We did the day of kayaking though the mangroves and snorkeling with the crew at Danger Charters and the entire experience was epic !!! It was a perfect day with seas as slick as glass and water clarity very good.I think the captain was Tony who was highly knowledgeable and really nice guy. The crew was Allie and Ellen in which Ellen was our guide on the kayaks and snorkeling. We saw sea turtles, dolphins and an array of brightly colored tropical reef fish.Danger Charters was extremely professional and a fun bunch to spend the day with, highly recommended to plan your adventures with this group. Extreme awesomeness!!!

A group of five of us booked the snorkeling and kayak adventure with Danger Charters for our trip last week and it may have been my favorite activity of the whole vacation! “Bronco,” V cash and Logan (hopefully i got all of their names right, I had a few glasses of wine after snorkeling 😉) were AWESOME! All very friendly, chill, personable and knowledgeable about key west, the history and the eco system we were exploring! They were understanding of a few people in the group who didn’t want to snorkel or just needed to end their adventures early. I would 100% recommend this trip and these three guys!

During a recent trip to Key West, we decided to book the full day sail, snorkel, and kayak trip. Our captain (Brian) and crew (Meaghan and Nicole) were great! All three were super friendly, entertaining, and professional. The provided lunch hit the spot after snorkeling and they were sure to never leave us standing with an empty beer or wine glass for long.We enjoyed our day trip so much, that we ended up booking a second outing, but this time for their sunset sail and wine tasting. Another great experience out on the water and we even came across a pod of dolphins.Regardless of the adventure, I would highly recommend Danger Charters.

This was a great excursion. We did the half day snorkeling and kayaking sail. Janet and her crew Nicole and Allie were great. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly the whole time. We had our kids with us and they were really patient with them and let them try stuff at their own pace. This was our first time in Key West but we would look here if we wanted to go out on the water again. And we saw dolphins!

The staff is amazing. We got to see things that only some of the locals get to see. When I return this will be the only charter company I will use. Also highly recommended by many of the locals.

We did the Full Day Premium Sail, Snorkel, & Kayak with Lunch - this tour was AMAZING!!!! While snorkeling we saw a whole bunch of colorful tropical fish, barracudas, pufferfish, turtles, massive stingrays and even saw SHARKS!! We kayaked over to an island through some mangroves where we saw even more fish and sharks!! We even got to spend some time on a sandbar to swim/float around and enjoy the day. The captain and two guides we had were very knowledgeable about the wildlife and walked us through every step of the day while providing impeccable service. Lunch was delicious and fresh. Bring lots of sunscreen/long sleeve clothing if youre fair skinned - while there are some shady spots on the ship due to the sails, you cant escape the sun while kayaking. Our only regret is that we didnt book more excursions with the Danger Charters crew (we couldnt because it was our last day in Key West). Thanks for the incredible day and special memories Danger Charters! This was the highlight of our trip!

Awesome little addition to a spur of the moment Key West trip. Girlfriend had never been before, and this was a cool way to get some water time in while here. Brian was an awesome Captain, Joe was hilarious & knowledgeable, and Ellen obviously loves what she does, and knows a helluva lot about the local flora and fauna - especially the birds! We took the sunset cruise with Danger Charters and so glad we did! We actually ran late and we couldnt find the marina, so thank you for being patient! I know we almost missed the boat, so be on time!!! Once we were on the boat though it was no worries! I wish I could remember the staffs names, but its been a month since we went. They were all so friendly and sweet though! Everyone was super nice. The guests were limited, everyone had somewhere to sit and room to walk around. The hors doeuvres were great! Not only were they great, but there seemed to be plenty to go around twice. The wines were very good as well and the staff was knowledgable enough about them. Because it was so hot, the captain kept us moving for a breeze, which was much appreciated! This was a great ending to our week in Key West. We will be back and we will book again with Danger! A sunset cruise is an absolute must in Key West and Im glad I booked it with Danger. Thank you!

Great sailing experience. We had Meg and Rose and Hagg. We took the afternoon sail, snorkel and kayak. The crew is very accommodating and fun. My favorite part was the kayak and seeing the mangrove islands. Would definitely recommend.

