We rented e-bikes, they were great! The employees we met were very nice, helpful, and they all wore masks.

Ryan is an awesome tech, very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He tuned up my Specialized pedal-assist that my boyfriend bought for me at their shop a few months ago, and also fixed an issue on his Reisse-Mueller. He didn’t even charge us for the work to the German bike, saying it was a fast fix. Ryan is a bike wizard for sure! Ask for him.

Fantastic experience renting cruisers. We did the 24 hour rental and because they were closed on Sundays we got extra time our rental because they let us return Sunday while they were closed. Great help in getting his fitted and provided helmets (if wanted) and blinking lights for the bikes.

Ryan helped me out today getting a sweet new Drifter. Had my ape hangers installed in no time. Professional, efficient and well priced. Awesome all around.

Absolute best bike rental in key west! Owner is very helpful and laid back. We rented 2 beach cruisers for the week and it was very inexpensive. Biking around key west is the only way to go.

I stopped in with a flat tire for replacement. Ryan had my bike fixed in minutes. It felt more like a pit stop it was over so quick. After a quick bite to eat I returned and had some new raised handlebars put on.Ryan tackled that job in minutes as well. It was a nice experience doing business with an operation like this one.

I was in Key West last week and I brought my electric bike so I could get around easy without parking. Unfortunately I drove over something that popped by a tire. Changing a rear tire on an electric bike is a bit of a project, so I googled Island Bicycles and saw the reviews. This place was great. They had the job done in half the time they promised and at a fantastic price. I strongly recommend this shop, especially if you are from out of town and are in a pinch.

Great bike repair shop. Within 2 minutes of arriving my bike was up on the rack. The repairman jumped on the bike and took it for a spin before turning it back over to me. That was the first time I had seen that but I greatly appreciated they would take the time to ensure that their work had been done right. Very reasonable charge as well. Highly recommend this shop for bike repair.

Great service! Woman at the front desk was so helpful in tips on where to go in town on bikes. Cruisers are comfortable one speed bikes, but in flat KW you dont need anything else. Helmets, lights and locks are included as well as any needed repairs. Best price we could find in the area for a week rental. we are not disappointed at all.

I recently bought an extremely high end road bike from island bicycles. As usual the setup and customer service was second to none. The next day I was getting familiar with the beast and had an issue with the electronic Di-2 shifting.I called Dave. Instead of having me bring the bike back to the shop, Dave drove toKey colony beach and addressed the issue.Dave the owner, and his head mechanic Daine and his crew are unbelievable.Anything from a Beach cruiser to a top of the line race bike. Fantastic service!! Very nice staff and bike selection

Very accommodating. Loved the freedom of having trikes to ride for middle-aged women. No balance required! Even if you have physical limitations bad knees hips etc. do it. Its very flat on this island we rode every day for miles. Worth every penny. Alternative is taxi or Uber to anywhere on the island which is about $12 including tip for every ride.

Our party of 5 rented bikes for 4 days and had the best time. Definitely a must do!

I rode my bike from Miami to Key West. I needed a way to get my bike back home in Pennsylvania. Dave (the owner) was very helpful and willing to help me out. He was everything a small business owner needs to be: knowledgeable, eager to help, excited for the customer, and easy to talk with. I felt very comfortable and confident leaving my Trek Madone with his shop to disassemble and ship it to me. In my opinion, this is the place to go when you are in Key West.

Best bike repair shop ever. Ive always done my own bike repair until one day i needed i part i didnt know how to find. Went to a couple places and ran into the same bad attitudes and service that made me do it myself. This place is different, knowledgeable staff that will actually find what you need and do a great job on time.

This is the place for all of your bike needs. I had my own bikes and needed some service work and ended up at this shop. Randy took care of my service issues in a very professional matter, very quickly, and at a reasonable price. A couple of weeks later I needed to rent two bikes for visiting guests and Leni treated us very fairly. They rent Electra bikes and I must say these are great cruisers. If you are not in the immediate area I understand that they can make arrangements for pick up and delivery.

Went to another bike shop and was told I needed to get a welder to remove my pedals. The young men at Island took care of it right away. Great customer service great shop.

Wife and I rode for several days on I think the Electra cruiser bikes and they were perfect. Friendly, helpful and kind staff. I know where to go next time we hit Key West. Island Rentals!! (We tried others and their bikes were really too short to be cruisers, and we had seat problems 3 times in one day.)

We had a large group of people and the folks at Island Bicycles were amazing, renting our bikes were easy, the best price on the island and very very very helpful and kind. They were one of the only places we called that included lights for the bikes (which are required at night in Key West). If I get to come back to Key West we will go back to Island Bicycles for our beach cruisers-no questions asked!
