They service my work place and their rate was cheaper than the previous company we used and the technician that always comes out is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. Lady was very nice and helpful when she came to our house, but contacting someone was difficult. I had to call twice to be able to schedule the initial visit. After her visit, we had another, more urgent, issue arise and called and had to leave 2 voice mail messages with no call backs. We resorted to calling a competitor who answered and responded to our needs within 10 minutes.