Must use Charter Group of Key West!! My husband and I booked the full day Sail/snorkel/kayak trip last Wednesday (May 19, 2021) and man was it the highlight of our trip!! We went out on their boat Sarah with Captain Janet with a crew of Dan and Logan! All were absolutely wonderful! Janet was a superb sailor in the high winds and always very courteous. Dan was a very knowledgeable guide for snorkeling and kayaking, with wonderful attention to cutomer service! If your hand was empty, he was asking if you wanted to fill it with a beer/wine/water/pop and always asking if anyone needed snacks. Logan was very knowledgeable about Keys history and wildlife! When we got caught up in a storm, he told us pirate stories on deck to pass the time! Excellent storyteller and willing to share knowledge on all things Key West! They adapted very well with the storm while we were out, always keeping safety in mind first! Each crew member took the time to learn everyones names, answer any questions you may have had, and were always willing to help out or give advice if needed! We even ran into Janet a few days later and she remembered us, asking how our trip was going. Totally amazing experience!! We cannot wait to go out with them again on our next trip!

We were recommended from a friend to try them out, and Danger Charters did not disappoint. We had a blast with Capt Bronza and Dan on our half day morning kayak and snorlking trip. Great vibe from the get go, and was a very informative trip. We were with a small group, with everyone from all over the country. The crew made sure everyone had a great time with each other, especially during happy hour on the way back in. Price was very reasonable and was worth every penny!! We wanted a spectacular adventure to finish off our FL Keys trip. We chose the 1/2 day morning trip and Danger Charters delivered big time.We all enjoyed the snorkeling and having a chance to see the sponge nursery. Our captain, Matt, jumped in and found a stingray and a turtle for the kids to see. We all appreciated the personal feel, especially the kids who were allowed to swim freely and jump from the ship. That’s not an experience you get in the larger tour groups!The mangrove tour of Mule Key was fascinating for all of us. Our guide, Meg, was extremely knowledgeable about the ecosystem and was able to easily identify bird calls and flora.As a homeschooling family that loves to learn and adventure, this trip was perfect. It’s been our most talked about memory from our trip, and photos from the day are going to be displayed all over the house!Thanks, Danger Charters!!

Bronco, Corrine, and Rose were incredible! The best first day of our honeymoon. We seriously cannot wait to visit again and ask for these three. Im sure the rest of the Danger crew is great, but this crew are superb! We saw lobster, 6 dolphins, birds and tons of amazing fish while learning lots of the history of the Keys.

Went on their half day kayaking and snorkeling excursion with my family and it was phenomenal. Anna, V-Cash and Captain Mary were welcoming, funny, and informative. Learned some interesting history behind the Keys we were visiting from V-Cash, all whike snacking and having some drinks (alcoholic and non). Captain Mary took us out to a nice spot and pointed out where we could see some crab, a ray, some colorful fish, and even a small shark!The kayaking your around Mule Key with Anna/ V-Cash was great and we finished the trip with a beautiful view of the sunset. Even my mother who isn’t big on kayaking had a great time.Unlike other similar charter excursions around the time who allowed 80 people onboard, Danger Charters kept a small group that left enough room for some distancing which honestly made the way out more comfortable.All in all, an excellent experience, and would highly recommend doing this excursion to anyone looking for a fun yet relaxing trip.

We had an incredible experience during our vacation in Key West with Danger Charters! The staff was so personable, friendly, and attentive. They really made the experience one of a kind. You get some interesting history and education on sea life throughout the experience. Plus, theres plenty of wine, beer, and great snacks provided! It was an awesome day.

We left our number & were able to get a last minute booking because of a cancellation. The charter was organized & the crew were attentive & friendly. The sailing was smooth & included in the price wine, beer & cheeses. Quick response by crew member when I spilled red wine on my white pants. Shout it out ! Its gone. One suggestion offer N/A beer.

This charter is well worth the $$. We took a half day trip which included snorkeling, kayaking and a sunset sail in the way home. The captain and sailors (Matthew, Ellen and Allie) were super friendly and very knowledgeable. Also, they provided plenty of beverages and snacks . Highly recommend! First time coming to Key West and had one of the BEST experience ever! Tour guides (Bronza and Joe) are super super super awesome! Super friendly, super helpful, super nice, and overall just great customer service, which leads to a super fantastic birthday trip! I definitely recommend this to EVERYONE! Took a full day tour with my 10 year old son. Everything was great. I was a little nervous about moving around the boat but the captain and crew put us at ease and explained how to best navigate things. We got some education on the local geography and native flora and fauna and then we were snorkeling. We saw fish, lobster, an octopus and we were helped up and down the boat. Lunch was delicious,plenty to eat, more was offered. Refreshments were always available. Next we were kayaking. It was a great day to sail so we were up against the wind but our guide kept us all on track and we had fun. The crew made the day fun, helped us get to know the others on the boat and had a ease with all ages. I would recommend this trip to all families looking for an adventure in a beautiful setting and a low stress and high fun setting.

