We booked the dolphin, snorkeling, and sunset cruise. Highly recommend!! We saw Laggerhead turtles, the captain circled around so everyone could see. The crew was extremely helpful and conscious of the different abilities in snorkeling. We were able to see eagle stingray, lobster, coral, jelly fish, crabs, and different species of small fish. As my wife and I were talking about it, the crew was just as excited for us on our finds. They took us to find dolphins and we saw at least 7. Our crew was captain Kyle, Jane, and John; extremely knowledgeable on dolphins. GREAT experience!!

Went on the 10am-4pm all day excursion that included jet skiing, parasailing, scuba diving kayaking and water blow-up games (limited time/space with each but not too limited where it felt like we didnt get our moneys worth). Great deal for the time spent in the water and the various activities. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Tropical lunch was also included, but could have been better. Beware of bathrooms, definite opportunity for improvement. Have cash to tip the crew. Overall amazing day!

Great time! Nice ride. Beautiful view!!! The food was ok and the drinks are pretty watered down. Tip request is a bit much at, the bar, the man playing music and once you get off the cruise. I get that’s how they make their money just don’t ask so much. We did tip! I always do. 😊

We went on the sunset dinner cruise on Monday! Crew, music and bartenders were so much fun! Food was good, too. We went on the Safari Ecotour yesterday! Michael was a fantastic guide! Both experiences were amazing and we would do them again!

The crew was awesome! Very helpful and they were in a great mood which made everyone feel a lot better! The boat was very clean and the refreshments were nice. Water was pretty warm, nice and clear. Lots of grouper fish! Very fast boat ride, they got us back 30 minutes earlier than what we were expecting. I would highly recommend Sunset Water Sports if youre down here.

Get your Bucket List On!Early morning jet ski tour followed by Eco Safari tour..This was our version of an epic water sports adventure..Thanks Jake for the jetski tutorial and letting us go next level on the water! Thank you Justin for a wicked cool pistol boat adventure in the pristine waters of the mangroves and snorkeling cool down in virtual bathwater! We will most definitely revisit in the future! There was plenty of downtime between the two adventures to grab some amazing fish tacos right at the marina! Cheers to a great group!

Wasnt sure what to expect, but it was great. Soon as you stepped on the boat you could smell the food. Caption Mike and his crew were great. They were funny, informative and helpful. As well as observant. I wasnt feeling great when we started the trip, and one of the guys came over immediately with water to see if I was ok. Captain entertained my 14yo and his questions. Highly recommend this trip

We did the dolphin watch and snorkel today with our family of four (daughters 8 and 10). We had an absolute blast, it was excellent! We saw the dolphins first, probably about 10-15 or so and then went for some great snorkeling. Madison kept our drinks full on our way back to KW, my girls were most impressed with the mermaid juice. Would definitely do this trip again, loved it.

My hubs and I took our 4 yo on the Safari Speedboat tour and had a great time. These are small boats so normally you cant take 3 people per boat but you can if they are small enough.Jay was a great guide and was very patient with everyone in the group that day. Everyone that went had never driven a boat before and his instructions were easy to understand.

Dolphin/snorkeling cruise. We did the 11:00 dolphin/snorkeling cruise with Sunset Watersports. It was 3 hours of absolute fun. We went snorkeling first and saw lots of neat fish in the reef. After snorkeling, we headed out to look for dolphins. This also meant it was time for drinks (if you so choose). We found about 7 or 8 dolphins and they put on a show for us. John, the captain and John and Madison the other helpers on the boat were fabulous. They made sure we had whatever we needed to drink, gave us instructions in snorkeling and gave us some great tips on dolphins. I would totally book this trip again in Key West.

If you are visiting in Key West, this is a MUST! My kids (7&4) and I went on the dolphin, snorkeling, and sunset cruise. I was surprised that my kids were able to snorkel as well! So, it was a first for all of us! The crew is super friendly and personable. Snorkeling over the coral reefs was exciting and beautiful. It is very inexpensive and definitely worth every penny! They give you free water, juice, and beer. 10/10 would recommend!

We truly enjoyed our parasailing, they made it very pleasant & fun. This made our trip more fun and we loved the entire experience. The view was just beautiful and breathtaking.

This sunset snorkel tour was an amazing deal! Nice little boat ride to dive spot, followed by a perfect 45 minute snorkel and finished up with drinks, food and a DJ dance party! Great time!! Our snorkel instructor, Jamie, went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and having a great time celebrating my best friends 50th!

