Had a 9:30 a.m. reservation for a truck. Got there on time, and no one was there. The owner finally arrived at 9:45, along with his two adult daughters.The truck we were there to rent was unavailable. Long story short, I was physically assaulted by the owner and his two daughters.Pretty lousy customer service by any standard.