We were visiting Key West on our honeymoon and the Wind and Wine Sunset Sail was the hands down BEST part of our trip. The crew was amazing - polite, personable and professional. We almost debated booking this cruise for the following day to do it all again. My wine was always full and the snacks were a great touch. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great sunset sail on a real wind powered schooner with only a couple of dozen folks aboard. Extremely beautiful and peaceful, especially compared to the huge party boat alternatives. We sailed with Capt Mike and mates Rose and Alli who did a fantastic job serving us yummy nibbles and wines while keeping the schooner oriented for perfect viewing of the sunset and the waters surrounding Key West. Really wonderful experience.

We did the morning half day snorkeling and kayaking tour and it was excellent. Bronza, Brad and Gannon were wonderful! Love the small size group, fun atmosphere, extra attention to safety and helpfulness to first time snorkelers like us. Didn’t matter that we weren’t strong swimmers, had a really great time.

We booked on the schooner Danger. From the intimate passenger size(20) to the attention of the crew we had the best time! We kayaked and snorkeled the had a beautiful front row seat to the awesome sunsets that the keys are known for Thank you captain Tony and crew for a great experience. We will be back

What a great sunset wine cruise. Loved every second. When i was feeling nauseous they jumped to action and got me ginger ale! Really appreciated it! And it was a fun lil tour of the area!

What a wonderful experience. The food and beverages served on the tour were sufficient to keep us hydrated and flavorful. The crew of 3 were very knowledgeable and entertaining and very focused on the safety of the passengers.They provide all the necessary gear for snorkeling as well as kayaking. They work diligently to ensure we are comfortable and entertained.The fact that these were guided adventures sure made it nice, as they knew what to look for.

My husband and I were celebrating my 50th birthday here on Saturday 8/21. The weather was perfect snd not too many people on board- 17 I think was what we had. The staff were engaging and went out of their way to make sure we were all having a good time! We were out on the beautiful vessel “Sarah”. The food served was delicious and plenty of drinks throughout the day. Top notch service, quality and value!! We will definitely be back!

We snorkeled and kayaked around a small island. When snorkeling, we saw lobsters, a lot of fish, and a stingray. On our way back, we saw dolphins and jellyfish. Soft drinks and alcohol is served during the cruise, but you can’t get drunk *before* snorkeling. They market the tour as sailing, but wind is *not* strong today, so the boat mostly motored. The crew is very knowledgeable about key west’s history and we learned about history on our way.

From the start Brook booked our half day private sail, snorkeling, sunset cruise. She was informative, polite and knowledgeable. When we arrived the day of our sail 9/27/2020, we were promptly checked in by another super kind young Woman. When the Captain arrived much to our happt surprise it was a woman Rachel and her 1st Mate was Brianna. Both were incredible seawomen! We had a day of magic. We caught a pod of sleeping dolphins! The snorkeling was great!! Sandbar also a plus!! I had a beer floating on a noodle!! Best day spent with my family and these 2 amazing women! We will definitely be returning and recommending Danger tours!

We took the all day charter for our anniversary trip. Brian and Breanna were fantastic. They were super knowledgeable about the area. The sponge garden was amazing to snorkel at. The lunch was amazing. It was worth every penny. Thank you for the memory.

Awesome experience! Second time sailing with these folks, several years ago we did the wind and wine sunset sail, enjoyed it so much we went back this weekend and did the snorkeling / kayaking trip. Nice, attentive, friendly staff who made the day amazing. We will see you next year!

We just got back from the full day snorkel and kayak trip and it was amazing! Our guides, Brian, Dan and Logan were friendly, knowledgeable and fun. We sat near Brian most of the time and really enjoyed talking with him and he was great with our kids (ages 10, 14, 17, 17). On the way out to our kayaking destination, Logan gave us all a great history lesson on the shipwrecks and history of the Keys. Dan was our kayak guide, and he taught us a lot about the various birds that we saw and the different types of mangrove trees. We paddled into an area in the trees and it was so quiet! We were lucky with fabulous weather, the water was very calm and we didn’t have any wind. After kayaking, we had lunch on the sailboat (the food service was great...we had drinks, fruits, sandwiches, salads, chips and cookies throughout the day) on our way to our snorkel location. Brian, Logan and Dan kept spotting different animals- we saw a hammerhead shark, two turtles, a moray eel, stingray and a barracuda. Plus we saw plenty of fish, a starfish and more stingray. It really was a fantastic trip! We’d highly recommend it! Danger Charters does an awesome job and it’s obvious that their guides love what they do and care about the area.

This sunset cruise was highly recommended by our hotel and I can see why. As part of the celebration of our wedding anniversary, this couldn’t have been better! The staff; Captain Brian, Joe, Nico and Savannah were engaging, professional and so much fun. We had delicious wines and delectable appetizers served with smiles to good tunes. If you are looking for a lot of fun without a lot of craziness, this is the perfect option.

