I have both professional and personal experience with this company and it’s owners. The recent one star reviews couldn’t be further from the truth. The owners have worked hard to make this a very trustworthy, reputable business! It saddens me that fake Google accounts can easily be created and with these accounts, make false claims/reviews against a business. I hope Google reviews these flagged reviews/claims and takes them down. There are many ways to spot fake accounts and reviews and I hope that potential customers see these reviews for what they are. Here’s what I’ve noticed:This business has had wonderful reviews once or twice a month.. then all of a sudden there’s a wave of 22 1 star ratings in 1 week. The drastic fluctuation of reviews and the drastic decline in the quality of rating just does not look right with the history of their business reviews. Further, there are accounts with the same picture, accounts with no other history of reviews and then those that do have a history of reviews are in GA, WI and even in another country. Efix is a business based in OH, there is no way they can do business outside of the state. If these 22 claims had contracted work with Efix, there would be some form of paperwork, documentation and even signatures on file. This allows for accountability and protection on both sides.. there wouldn’t be any forcing to pay upfront, scamming or not giving any money back. In addition, I read a recent NEW google review under a NEW google account asking people to not listen to any recent 5 star reviews.. because others got scammed and he scammed for “TONS” of money” as well as if they’d been apart of the week of negative claims from the start. There are consistent inconsistencies with all of these claims and I hope others will see this as well. It’s clear that a large percentage of these accounts are the same person- the reviews have the same grammatical errors, vague/generic dramatic review and same error in the owners name.

This is the best company around town. Every employee is awesome and helpful. They also have very reasonable prices.

We were desperate. One more time for Geek Squad to let us down - on the day of the appointment - and we had had it. We found Efix online, and I called them. The owner took the call, referred us to one of his techs, and he came to our home. He took the tower, four hours later, returned it repaired, went over it with my husband, charging us a very reasonable sum. The rescheduled GS appointment was 11 days out, so weve got a new computer repair company.

I found EFix through Home Advisor as I needed a new router installed. Edwin contacted me right away to schedule an appointment. He worked with my schedule and availability, as did Ben. Ben came out the next day. There were issues with my router and my Modem. Ben assisted me in working with tech support at my internet provider to get my modem and my router up and running. It was not an easy process and there were more than a few complications. Ben remained calm, friendly, and conversational. He persisted in getting the modem and router correctly hooked up. When he was done, he looked at my new Roku and explained to me how to use it and the features of it. I will definitely call EFix for home computer issues in the future and definitely recommend this company to others. They are reasonably priced, caring, and work to solve computer issues.

Called in and got a tech to get me in right away to bring in my laptop computer. Diagnosed it same day and let me know right away what needed to be done to get it up and running again and how much. By next day I had my laptop back, love the quick service and response I highly recommend these techs they really know their stuff. Thank you Edwin and David I’m very happy with it all.

Efix did an exceptional job at troubleshooting the WiFi problem we were experiencing in our home and then presenting us with possible solutions. Our home is a 5,000 square foot ranch with a finished basement that requires a strong WiFi signal throughout with multiple devices streaming at the same time. We had to upgrade our main computer for our business to Windows 10. Edwin came out to our office and fought through all the issues we were having with our backup providers slow restore and finally got our system up and running and made sure our network was working correctly. Will use again.

Edwin is FANTASTIC!!! I use two different internet providers, one for my home and one for my office. I was having a problem at both locations and the tech support staff at both large providers could not diagnose the problem. One of the providers suggested Efix Computer Repair and said that he would probably find and fix the problem. HE DID and VERY QUICKLY! I have used him now several times and he always finds and fixes the problem in a very short time and one trip! I recommend him to everyone!
