Nice facility - nice people that work there, but habitually late. Each time I go, I am disappointed in their lack of care or concern about being late. On average, they take you back 20-30 minutes late. Their policy is you cannot be late or you forfeit your appointment, but they do not adhere to the same rules for their patients. Leeann, the office manager, was also not very genuine in her apology after being 25 minutes late during my last appointment. I would recommend finding a private / small practice that cares more about their patients.

This has been my dentist for four years. Until I had a dental emergency; an infection and extreme pain that kept me up at night and I hadn’t slept for 2 nights straight. I just needed the tooth pulled. When I called for an appointment they told me it would be over a month to get me in. I called 6 other dentists that I had never been to and they all offered me a faster time than my own dentist including one that took care of me the next day. This dentist office is fine when it’s convenient for them. But when you need them the most, they won’t be there for you. I no longer go here.

Too much waiting time before getting into the exam room. Lately it is getting worst every time I have an appointment.

The dentists are friendly and courteous. I have been twice and both times I have been impressed with the quality of service.

Everyone has been kind and patient with me. My anxiety level with dentists is very high. They have gone above and beyond in my opinion to put me at ease. I have received text messages checking on me later in the week.

My first visit here after changing from a dental office that Ive gone to for the past 5 yrs and I had a wonderful experience. Kim the Hygienist was very thorough, considerate and gentle. Dr. Lazaro the same. I highly recommend this place!

I just love this place! Dr Laz & Kim are the best ever! Going to the dentist was before “a pain waiting to happen”! I truly hated my dental appointments before going to UDA! It’s been almost 3 years! The environment is so pleasant and the people are nice and very Proffesional! Most of all, my dental assistant, Kim is a CowBoys fan... and we talk the entire time! And my teeth are pain free and clean!😂🙌🏽💙 I’m always bragging on them to everybody! The Best Ever!

Dr. Lazaro identified a cavity on a tooth that had a crown. He denied the fact that the tooth had a crown and drilled into it to fill the cavity anyway. In the meantime he damaged the tooth behind it. I went back to him after a couple of weeks of pain after the procedure and he stated that he could redo the work but that it may not change anything. I went to another dentist who reviewed my xrays and stated that I never had a cavity to begin with and confirmed that I did have a crown and Dr. Lazaro should have never drilled into it. This dentist had to repair both teeth and I had to pay for it. I contacted UDA in September for a refund and I just received it January. I was also not told until December that I would have to sign a waiver to receive the refund that released UDA of all liability associated with their error. This waiver is supposedly required for all refunds. My insurance company has still not received the check for the refund. I have spent an enormous amount of time over the last 5 months trying to get my money back which is completely unacceptable in my opinion given the circumstances. I am still working on identifying why the insurance company has never received the check. I DO NOT recommend trusting this company or Dr. Lazaro with your dental needs.

Dr L, Kim M, and the rest of the staff are phenomenal. They are very attentive, compassionate, and. knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

I picked UDA Kernersville because my wife goes there and said everyone was very nice. I went in for a consultation with Dr. Lazaro all went well and we set an appointment with the oral surgeon Dr. Brown. Both doctors where very nice, thats where my good experience turned bad. After setting 4 more appointments, for a substantial amount of money, I realized that the doctors have not even spoken to each other to set up a plan for my dental work. Four appointments following all covid procedures and exposing myself to the possibility of exposure to covid. I was told that the doctors needed to get together and develop a plan. So, each appointment was about 10 to 15 minutes long with a promise that the Next Appointment will get me started. Well needless to say, I have picked another practice where the employees are friendly and hoping the doctors are a little smarther and more considerate of their new patients.

Dr Lazaro is great. But as far as the billing goes. They have no clue. They give you estimates. That are not anywhere close to accurate as what the insurance pays.. has happened multiple times. Then they send you nasty letters saying your balance is past due, and it’s going to collections. Obviously it was billed wrong. had never received a bill from them saying I had a balance. Then I receive one like this. I Will probably be finding a new dentist that can figure the insurance portion out a little closer to the amount the patient pays so I don’t get an extra $500 bill on top of the amount I paid upfront.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are immaculate in cleanliness.My dentist, Dr. Ellen Zamora, was great, caring and explained my treatment plan and my procedure thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dr. Zamora and her team.The reception staff were lovely too, and took the to go through the treatment plan costs, together with estimated insurance.Im delighted to have found this dental office so close to my home.

