The jet skis were awesome. Our guides, Zach and Josh was great. They were very informative. One trailed the front and the other trailed behind. They were also right there to make sure I was fine after being catapulted off my jet ski, lol. We look forward to doing it again on our next trip.

The tour was great. My only complaint is that it was expensive and supposed to be for two hours. However our tour started at 1:30 and we were already walking back to our cars and out of the venue at 3:15. Just something to be considerate of. We had a great day on the water besides that.

Gabriela, the girl in the jet ski desk, urgently needs to improve her costumer service skills and/or I suggest provide the staff some training. It is my only vacation week of the year in which I planned with my friends to go to Flórida down to key west and rent a jet ski. We got there around 2:40pm to our ride that was scheduled for 3:30pm. My friends started the in person test and right there she was being rude to all 4 of us. After my friends failed the test she said in such a snotty tone “you guys didn’t pass” and there is no time for trying again (which is fine! I just don’t know why this was communicated arrogantly).As we asked her questions about what we could do, she IGNORED us, started to type in the computer and talk to other costumers while we were there waiting... After a few minutes not understanding what’s going on, I called her again, asked her what’s is going to happen then finally she called someone asking for a refund, this person said yes over the phone and she gave us a receipt and we left. Note: all this without having her speaking directly to us or making any eye contact. I need to mention she was acting very aggressive with papers, pens and all she put her hands to. We left feeling super bad and I honestly don’t know WHY I had to deal with that kind of behavior during my vacation time. Me and my friends are confused and frustrated. I do not recommend!

Had an awesome time on the 90 minute island tour! Peary was a great tour guide, water was perfect, and I couldnt stop grinning! Im going to have to do this again before I leave!

I had the absolute best time!! Zac and Tony were great and super helpful and knowledgeable about their jobs. They made my first experience parasailing unforgettable! I will definitely be back for more adventures!!!!

Frank was fabulous with the first timers as well as those that had jet skied before. He kept a great pace and told us what to expect in the different depths of water. I loved the tidbits of knowledge he provided each time we stopped.

We went on the parasailing boat tour today. It was my first time doing this sport and these guys have set a bar which is too high. The crew was super friendly and these two guys are epitomes of customer service and they are so compassionate about human beings. Fury management if you are looking at this review these guys need a shout out. I am so glad i took this ride. I could only take one of the crew’s picture. If you are going for this sport make sure to ask for this crew duo.

Did a jet ski tour this morning with Gilbert and Dorian....fabulous! A total blast...skis were in good condition, ran well. Great for all levels...our guides were informative and entertaining. Had a little interval to get out on a sandbar and walk around (Dorian found a giant starfish and left us all see it). Would do it again in a heart beat! Money well spent

We rented a 18’ Hurricane. It was in good condition even though some gauges didn’t work. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were given a safety briefing and checked all equipment, including an ice chest full of ice for us to use. Before they pulled the boat away from the dock for us.When we returned we met the dock hand who jumped onboard to park us. Great experience, the water was great! We Will use FURY again in the future!

We took a guided jet ski tour this week with Fury at the end of Duval street. Tom was our guide, very personable and fun young man, he made our experience a fun and exciting time. Gave us a little free time along our way and swim time in Boca chica as well. We recommend Fury.... Tom and crew will make sure its a great time. See you next time we visit Key West. Jeff & Joan

Poorly maintained boats, very unhelpful deck hands. I have about 20 years experience on the waters of the Puget Sound and have enjoyed many adventures on my yacht. I visited Key West and decided to rent a runabout to check out the area with friends and family. We showed up and waited about 30-40 minutes to finally get access to our rental (It was busy and they did the best they could) When I rent a vehicle (boat or otherwise) i expect it to be maintained and just as safe as I keep my ship at home. I ended up taking the boat on the south side of Key West and no sooner do I head out the channel alarms start going off. I kept trying to get up on plain and alarms kept going off so I discontinued my cruise. I am pretty sure the impeller was gone so we anchored at the closest sand bar which turned out to be one of our destinations (great luck!). They did send someone out and we waited for about a hour and we transferred our gear. There was no fenders or lines and the boats were banging up against each other which is definitely not safe or ideal as you could end up getting arms or fingers caught between the two colliding boats. The captain that brought us the other boat was very nice and jovial and helped turn around the negative experience (I was told his name was Ryan). Once everything was transferred we stayed for about a hour and decided to push on east for another location we had selected on our chart. The problem was the new boat lacked any power to get on plain so we were unable to reach our destination, so eventually we gave up and turned back. We navigated the channel markers and came back to port and upon remembering that we had no lines or fenders I called the front desk. They were clearly annoyed that we did not call 10 minutes in advance. At this point the winds had picked up from the south and with the bimini top up on a small boat it will push you around if you dont spend a lot of time on a smaller boat it will pose a challenge. A younger girl showed up and I asked her where she would like the boat and she did not respond shrugging her shoulders. I continued to ask so I chose a spot. I came in and she stood there. i shouted for her to throw a line and she paid no attention so I backed out. At this point I was sideways and needed to recenter the boat. She continued to watch as if it was entertainment and I was severely annoyed at this point. I had no lines, I had no fenders, was responsible for the vessels condition and the safety of others around me. Finally I backed the boat into the entry of the slip and she put a line around the cleat. I eventually walked back the boat with her and I expressed the fact that I wasnt pleased but she could care less. I grabbed the managers number, cleaned the boat as if it was my own and left. I will update my review if I get a better result but as it sits, do not take your family on these boats. They are not maintained well, they do not have the necessary gear for you to be in control. In addition, expect that they will find it entertaining when you try to maintain control on your own as you try to navigate back to the boats moorage. I am deeply disappointed at the fact that the team there would not even throw me a line. This is common courtesy between boaters. I could have dealt with with the mechanical issues but this put me over the top. When staff goes out of their way to create a unsafe environment, all bets are off for me. I will be requesting a credit, an apology and encourage them to practice safe boating practices so that others will have a better experience.UPDATE:Talked with Derek and he really did his best to make things right. He was very receptive to feedback and had a sincere interest in making it right. I