Took my wife to on the dinner sunset cruise. It was just ok. The boat was nice, the food was an open bar with a decent meal but could use some flavor. The bar was fine as well. The entertainment was a one man band singer/steel drummer. He was fun and entertaining. All in all it was a good experience for the price and the sunset was beautiful.

Excellent Experience. Took the water safety course the night before (just pay for the $3.00 one, have another browser page open and search for the answers). The Sunset crew go over all of the safety requirements before you go out anyway. Water is typically calmer in the Keys in the morning - so do the Early Bird Special if available. Check in was straightforward. Jake was our tour lead and he made things simple and fun (which is what a vacation experience should be, right?). They took care of all experience levels. Jakes buddy (sorry -forgot your name, but you were awesome too) hung back with people who wanted to go slower and Jake led those that wanted to open it up, go fast, jump wakes, etc...Its our 2nd time at Key West and 2nd time skiing with Sunset - highly recommended!

Went on the 1:30pm Jet Ski tour. The crew members were awesome! Kind and very patient with first timers. They make the entire experience worth every penny. Next time Im in key west I will definitely book again!

This was a great cruise. Music was fantastic. We had beautiful weather. Appetizers were good. Drinks were good. Catamaran was newer and not too crowded. I think it was my favorite part of our trip to Key West.

Sunset dinner cruise - Let me start by saying the crew members were awesome. The food was hot and good just felt a bit rushed to eat so they could flip the table to make room for others to eat. There was only a live guitarist downstairs while eating. Once you are done eating you just go stand upstairs and look around. The bar has music but it’s so quiet You have to be standing next to it to hear it. It did not feel like a tropical party type atmosphere. No steel drum player. Very boring.

Sunset Watersports is the best place to rent a boat! Chrissy and Blake were fabulous! The boat was perfect. Check in smooth. Anything we needed, they were there! Parasailing was a great time. The only knock I have is they try and get you on photos. They charged us $60 for them. A little steep in my opinion, but all in all a good experience. Joe and I believe Miles was his name we’re great guys with us.

Sunset water sports people they did this righteous. We got screwed by the concierge who were staying at the hotel we were staying at but sunset water sports made everything right with us man we love these guys we appreciate them and if you ever done enough of Florida keys I highly recommend visiting this place awesome crew awesome staff highly recommended

This was a very beautiful experience, we did the sun sail and sip and it was stunning. It was relatively priced fair. But I felt I got my money’s worth by far. They provided delicious appetizers. And lots of cheese....we love cheese lol. And for 10 dollars more we where able to upgrade to premium drinks ( unlimited) and the cruise attendants our on it. There try to get those drinks to you as fast as they can. It was so fun to meet the staff. Get to know them. And ultimately go out to a local hang out spot. I highly recommend trying this while in key west

Excellent experience! Customer service was very pleasant and timely! They went over the boat before departure thoroughly, the boat performed flawlessly no problems at all, the price is always steep for renting the boats but was well worth it! We would definitely recommend people to this place and will rent again from them when we return to key west for sure!🤙

Great experience! We started with snorkeling, and then purchased another Do it all tour - absolutely enjoyed both tours. The staff is very caring, they keep your safety as a priority. We felt pretty safe enjoying all the activities with all children including a toddler. All the activities definitely worth the money.

Jet ski tour with Scott at cow key marina was fantastic. Great guide and let us get a great jet ski experience with some very good stops for facts about the keys. Jet skis were excellent and well maintained, Scott saw our level of experience and let us really open up on the tour. Probably our top activity for our key west experience!!! Sunset Watersports is by far THE BEST water sport service I’ve ever received. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and fun. I felt safe with the instructions and guidance and will definitely book them again when I’m in Key West. We did the Jet Ski tour and had a blast.

Great experience saw some dolphins up and close and got a bit of snorkel time as well! I wish i could have seen more at the snorkel spot but overall it was a nice place! And the sunset was great as well! Beautiful to see it from the water i would have liked to stay out until the sun was completely down. Overall it was a great trip and worthwhile! Staff was super friendly and even served us drinks!

This place was by far my favorite adventure here in Key West. The party cat and EVERY single person attending to us on there was exceptional. Captain Matt was the fav. He took us on adventure all while being safe and fun! Well worth it! I HIGHLY recommend this day out on the water!

Chartered the Conquest, there 40ft sailboat for a sunset cruise where I proposed to my beautiful Johanna. Boat was nice but not a luxury sailboat. For the money it was absolutely perfect, especially for only a 2+ hour sail. Staff was very friendly, professional, and provided a 1st class experience. 1st mate even took some pictures for us that will certainly last us a lifetime. Couldnt be happier. Would highly recommend for a proposal experience that would be tough to top. We sailed off into the sunset. Check out the pics.