Went to key west for the first time yesterday and my sister booked this company. She told me that they offered a lot for your money and she wasn’t kidding!!The crew Molly, Savannah, and Matt were amazing. Every informative and made sure everyone was having a great time. They were every attentive and actually talked and engaged with us. Even got my dad drunk which was a first!! 100% recommend this company to everyone. Also don’t forget to tip this awesome people.!!

We had the best crew! Rose, Mary and Corinne were so knowledgeable and funny. We had plenty of drinks to keep us hydrated along with snacks. They pointed out things in the water that we would have missed, we even saw an eel. I could have stayed out there for another hour. The kayaking in the mangroves was so nice. Again the girls pointed out the beautiful birds. We saw a nurse shark and a stingray. We had a great day and would highly-rated

Great time on the Danger Charters!! Went twice in 1 week - tried the 4 hour Snorkel/Kayak tour then the full day. The Captain and crew were excellent - provided fun facts about Key West and the waterways, catered to your every need, overall great experience and definitely the company to go with while in town!

Our family went out for snorkeling and kayaking yesterday and I hardly ever leave reviews but I wanted to make sure to come on here and leave reviews about Allie, rose, and Mary. ( I believe was their names, I’ll correct later if wrong) We got caught out in a bad storm that left us without cell service to reach the shore/radar for mapping out the storm. During this brief moment that felt like a lifetime, the captain and crew made sure everyone was okay, comfortable (the best we could be), and went above and beyond for those in our family with extreme fear during the storm on a boat. Most captains and crew would normally be more concern about “their boat” but this crew showed compassion about their passengers.

We had a perfect day going out with Danger Charters! We loved our experience and the guys who led it were all very nice and informative. Couldn’t ask for better. The kayaking was our favorite and I would highly recommend the sunset tour.

Took sunset the other night with my wife. Had a strong wind and where free sailing. We sat down in the Captions low spot highly recommend. Joe and the very nice young lady where the best. As was the caption a Key West native. The only things I would have done differently is equipped the boat with a real speaker system for the Caption and mainly for the Music which was a wonderful sound track. And more apps! But we loved it!!!!

We rented a private charter for a 40th birthday party and were blown away!!We had a group of 19. Renting the boat was easy. I called with a few questions before the trip and Danger Charters was available each time I called with clear and kind answers!The crew on our boat (Bronza, Logan, and V-Cash) were friendly, informative, fun and accommodating. They took us snorkeling and on an awesome kayak tour through the mangroves. They really made us feel like the boat was ours. The snacks and drinks were great too.We will use this company again!

Excellent little sailing tour to get away from all the tourist traps. Has a much more comfortable atmosphere. The captain and crew were super knowledgeable and have us some good nautical history of the area too. The snorkeling and kayaking were great and we saw lots of wildlife on both.

So much that my only feedback is I wish we could have seen a chart of the fish we might see so that we could ID them. Wed highly recommend this tour as the top thing to do in Key West.

This review is specific to Matt, Rose, and Gannet for the 6 hour eco tour, on the Sarah!Kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, and food and drinks were included in this great experience and a wonderful opportunity to see the keys and a nature preserve that despite all of its history has maintained a healthy, biodiverse, and rare environment.This charter made itself known as a part of the service industry--we were constantly checked on, given drinks and snacks, and treated like guests... and even then, more like friends. The vibe was casual yet attentive, with attention given to how every one of the 18 passengers was feeling throughout.Probably going to be one of my favourite experiences at the Keys so far--thank you so much.

The kids and us had an amazing experience. We had an all girl crew, Rose and the others were professional and attentive. Snorkeling and kayaking was super fun. Highly recommend to take a tour.

We had a blast and Im so glad I went for the ultimate package. The parasailing, the jet skies and snorkeling was amazing. We didnt see any dolphins this time but several sting rays and a huge grouper.

We took a half day snorkel/kayak/sunset sail with Nate, Emily and Dan. They were fantastic and so was our experience! They were attentive to all our needs (and drink desires!) - first time snorkeling for the kids. The tour of the mangrove island was new for all of us and Dan gave us a great introduction to this incredible ecosystem. And the sunset sail was really breathtaking. Got us excited to do more sailing. All in all highly recommended and we would love to go back!

