Seeing as how this was my first time renting a uhaul I was originally very worried. The moving process can be an extremely frustrating experience, and driving a 4 ton death machine hooked up to a 2 ton death machine isnt really my idea of a good time. That being said both gentlemen that I talked too at this facility were kind and incredibly helpful making sure that I was completely secure and helping to make the overall experience much less stressful.

This review is specifically for Kelly. He was extremely rude.There were several miscommunications between our pick up and drop off locations and times and everyone else we dealt with at uhaul was great. Kelly at True Master drop off for uhaul was condescending, aggressive on the phone, and when we let him know he was being this way he just said he didnt care and we could keep the trailer for 6 months for all he cared.He could have been helpful and friendly and we would have gotten a lot further.

Loaded with equipment for your moving needs. Highly recommended.
