to get in it! I’m thinking about having them come through once a month!

I hired Sparkle Cleaning Service to do a deep clean of a home that I purchased was left so dirty that I couldn’t even begin to move into it. They were responsive, on time and did a wonderful time. A whole crew arrived and worked until the place was spotless. It was wonderful to open the doors of our new home and smell the clean air! We’ll be using them again!

We hired Sparkle Cleaning for a move out cleaning and we’re told it included cleaning out the cabinets and appliances etc.$250 for 3 bedrooms. The cabinets were not cleaned/dusted, the fridge was not cleaned, the counters in the kitchen were not cleaned, they didn’t dust the fans, missed the entire floor in one room…and more. They also forgot about the appointment I’m pretty sure because I had to call when they were already an hour late and the girl who answered gave me two different addresses that weren’t mine and then said she would text me when her team was 30 minutes out. So they were overall 2.5 hours late. I called when the girls were done cleaning to confirm that I needed to pay the $250 to the girl that was there, and the girl that answered said to let her know how I liked the cleaning (we hadn’t been able to go inside yet since the floors were wet). I sent her all of the issues and she read my message but hasn’t responded. I told her I didn’t want anything out of it because The people who bought my house were on their way there so it was too late to remedy any ways and I quickly cleaned what they missed but I wanted her to know that I was disappointed so maybe she could talk with her team for future jobs.The people who bought my home happened to use this company to do a move out cleaning for their rental and said they had almost the exact same experience. Disappointing indeed. You are better off using a company that charges $35 per hour because these girls were only in my home for less than 2 hours. $250 plus a tip for less than 2 hours of poor cleaning….find a different company if you value how your money is used.

Sparkle cleaning is absolutely amazing! They clean my house twice a month and I’m not sure I could survive without their help! They’re efficient, punctual and detail oriented! Don’t look anywhere else!

The cleaning was perfect. I am a very OCD kind of person. They took the time to move all the furniture and clean behind. I have never had a cleaning company that took the time. There attention to detail was great. The ladies were all ver kind and got the job done 20 min early. I have them come every two weeks now!!! If you need it clean. Call them!!!!John

Stay away from this company, read other reviews my experience was the same. $180 for a deep clean of a small one bd cottage after some roof work left a big mess. I explained I needed every surface cleaned even on top of the cabinets and rafters. She asked if I had a stool for them to get up there and I told her no, she said no problem they will bring. Was told 3 people would come and most of the time there was only one there who did a very poor job. Not at all a deep clean or even a good everyday clean. 3.5 hours late and 1 person was there for an hour and a half?? Terrible and like the other reviews the company doesn’t respond to my complaint. I was willing to give them another chance but ignoring customer complaints is totally unacceptable!

I had to dust lamps and furniture that should have been cleaned.150 for a one 1 bedroom apartment that was not cleaned is too much. I would not recommend them.

I paid for a deep cleaning. I was out of town when they came, so wasnt able to supervise. They did nothing near a deep cleaning- not even a good regular cleaning. I attempted to contact Jany several times, she initially responded that they would come back to fix the issues, then wouldnt respond when I tried to schedule. This happened twice. I would avoid this company!
