Noone was on site on arrival, the truck wasnt ready when we got there, couldnt reach anyone, had to call UHAUL Corp to get someone to answer, then we were given the owners number which was wrong. When he finally arrived he claimed two different things and welp I dont deal well with that type of thing. be there when your hours of service say you are.. this guy we waited for when he order the truck Week in advance. Should of been ready to go when We arrived!! Then pricing was wrong and so one.. Never again.. Ill buy a truck.

Came to rent a trailer at 2:55pm & No One was onsite! No One answered the door! And No One answered the phone! This is not how you run a business!
