Over the weekend I noticed my laptop was running very slow to the point of being useless. Whenever I need help - James is always available. As an older individual, having help available for computer work is extremely supportive. He makes appointments quickly and is always helpful. Having a service like this - easily available is great!! He has also been very helpful to my husband who has limited hearing and vision.