Our Airbnb host recommended Danger Charters for an excursion, and his tip was spot on! My husband and I did the full day kayak, sail, and snorkel. The atmosphere was laid-back, the crew fun and easy going, the music and food good (get the chicken curry!), the sail was smooth, the day was very well organized, the customer service was personable and impeccable, the activities were fun, and the price was reasonable. I really cant say enough good things about the experience! I very highly recommend booking with them while you are in the Key West area!!

This was our second trip with Danger in as many years. Last year, we did the full-day kayak and snorkel trip, which was so good that we had to book another trip with them this year when we visited Key West again. This time, we did the sunset sail, and it didnt disappoint! Evan was our captain for both trips, and Nicole and Logan were the crew for our most recent trip. Everyone was great! Nicole was very accommodating with the beverages and Logan answered all my questions about sailing and sail boats :) We had a great time again with Danger!Additionally, I had an issue with a shirt that I purchased last year from Danger, and the woman at the shop (Im so sorry I cant remember her name) was very helpful in rectifying the situation, which I honestly didnt expect given how long it had been. I really appreciate how Danger stands behind their brand and ensures a good experience for everyone! Well be back again soon, hopefully!

The crew was super nice and it was an intimate setting. If you want a sunset cruise without the crazy party vibe, be sure to take the Wind and Wine cruise. Thats what we did.

We had the all female crew and I can say they were top notch very knowledgeable professional and hard working definitely want to be on their boat again

My husband and I came down to Key West for Columbus Day weekend and went out on the morning sailing, kayaking, snorkeling trip. Everything about the experience was awesome! We were having such a good time we forgot to get many pictures, though.I booked online with a 15% off promo, which it looked like the have regularly, so it was about $150 for both of us. It was a 4hr trip.The captain, Matthew, and first mate, Logan, were both great and so knowledgeable! I dont think any question went unanswered and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do and are very good at it.We sailed out about 30-45 min from shore to do the kayaking at one of the mangrove islands. Logan took us out and we went all around and even through one of the mangrove forests. It was so cool! There were lots of birds and fish to see.Next up was the snorkeling. We sailed to a different area that was filled with sponges, coral, tons of fish, lobsters, crabs. There was so much to see!Again, the guys really did such a good job with everything. They learned everyones names and talked to us all like old friends the whole trip. You could tell that these dudes genuinely care about the environment and area. We stopped several times to grab trash out of the ocean, which was obviously something they didnt have to do, but you could tell that they always do it.There were also neat touches like fresh fruit on the boat and drinks (boozy and non) available after we snorkeled. They told us if/when we come back we get a discount for being a repeat customer and you also get 15% off everything in the gift shop after the trip out.All in all we will DEFINITELY do this again when we are back in the area. It was by far our favorite thing we did on our trip. Danger Charters is KILLING IT!!! We will recommend it every chance we get!PS, they also have a sunset wine tasting sail, an afternoon sailing/kayaking/snorkeling trip, and an all day trip.

The full-day sail, snorkel, and kayak trip was fantastic. The crew was professional and a joy to hang out with for the day, and the knowledge they shared while snorkeling and kayaking was impressive. The group size was small and there was plenty of space onboard to relax and enjoy the sail between stops. The trip exceed our expectations, and we would highly recommend it.

I took the The Afternoon Half Day Excursion with Capt Tony of DANGER CHARTERS this July 2020 . I have been on many charters and boat rides for both SCUBA and Snorkeling and this operation is TOP SHELF. The boat was CLEAN. The marina was BEAUTIFUL. The crew was exceptionally friendly and KIND. The boat at 65 ft carried 20 passengers and we had plenty of space to SOCIAL DISTANCE. We snorkeled on the turtle grass flats and sighted many LOBSTERS and tropical fish. The second stop was guided KAYAKING through the mangrove islands, in very calm and protected waters. I recommend this charter for both the new to sailing and to the experienced as well. FIVE STARS

My husband and I did the Wind and Wine Sail on our honeymoon and it was easily one of the most memorable things we did on our trip (and we did a lot!). The team is hilarious, very laid back, take GREAT care of you and create a great environment. Great wine and small bites. Thank you!

Tool the sail/kayak/snorkeling tour !!! It was EPIC. After we hit one great spot on the reef, we then went to this old lighthouse spot where there was more reef and fish. Nice staff and sweet experience for a great price. I will definitely be back

We had a great relaxing day with Captain Matt and his crew. They were entering and funny, knowledgeable about the area and history, and worked tirelessly so that we could have a relaxing trip. We had about an hour kayack trip and then some snorkeling, followed by wine and beer on our drive back into Port. It was an intimate, personal setting with only about 20 people total, so we all got a chance to really get to know the crew and ask questions. We saw a nurse shark and some cool birds while kayaking, and a stingray while snorkeling the reef. I would definitely book again!
