What a great post office! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The post office itself was clean, neat, fully stocked with stamps, boxes, and anything I needed. Both of the clerks were great. Thank you, USPS. Keep up the great work!

I notice that apart from my complaint there are many more who are not happy with the service that almost everyone gives there, last Friday I returned an email that did not correspond to me and it was something important it was a check book I went and returned them and asked about my email I have not lived as a car title ID card I have already spoken with the manager, he did not do anything apart, he has a very rude manner and another day I spoke with another person and it was almost the same I think if they do not like their work, why are they there? read makes happy to serve customers

I have been calling for days about not getting any mail, not even junk mail but I just get a recording and then hung up on or fax noise and then hung up on. busy or not someone should take a message or an e mail to handle problems.

For years now we have had our mail placed in others mailbox. Some are kind enough to come to our door and drop it off. I have others Amazon packages left in mine. I do the right thing and make sure they have it. I have called many times with this issue and nothing has improved.

Our postman is on vacation this week and his replacement is horrible. Delivered a package addressed to us on 11/25/2020 to the wrong address (lucky our neighbor called us) and today we got another neighbors package at our house. I noticed as I walked down the street that the replacement person had left the mailbox doors open to two other neighbors boxes with mail exposed. We live in the Meridian Subdivision. Guess good help is hard to find. PO hiring drivers that cannot adequately do their job or just do not care.

Postal employees in main office are not friendly at all in the 13 years I have used it. We have very sporadic delivery at our house. My husband gets his meds through the mail and we need them. It is snowing here and we havent had mail since Friday. What happened to rain, sleet, and snow delivery!

All the postal workers are so pleasant and helpful. Nice clean office too!

Great workers very helpful service. Wish All post Office were like them even helped me when I had to send mail for court that required signatures as proof. They also don’t mind my scatter brain fog as they walk me through so patiently. Always have change of address information.

Worst place ever

Mail delivered from WEST SCHREINER to us repeatedly. Our address is EAST. Someone needs glasses. Both addresses have complained repeatedly with no avail. Not my job to deliver this guys mail because of incompetence. Upsetting because his medications are delivered here. Bad business. Waited 40 minutes on hold nobody answered to complain to. Wait til i get there tomorrow to complain in person.

Horrible service from the manager, not surprised to see the other complaints that are on here! We came in two separate days to send in a passport application for our baby daughter. Keep in mind that we have to bring our baby daughter to process passports, but we also brought our older 3yo daughter because it would be silly to have a sitter for something that should be this easy. The first day I took off early from work and we showed up at 3:55. When the manager realized that we had the wrong forms she handed us new forms and told us that processing passports stops at 4pm. No consideration for our situation, despite us being there before 4.I was able to file for my expedited passport renewal though, which she took the opportunity to insinuate I was a procrastinator for filing for an expedited visa!We went in a few days later with our baby and older daughter to try again. I took off work again. We had to wait a bit for someone else to finish their application. No problem, but when we were next for passport that same manager decided to ignore us and help the next customer in line. The line is too long, please wait! ... we, a family of four with a baby and 3 year old who at this point is coming unglued wait while they serve the next few people in line. good call there! 5 minutes pass, I insist on having someone else help me. Finally we get service from someone else, daughters completely coming unglued in the process. I dont know this manager, but this treatment came across to me as if she had some kind of personal issues that she takes out on some customers.(Im not certain if manager is the right word for the post office, but the two other employees said that she was the one in charge when I insisted on having someone else help us.)Also, this information is relevant for the Post Office on Cully Drive in Kerrville. Im sure the other branches are fine.

Employees have always been courteous to me. Helpful with whatever service I have needed from them. Not every postal service is this way.

Very unhelpful and very okay with stealing $160 out of your account and then refuse to help and say its your problem so if yall are okay with fraud go to this place

#1 is too high for this place. Good luck calling because nobody answers the phone, it will ring and ring until it goes to the operator. Then it hangs up after 3 1/2 minutes. I tried this 10 times and said the heck with it.PITIFUL!!!!!

