We had a great day on our e-bikes. Jeremy was great with the delivery of the bikes right to our hotel. We had a couple mishaps with the bikes and Jeremy promptly met up with us were we were and fixed/switched out the bikes. We were able to go around the entire island without getting too tired. Highly recommend e-z riders!!

These bikes were perfect for us! We didnt have the stamina to manually pedal longer distances and yet mopeds/motor bikes seemed a bit more than we wanted to ride on. These rentals allowed us to see so much more of the island quickly and yet park a lot easier than a moped or a golf cart! Pick up and delivery was terrific!

Have always rented from them. Offer good selection of e-bikes at reasonable rates, particularly since they deliver and pick up at local accommodations. I especially like their fat tire e-bike option that makes a fun ride even more fun. Theyre a small operation centrally located at corner of Truman and Duval so quick tuneups are convenient. But, since they deliver, they can also come to you for tuneups. Great communication by text upon arrival and departure.

Rented a couple ebikes that were not available for at least 30 minutes. Dont rent equipment you dont have available. Four hour minimum is not that great since hou can easily circle the entire key in 90 minutes.

Riding e-bikes is so much fun. Ez riders makes it extremely easy to receive bikes and be on your way. Very affordable and a great way to cruise around the Key West on a hot summer day.

Rented a couple ebikes here after 0930. Took one hour for the bikes to arrive. Shouldnt rent stuff you dont have available.

Wow what a disappointing experience and the owner had the audacity to basically call me fat. Our Bikes were stolen and he left us on the other side of the island for a couple of hours and later harassed us like if we were the thieves. Sad to have this kind of a person in Paradise. Ruined our perception of the entire place. Get a Life Loser.

Great fun and terrific service. We rented for a half day and the bikes were a great way to see so much of Key West. One couple was age 71 and 80 and had never ridden ebikes. They picked it up in two minutes. It could not have been easier for us: delivery at our hotel and we simply leave them locked at the hotel. No trekking across town to pick up or return.

Stayed at campground on stock island, rented 2 ebikes for 2 days, a basic and a deluxe. Kept in contact via text, dropped off and picked up the bikes right at our campground, we decided to keep the bikes an extra night and the chargers were dropped off in a timely manner as requested. Bikes were both clean and nice, needed nothing but a rider!Traveling with someone who is getting older, the ebikes allowed us to see all of key west! Traversed the island back and forth, ended up doing over 50 miles on the bikes over 2 days. (All of KW is maybe 6 miles long, so plenty of exploring!). As an avid cyclist I enjoyed the bikes, allowed my companion to keep pace with me, and worrying about headwind became a fleeting concern. Both bikes have multiple assist modes, and are easy to use even for seniors! When we rented them, they were bintelli ebikes, out of SC. The deluxe model had horn and turn signals, which were helpful.Highly recommend EZriders if you are staying in the lower keys and want to see the island, but not be sweaty and exhausted at the end of the day.

So we wanted to rent some ebikes to get around as all our boat adventures were canceled due to high winds. So I contacted them and he brought the bikes to our hotel in less than 20 minutes. He gave us training and off we went. Unfortunately the deluxe bike did not fit my wife well, so the brought us 1 normal ebike for her to try. However that still did not work as it also was just to tall for her to ride. So he recommended a double seating moped. However he doesnt rent them, but he contacted a company that rents them. They picked us up in a mini van and took us there so we didnt have to walk. Also he refunded the total amount for the bikes. He was so excellent in his customer service just working to help us figure something out, such integrity in a tourism area is refreshing. On your trip here this is the only place to rent from. Thanks for all the assistance you gave us.

Rented 2 electric bikes for the day. We rode the entire day and still had extra battery to spare.If you have ever wondered about riding an electric bike I highly recommend you try it out while enjoying the air and scenery at Key West.Jeremy is the owner and definitely did a great job. He dropped off and picked the bikes up at our resort. He was professional, courteous and readily available throughout our rental: I got a nail in my tire and he zipped out to fix it .Highly recommend.

Rent the Ebikes! It’s a no brainer! We own ebikes back home and love them but when trying to plan how to see Key West in a day with the parking challenges, ebikes are the best option to get a little exercise (especially after a couple hours n the car driving in) while seeing the whole town, but not break a sweat. The bike rental place has a few monitored parking spots too (we drove in for a day trip from Key Largo) and you get a discount on parking if you rent the bikes there, and it’s centrally located so it’s only 5-10 minutes by bike from anywhere in Key West. Super easy transaction. Bikes have basket and light on front, bell and throttle as well as 5 levels of pedal assist. Bikes Are definitely the best way to get around Key West as most roads are also bike lanes and there’s plenty of places to just park the bike and chain it up to a rack or street sign. Locks and helmets also provided as part of the rental.

Premium Bike rental experience still had flat front tire, frequently slipping gears, deteriorating handle bars, and creaky seat.

A great experience with Ez Riders Key West! We rented the standard e-bikes and they worked perfectly for us to cruise around the island and to do a grocery run. The staff was friendly & courteous, and came out to fix a flat that happened during our journey. We will definitely rent from them again.

We rented 2 standard electric bikes for 4 hours. The bikes came with cable locks and baskets. They appear to be very busy like most of the bike rental places in Key West especially on a Holiday weekend, but both of our bikes were well below average condition. The brakes on my wifes bike would not function properly and her left pedal made a loud creeking sound with every crank. I switched her bikes to try to manage the brakes but even I could not squeeze the brakes hard enough to get it to stop. The grips on both bikes left our hands nearly black. We took the bikes back after an hour, were not offered a refund or an apology - the guy in the both was busy trying to repair someone elses rental that had broke so we went to another location. We have rented electric bikes in several cities and these bikes are low quality, heavily used and were not fit to ride on this day. You have many great choices in Key West that do not rank high on google, keep searching.

The Ebikes are awesome! Super fun & easy to ride. We got around Key West fast! Only $59 per bike for 24hrs. They delivered the bikes to our hotel & picked them up the next day. Favorite part of our trip so far!

We had a great time on our ebikes visiting Key West. They were easy to adjust to and they were waiting for us as we got off our ship. Payment was made easy and we were back on the ship. Might have had a map to help us navigate.

Ez riders rents bikes and ebikes. They also have some paid auto parking spots. The ebikes come in three choices. The one I chose was a mistake for me. I am tall, the bike saddle does not move so pedaling for movement is at best difficult. The trade off is with power use vs pedal assist. My suggestion is to get a bike where you can use leg strength with correct leg extension. The ebikes were kept off site. Jeremy the owner, brings them to the shop. This took 20 minutes. You can return the bike from a different location expect the same 29 wait.