We rented pistol boats and Mike was our guide, an 11 generation Key West resident. He did an excellent job. Prepared us for what to expect, thorough communicator, shared much about tides, plant life, bird sanctuary, and sea life. We went up on several beaches and walked around. He just simply shared his vast knowledge. Its was well beyond our expectations. Beautiful day in the Keys. A great value.

Absolutely love the experience snorkeling!Even as my first time doing it, I totally felt comfortable. The crew is very helpful & cheers to unlimited drinks.They have different options to do the snorkeling. The morning time & afternoon time. The water temperature was really amazing at 1 pm. The would take you with their yacht in middle of the ocean & then let you jump straight into it. We event spotted one shark.

Did the Sip and Dip snorkel at 1 pm. It was a blast! All gear is included in the price and there’s an open bar with hefty pours! $45 per person is extremely worth it. Really fun afternoon led by an awesome crew that made sure we had a great time and got the most out of the experience. Special shout out to Captain Nick, Jaecee, and Jack. 3 hours of fun, snorkeling and drinking!

Amazing sunset cruise, beautiful water views and sunset. The crew was helpful and very kind and accommodating. The live music was fabulous with a singer and steel drum entertainer from Grenada. He had such talent and ability to engage everyone for the evening. I would definitely recommend and would do this boat again when we visit key west. What a great mini excursion!

We loved this excursion! The crew gave us over 1 hr 10 min to snorkel, which was awesome. They explained everything thoroughly but quickly so we could focus on checking out the reef and having a good time in the ocean. The boat ride back was slow and chill so we could enjoy the drinks and the sunshine. Highly recommend!

My wife and I did the sunset dinner cruise with this company and it was a great experience. However, it was not completely what we were expecting. My wife booked this thinking it would be more of a romantic, low key dinner cruise. In reality it was fairly party focused. There was a DJ and open bar, we got the package that included drinks and that was really nice. One complaint was that there was apparently not enough seating for everyone to sit at a table, so we ended up sitting on a bench on the upper deck. We ended up having to take turns eating because we didnt have a table. I held my wifes drink while she ate so she could hold her plate and not spill anything. It was very inconvenient. The food however was fantastic and there was plenty of it, we definitely did not leave hungry. Overall we would do this experience again but get there early enough to reserve a table.

My friend and I (in our late 40s) did the jet ski tour from Parrot Key. Neither of us have any experience, the conditions were a bit rough but the boys, Matt and Peri, were AMAZING! They kept us on the gulf side (safety first) and we got to see plenty! Favorite site was having the F18s fly right over us-BOOM! Clear waters and a beautiful day!I volunteered to be in the back of our pack being the Nervous Nelly. Never had a single worry about catching up with the group. Matt was great for keeping an eye on me (and my eye on him 😏) but for the most part I kept up. Peri had the Mavericks up front with him including my friend! So everyone pretty much gets to go the speed they need or want! My top speed was 45 mph!I had a hunch this was going to be a great experience from my online and personal text messages with Kris at booking and updates all along up to the day before we confirmed. Didn’t get to meet you, Kris, but thank you!Middle aged lady speak now...if you are also looking for some eye candy during a jet ski experience, this is it.

We were on the sunset cruise last night and had a GREAT time! It was definitely one of the highlights of our vacation! The crew was so friendly and welcoming and the food was very good!! John made the cruise so fun playing all good music while we were enjoying the beautiful sunset. We are so happy we chose to do this and we highly recommend doing this. Amazing sunsets and fantastic photo opportunities. No trying to stand over a crowd to get pictures of the beautiful Key West sunset. Food, drinks and entertainment were good. We sat downstairs and were served dinner from the buffet options. Excellent pasta salad, 3 meat options, veggies, rice, black beans, mashed potatoes and more. The staff was professional and friendly. Highly recommend this cruise.

This is my second time going to sunset watersport, they have pretty good activities and they do provide lunch, staff is pretty friendly only thing is they expect a tip from us which I felt little inconvenience but all in all its good place and hey dont forget to tip, because they provide good service.Photos at parasailing is worst but I did pay $45 which I felt useless but that guy is like we take good pictures blah blah, I didnt wanted to argue, I just gave money but watch yourself of needed good pictures whole parasailing be cautious.