Kim was absolutely wonderful to work with. She made me comfortable and welcome when I was really apprehensive about getting the work done.

This place was absolutely amazing to me, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to come after having a fear of going to the dentist. Chan was the best ever, and dr Larazo was right behind her with the professionalism, explanations of the procedures and just the kindness of their hearts! Loved how they were so responsible when we had inclement weather and I had an appointment. They followed up on the late opening and then on the closing, making sure I knew their business operation hours and not waste my time. The staff was very friendly and upfront with the charges. I would definitely recommend this place.

While the close distance to home and the generally decent care received from the dentist (dental hygienist Terry is fantastic!!!) is appreciated, I do NOT recommend this dentist office if you have very specific needs on appointment times. We have had numerous appointments cancelled and rescheduled the day of our appointments so the office can close early. This is especially frustrating when we rearrange our work schedules for appointments. It has happened a handful of times. Also, we have been double charged and incorrectly billed more times than I can count so I highly recommend double checking your bills. We have moved to another dentist in Kernersville and are much happier with the much more reliable service.

It would be great if the Dental hygienist and the dentist would communicate with me. They seem to talk among them selves about me and don’t directly talk to me about MY teeth. They were scheduling me an appointment to have a filling and never told me that I had a cavity until I was leaving the office. I scheduled the appointment for the filling at a time that was good for me. It seems theat the Dentist changed their personal schedule and therefore the appointment was no longer good and I had to reschedule. That’s not an acceptable practice in my opinion. If your go to change your schedule you should honor the appointments that you have already made. I can’t just get off work whenever it is good for the dentist.

Just recently transferred from another practice and I am very happy with the results. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, should have made the move a long time ago.

Dentist Javier and his Assistant as well as the Hygienist and front desk people were very professional and friendly. I wish every place was as courteous and flawless as my visit to this establishment was today. Highly Recommend this Dentist! A+++

My whole family goes here including my 5 year old. We have only had good experiences here from scheduling, to the visits, to billing etc. Only had one appointment with very much wait time. We all see Kim and she is great.

After being unable to go to the dentist for 8 years (6 of those years because of financial reasons, then I was too scared) I dragged myself here last November. Both hygienists Ive seen are great, and the new dentist there, Dr. Lazaro, is fantastic. He is very friendly and walked me through every step of my exam, walking me through my x-rays and listening to any concerns I have. Im glad I found this office!

The reception made me super comfortable. Vanessa and Angie were very thorough and helped with all of my needs. The dentist was so nice and explained everything very well! The hygenist (maybe in training or something or that sort), Holly was absolutely the nicest person I have ever met in a dental setting, along with Kim, the hygenist who cleaned my teeth. I have anxiety, sensitive gums, and sensory issues and I was at ease as soon as I was in the chair!!!! Please dont pass up on this amazing place.

Came here as a new patient and couldnt be happier! Everyone was super friendly and I was very happy about the service i received. Flexible hours to work with almost anyones schedule, which is hard to find with a dentist office. This is definitely my permanent dentist now!

I told her I didnt have the whole 120 dollars. She got attitude with me. I said I guess I wont be having nothing done today. Probably wont be back

Dr Larozo (sp? Must edit) was so very informative and respectful as he diagnosed my symptoms. It’s feels good when you understand completely your diagnosis. The hygienist was gentle thorough and very nice. Great energy from everyone. The office was was very neat and clean! So glad these guys came up in my network. I have had very unpleasant dental experience and even dishonest experiences. I so appreciate these people and their professionalism.

The staff was nice, but very disorganized. For example, when I returned for a follow-up visit, the receptionist claimed that I had never been there- even after I gave her the exact date. As it turns out, they billed me for another patients visit when I was there before. They refunded me and billed the correct amount, but this led to confusion with my insurance company later.

The most friendly dental office i EVER been, and feel the security they will make the recommendation possible.. Thanks for haveing great people with morality!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone !- My filling broke after only few days later probably because it was shaped too high, when called to get it fixed the office was closed for 2 days and when they finally reopened they would not take me the same day or next day on an emergency appointment so had to get it fixed in another dentist office!- because that filling broke and had a hole in my tooth causing gum inflammation because food would get stuck there and I might get on antibiotics because I might have an infection- I was numbed all the way to my eye pretty much all afternoon after.- Very expensive for the service, highest cost Ive ever payed for fillings even with dental insurance
