We have used XPO Logistics multiple times now with our business and unfortunately, we have had nothing but bad experiences. Keep in mind, we ship everything out of North Carolina. So far every shipment weve done through XPO has either been damaged, lost, or delayed. It has been extremely frustrating as this affects the way we do business. Our rep for XPO has also been very unresponsive and hard to reach in times of need. I am very disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism XPO claims to posses. They also have refused to give us a discount or our money back as a result of the problems weve encountered with shipping with them. If you want the items youre shipping to be in good hands, you definitely do not want to use this company.

I have experienced numerous drivers throughout the years of being in business and I have to say that my experience today with your driver Davis was above and beyond. I have never experienced a driver that is so charismatic and up beat about what he is doing and the company he represents. His good attitude is contagious. I may not be in the logistics business, but I am in business in general and Davis is a perfect example of what any company would want representing their name/brand.