Our group of adults ranging from 30s to 50 year olds, did the Do it all trip and had an amazing time. The staff was amazingly attentive, hospitable and downright hilarious. Could not have expected any more from this crew. Would definitely do this trip again and recommend it whole heartedly.

Super friendly staff affordable prices we did parasailing it was so awesome the crew in the boat was super cool the music they were playing was perfect. We recommend to buy the picture and video package they do a good job we are looking forward to come back here again.

The tour was great. Jake was very informative. He allowed the experienced ski to ride fast and for the slower riders, he continue to go back and check on them. It was so much fun we book a second trip.

This excursion was worth every penny. The staff was super nice and very, very helpful (don’t forget to bring cash for tipping them). The only negative thing about this experience is that more shade is needed to get out if that burning sun. You are standing in the hot sun for a while waiting for the boat to move from the dock. Then on the return trip you are waiting in the hot sun while they pull in the floats (at least you get free beer while waiting). I highly recommend it, but be prepared for the hot sun.

I booked a private catamaran for a Sunset cruise so I could propose to my now fiancé. Kelsey was the captain and she helped make this a memorable night. The evening was perfect. Sunset Watersports came through and made an evening for us that we will never forget.

This review is just for the snorkeling only activity: It’s a must if you’re in Key West! I went with my friend twice already and we did the 3-hour snorkeling escapade for an afternoon session and a morning session on different dates. The morning one is better in my opinion than the afternoon one since there aren’t as many charter boats in the ocean so you get to monopolize the protected coral reef area. Plus, it’s much cooler in the morning than the afternoon. The afternoon session was much farther away from protected coral reef area and there’s a notable decrease in the amount of sea life. Of course, what you get to see really depends on the day, the weather, and your luck. I got to see a nurse shark in the afternoon session even though I didn’t see as much fish. You also get an open bar (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) on the way back to the Key which is about 30 minutes. Morning option gets simple breakfast (muffins and coffee) on the way TO the coral reef.IMPORTANT NOTE: Unless there is lightning they DO NOT cancel the activity.

We had such an amazing time on this cruise and highly recommend! Capt Kyle, Jade and Dakota all went 100% “above and beyond” making our cruise fun, very informative, and safe. Each of them were super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. My 9 year old son was initially scared once he got in the water to snorkel, but Dakota came over and calmed him down and he ended up having such a great time. I was happy because he made it into a real positive experience instead of possibly an activity my son would never want to try again. We saw a lot of dolphins, and got so much info from Jade and Kyle about the sea life in the area. The snorkeling equipment we used was all in great condition and everything was sanitized and we all felt very safe. This was a trip that was well worth the money paid for the great experience we all had.

Came to Key West for a girls weekend and decided to take a 1.5 hour jet ski tour with Sunset Watersports. Josh and Bj were our guides for the day. They did an exceptionally good job from informing us about the safety procedures to the fun facts about the island. I highly recommend the 1.5 hour tour to get the maximum experience. My friend wasnt confident enough to handle the jet ski as so they made sure she was comfortable and brought her back into shore. They were nice enough to issue a 50% refund as a sign of good faith. Josh was amazing. He let me lead in the front of line since I am an experienced rider so I was still able to ride fast. Definitely will be coming back to use Sunset Watersports again.

We went on the parasailing trip and the afternoon snorkel trip. I highly recommend Sunset for both of these excursions. All staff we encountered were wonderful and friendly. The guys on the parasailing trip helped put my kids at ease about going up, and we got some fantastic photos from the experience.

The crew was outstanding. They were helpful, friendly and courteous. We had a long time snorkeling which was a plus. The catamaran was clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice but the mimosas were the perfect topping to a great trip.

You get a lot for the price and well worth it. Short 10-15 minute boat ride. Show up an hour early don’t be late and ruin it for the crew and mess up their schedule and the other customers. The only thing I would advise is bring a hat, ocean safe sunblock, and your own snorkel gear if you don’t want to share (they do not have enough for everyone). Crew was helpful and nice.

We went on the dolphin and snorkeling three hour trip. It was great we saw dolphins and the crew was really informative and brought us closer and closer to the dolphins. The snorkeling experience was great, we were able to see a lot of sea life! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and free beverages were a plus too!! Would highly recommend this excursion.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Our whole family loved it and had a fantastic time. The guys were funny, knowledgeable, and fun. What was truly amazing though was how they helped calm my nerves when I started to have a panic attack. I doubt they knew that was ho, just that I was so nervous I almost got off. They made me so relaxed and comfortable, then came up several times to show me where we were going, and that we could still see land. I was so impressed with these guys. Please bring PLENTY of $$$$ to tip, these guys deserve it!!! We will definitely book with them again!!!

