Ive been here 3 times. Never had a terrible experience with the hair cuts, $20 trim or cut. At first I gave them only 3 stars I dont know why. So I came back and gave them 5 stars. The people are always friendly, never had a bad hair cut. That is most important to me.

My mom goes there for her wash and style. Keri always gives her a wonderful job and when its done my moms hair stays looking clean and beautiful until the next visit. When my last highlighting job went sideways, I asked Keri if she could help. She was able to and now it looks like i had wanted. My one suggestion would be to make an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome, but just about the time you get there.so does everyone else

I scheduled a hair cut only for my daughter. The lady comes and gets her and takes her back and proceeds to wash her hair as well and charge me for it when I specifically told her it was for a CUT only. Will not go back here because they obviously are going to do as much as they can to get more money out of you, or they just choose not to listen. Either way not going back.

Fist time not best but not bad. Second time said I would not go back. Month and half to grow out need another cut. Went back in shame on me got same stylist explained in length what wanted, There is absolutely No style to my cut and it definitely is no where near a stacked cut it is about 2 inch long in crown! Will never go back again. Not Hair stylist . Does not know what she is doing.

I didnt get the ladies name and I dont wanna sound rude, but the white haired lady in the Kerrville Texas salon just gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I will definitely be going back.

Im not from town and girl with white hair refused to cut my hair because someone who was gonna color her hair was on her way but was not even there yet. Oh and there was someone who was leaving soon who could of cut my hair refused to cut my hair too. Seriously would of taken 10 minutes or less to cut my hair ... guess thy dont like money!

Horeible customer service

Kari is the manager and my favorite stylist. Though i just get a mens buzz cut. My aunt and cousin really enjoy her styling expertise. Im sure the other stylists are good, but i can only speak for kari as per personal experience

I get my haircut about every 6 weeks or so here, the ladies that work here are all friendly and my wife has hers done there also, clean place, if they are busy, they put you on a list and give estimated time to be back, you can walk around Walmart or shop, Thank you ladies
