Arnette Family Dentistry is horrible! The turnover rate is high there. Every time I went, I had a new hygienist. That said, what makes me extremely unsatisfied is the experience today.Today, the hygienist spent only 38 minutes cleaning my teeth, and, even worse, the dentist did not show up to check my teeth before my leave. On top of that, I was charged an additional $80 for this visit, apart from what the MetLife insurance will cover. When I was paying the $80, the front desk lady said that I still owe them $186 for the last visit, because the insurance declined to pay some of the charges for my last visit. I asked her to contact MetLife on my behalf because Arnette Family Dentistrys estimation shows that the insurance would have covered much more. She shrugged and said Our estimates sometimes are not accurate. You are more than welcome to contact the insurance directly to ask why they did not pay some of the charges.

Amazing!! They are so caring with my children. The staff is friendly and attentive. The dental assistants do an amazing job and don’t push drilling every time they see a tiny spot of a cavity like past dentists. They recommend a cleaning regiment and keep an eye on it till the next appt. Wonderful experience every time!

I had to change dentists due to a change in insurance and have now been going to Dr. Arnette about a year, so I have had cleanings as well as a crown replaced. This was our first visit as we recently moved to Kernersville and we loved that Dr. Arnettes office is in a beautifully renovated older home. (Love the music they play in the background too!) I have used the services of many competent dentists around the country, but the past five years with Arnette Family Dentistry have been outstanding. Procedures and cleanings are done with great skill and at reasonable cost. I particularly enjoy the comfortable atmosphere of the dental office and the caring and friendly staff.

Dr Arnette and his staff do a great job. They have never pushed me to do anything extra $$$. Most dentist Ive gone to in the past are always offering something beyond your basic needs. I really like their professional and casual atmosphere. His website promotes he is a Christian. That really isnt expressed in any way except for a few decor pictures etc. Personally, I was surprised they werent playing Contemporary Christian music the first time I was in their office, but usually they are playing oldies or country tunes. No biggie, just thought Id share those details since his site promotes his faith. Dr Arnette is a good dentist and I highly recommend his office overall. Smile!

Our experience with Arnette Family Dentistry has been very pleasant. We started taking our family to see Dr. Arnette a couple of years ago, and plan to continue doing so. Our oldest daughter, who is 10 years old, looks forward to going and says she, loves it!. We enjoy the home-like feel of the office, and always look forward to seeing the front desk associate, Kathryn, as well as our favorite hygienist, Kelly. These ladies really make it an enjoyable experience and their friendly and professional attitude make us all feel welcome every visit.

Great care from all the staff. Very friendly and very respectful with their appointment times; I go early every appointment and its not unusual to be called back early. I recently lost a filling. Dr. Arnette’s staff got me in just when I when I need to get in. Dr. Arnette evaluated the problem, developed a treatment plan and gave me a reasonable price all within 30 minutes. I agreed and Dr. A finished it up within 90 minutes, which included an additional filling that he found during the initial evaluation. All this was done in one trip and painlessly.

Been going for a few years and now my wife goes to Arnette Family Dentistry as well. Easy to work with, never there for too long, have always had my appointment times honored without a wait. I dont think a customer can ask for more than that.

My family and I have been going to Arnett Family Dentistry since they have opened and we all really like them their. The office staff and dental staff are all really nice and does a wonderful job on our teeth. My kids trust them and like the so much that they actually like going to the dentist because they love how good their teeth are afterwards. Dr.Arnette and staff are also very good with being able to get you in for emergency visits if needed.

First visit to Arnette Family Dentistry, can only rate my experience. Knew I had chosen well, staff smiling, greeted me when I walked thru the door, office decorated with plaques that displayed faith, hope and love for people.

I came in to have a cavity taken care of and they accidentally overcharged me. However, they quickly reimbursed me and sent a check for the difference immediately. That was nice of them!

Excellent service. Can get what you need done in a timely manner and sometimes cut up with the hygienist. ‘Service with a smile’. Lol