The crew was great! Everyone was friendly, happy, and very helpful! For jet skiing and para sailing, you are organized into groups and that made things move along well. Lunch was hot dogs, chicken nuggets, fries, pulled pork, green salad and a pasta salad. Soft drinks, water, and draft beer (on the way back in) were included. All in all, it was a perfect day!

I rented a boat from Sunset water sport for my birthday and while the experience wasn’t bad, I would say it was a good one. I rented a pontoon large party boat and getting out of their marina in stock island was quite the hassle. The shallow waters of Key make really difficult to navigate out of this area. It is not a very enjoyable experience when you are just trying to get on the boat and just have a sun day.But this was not what was disappointing about the company. What was disappointing was that they were charged for everything when you come back. I was even asked for a tip which given the level of service i. shouldn’t I have given any. All the did was fill out paperwork at the marina. The ladies handling the boat rental were far from friendly. They were more concerned with telling us guideline, charging us the deposit than they’re making our experience pleasant and they exciting.When I came back I found out that I still have to pay for the gas which was never disclosed from the beginning. The reason wouldn’t rent from them again is so much the boat itself, but the poor service, lack of enthusiasm, abs approach to charge for everything. I got the impression their employees are overworked, they do this steps every day for key west tourists and there’s no sense of excitement for them for newcomers.

Great experience! We rented a 22’ Pontoon after taking the boater exam. Took out 6 guys with plenty of room. The pontoon was in great shape, no issues with the engine, and they got us out and on the water quickly. Really fun staff too.

I enjoyed the crew very much. Everyone was courteous and attentive. The actual activities were fun, but there was a lot of downtime between them, with little to do on the boat and the snorkeling wasn’t great in the play area. Otherwise, great value!

Our trip was so much fun! We went on the jet ski tour. Our guide, Austin, made the trip very memorable. Even though there was a little bit of rain out on the water, he didnt let that stop us. Definitely go with Fury!

I loved this!! I absolutely had the best time. The staff were all so friendly and everything was so well timed without us feeling rushed around. Lunch was simple and tasted delicious. Highly recommended!!

Friendly. Welcoming. Knowledgeable. Jet skis are Good condition. Guides great. I see why you need guides. So you Don’t run over things. So you Stay away from things. Don’t worry, you WILL go fast!! It’s fun, hold on, pay attention to what they tell you to do and you’ll have a great time!! And…..not fall off. 1 1/2 hours fly by! Def would do again with them.

We went on the mini Speed boat eco safari with Brittany and it was by far our favorite part of the entire week. She was friendly and showed us really cool stuff and helped guide us to places to snorkel and we saw big and beautiful fish. It was so fun to be able to drive our own boat with just the two of us in it. Best Boat tour in the Keys.

This is completely worth every dollar. We looked at all of the major watersports vendors in Key West and selected this one due to the amount of activities and the air-conditioned dining room. They kept our special allergy lunchbox in a fridge for us. Great crew, and an amazing way to spend a day in the sun. Its obvious they love what they do and help others feel the same.

I highly recommend this cruise for anyone visiting the Keys. My husband and I both enjoyed every moment of the cruise. The entertainment was great and the food was amazing. I recommend purchasing the top shelf liquor bracelet, by the end of the trip it pays for itself. Everyone aboard had a great time!

Absolutely the most amazing and unique experience we have ever had in the Keys! I cannot recommend it enough if you like getting out on the water. And be sure to ask for Bridget - she is a great guide and her fun and enthusiasm made the trip even better!

It was an amazing trip! I was sluggishly slow at first but one of the guides was patient to get me up to speed. My family had a lot of fun!!! Highly recommend!! Must do in Key West if you’re not scared of speed. ;)

Amazing experience! The crew was very helpful. We saw a lot of beautiful coral and we even saw a friendly reef shark. This trip is not good for people prone to motion sickness but if you still want to experience this definitely bring some motion sickness medicine. Totally worth it!!

I did the All Day Adventure which was from 10am to 4pm on the water. Fantastic day trip! Tons of fun with tons of activities and the weather was great so we got to do it all! Everything was very organized into groups and times. Captain was nice enough to wait an extra few minutes to let us one when we showed up a little late. Great hospitality from all the staff. Overall an amazing value and I highly recommend it for spending a day on the water in Key West no matter what age you are. Theres something for everyone