This post office should be closed down .... they are useless ... I have tried to call this location for 3 days. It rings so long that it cuts off. You cant get a package over nighted yet when you track it it shows that it has been sitting in their facility long before your mail is delivered yet you dont receive it. What good is a post office if it cannot handle what a post office offered. Shut this place down. We would all receive much better service using fed-ex or UPS. This post office is a joke. When you walk in there you have only 2 people working and 3 standing around wishing they were supervisors. It is a disgrace of a government facility.This town would be better off using only fed-ex.A single letter mailed from one state over takes a whole 7-10 days to and from this ridiculous excuse of a post office. When I asked about it the women tells me that if you dont pay for first class this is the service that you get. So why dont we just by pass this government institute and pay a little more for faster service... I would much rather pay a private institute and have better service... please close this miserable place down

A package was tracked as delivered to my home by our substitute carrier last Saturday and it was not. I talked with the post office staff on a very busy day and they were very helpful. They contacted my carrier to alert him the package had not been delivered and to keep an eye out for it. He later arrived at our house, apologized for the confusion and said the package had been placed back on the shelf at the post office (who knows why?). I called to pick up my meds that had been delivered to the wrong address. I had tracking numbers and was told they were returned days ago saying wrong address. I took a screenshot of where it shows delivered. I call the person that lives there and he says he returned them to the post office today. Post office in Ingram says they were shipped back to sender days ago. Tracking only shows delivered. While I am on the phone trying to get my meds Dana says that they are already gone and the system had been updated. It shows it was scanned and sent while I was on the phone trying to get them.

Weve lived in over 40 locations throughout the Continental US. We thought all Post Offices had lousy Customer Service, until we came here.The only place in the Country where we actually prefer the USPS over UPS or Fed-Ex. We are used to getting approximately 5-10% of our letters being lost in CA, IN, NV, other TX USPSs, and other locations. In roughly a year, this Office to our knowledge has NEVER lost a piece of mail for us, and for some strange but delightful reason we are getting our mail 2-3 days faster than it arrived doing business in large Cities like Austin, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Las Vegas, NV; Los Angeles, CA, and others.On top of that, the Carriers as well as the Office personnel are downright friendly!

Horrible customer service. Trying to locate a lost/missing international package and they were incredibly insulting in the way they answered me. The rudeness was just astounding to me. Im a very laid back person and for these workers to get me worked up is saying something. Im absolutely ashamed that a part of the U.S. government could act so carelessly and rudely. It is absolutely unacceptable. If you can avoid going to the Kerrville, TX post office, you should! Ill send your stuff out with mine via FedEx or UPS!

Horrible costume serviceThey lost my package and have not done anything effective to help me find it. They keep postponing everything and it has been one full week. Horrible service. Do not use Kerrvilles USPS office. They will just tell you the postmaster will call you and you will never hear back from them. No justice. No good costumer service. It is the worst experience I have ever had. If I could rate them with negative numbers I would.

Had a delivery yesterday that clearly says “Live plants. Keep 60-80 degrees”. Instead of putting the package on my shaded porch, they decided that 20 feet was too much of a walk for them and put it in the metal mail box in the direct sun.

When they dont feel like walking to your door they just put couldnt deliver in notes. Or couldnt access front door.

I never have problems before but now I don’t receive my packets the tracking number shows they delivery in my front door, I have cameras nobody left anything they always use excusesthey said the mail box it was blockthat is no cars there is nothing in front of my house they just too lazy to walk a few stepsa lot of packets is being lostand I don’t know why in a few neighborhoods I can see the mailman Park the car and walk to each houseIs so sad if they work is delivery the mail and never get it on timeor never got it.

Mail delivery is hit and miss. Half the time a package is marked delivered and it wasn’t. May show up several days (or months) later or not. Some days they don’t even make the rounds. Thanks a lot.

Employees are not very friendly. Each time Ive gone in it seems like its a bother for them to help you, maybe they were having a bad/ busy day.
