The package I sent was delivered in perfect condition. I shipped fragile antique china tea plates and cups. They take care with packages and delivered on time.

Bad bad experience again. FedEx Express lady stated sheβs never read the notices she leaves. They state that the carrier will return by 8:00pm the same day to deliver your packages if they miss you earlier the same day. She never returned. When asked why she just gave a blank stare. When shown the notice left earlier that day she kept starring at the notice she left and finally said Iβve never seen that before. I unequivocally hate FedEx!!!!!Over priced badly, slow service, no way to contact delivery person and if you live in a rural area youβll just have to wait FOR HOURS OR DAYS TO CATCH THEMUNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!

Signed up for notifications. Came back early from vacation because showed earlier delivery. Got up early, waited. Got another notice showed delivered and signed by unknown to me person. Called, and they have no idea. He says maybe tomorrow. WTH!! So I am supposed to wait. Very expensive item! Dont trust them!!!
Over the years Ive experienced good service from FedEx, but Im very disappointed in our most recent delivery. We received some food products very clearly marked Perishable; Keep Refrigerated and the package was left at our gate in the hot sun of an August day. We had provided our email address and phone number, but apparently no attempt was made to contact us and let us know the package was there. As I knew the package was scheduled for delivery that day I went to check and found the food items defrosting in the sun. I paid well to have the items shipped in refrigerated containers, to no avail.If youre going to advertise that you can handle frozen items you should do it properly.
FedEx continues their poor service in Utopia, Texas. Sat. June 1, 2017 they delivered some very important papers to us by leaving them on our front porch. It rained before we knew the envelope was out side and the papers were drenched. We have only had good service from them about twice in 20 years.
One time they gave my package to a different apartment. He wasnt confused with the address because they also received their own package that same day. Their office on Sidney Baker is tiny and we were all scrunched up waiting and instead of being called to the counter the employee walk into the waiting area pushing us more into a corner. Then the automatic door opened because she was in front of it and it hit my daughter. I filed an accident report and played phone tag but never got ahold of anyone. Worst service ever.
FedEx charges for boxes unless you use their expensive express service. If you go to USPS or ups they at least have free boxes to ship your stuff.

Unlike the pflugerville location this Fedex is on point. Dennis the driver deserves a raise! He always texts us right before he drops off a package. Heβs the bomb, and always on time. Be like Dennis, be awesome!

A family member purchased Priority Overnight Delivery on a package to be shipped to me the next day. I tracked the Package the next day & found it was on the truck & scheduled for delivery on or before 4:30 PM directly to my address. I waited all day & finally phoned FEDEX at 6:30 PM and I was told it would be delivered by 8:00 PM. After 8:00 PM passed I tried again to phone FEDEX three times but was put on hold each time for at least 20 minutes then my call was cut off. I called for the 4th time & finally got through after another half hour of waiting and was told my package would NOT be delivered as promised but would be out for delivery tomorrow. I ask why I would not be receiving my Package since it was bought & paid for as a guaranteed Priority Overnight Delivery but all I got was excuses & promised a return phone from a supervisor with an explanation and yet another promise of delivery tomorrow. FEDEX Customer Service has been non-existent and the guarantee of Priority Overnight Delivery and paying extra for it is nothing more than a company slogan...

$8.00 to ship a post card style parking pass back to owner. I didnt find out that 3 day shipping meant business days. USPS CAN do that in 3 days for 0.37 cents!

A package was suppose to be delivered to me yesterday (08-30-18) and FedEx said that they delivered it at 1:32pm but I found NO Package. After being on the phone for over 47 minutes trying to get an answer and solution they said that it might be next week before there would be a resolution and delivery. Late last evening a neighbor knocked on my door and told me she had received my package. This morning I called FedEx and gave them the address where the package was and where it needed to be delivered and explained again that I am disabled and I am unable to go get the package. There seemed to be absolutely no concern what so ever in a solution. Sorry FedEX, I can deliver packages I feel better than you and I can have concerns when someone with physical disabilities and try to help them out. TOTAL disgust with FedEx and No More Business from me with FedEX. Hey UPS or DHL, would you like my business as I seeking now another delivery service!!!
Im very disappointed. .2 times now I have been guaranteed next day service, and 2 times now I have sat and wasted my time waiting on fedex for not next day delivery, but 2 days to 3 days..bad business..if I may say so.
