We had a spider problem! I called Pest-X Exterminating - Kernersville office and talked to Vicki, who was very nice and helpful when explaining the products and services available to control our pest problem. She then scheduled an appointment for us on the next day! Greg, our service technician, called the next morning to ask if it was okay if he arrived a little earlier than the scheduled appointment time. I told him it was fine. Greg was very friendly, knowledgeable, and informative with the pest inspection and control treatment. He saw our dog and provided all of the information we needed to know about keeping our dog safe after the treatment had been applied. When I discovered we had a raccoon in the attic I hit the panic button. Pest-X was very nice and had an extremely quick response time. My technician was through, professional, and explained everything to me so that I understood exactly what the process was. When we discovered that there were also babies, the technician took care of them as well. Once they were finished they fixed the vent into the attic so I dont have to worry about this happening again. I would highly recommend their service! They even responded to me after hours and on the weekend. I truly appreciate how quickly and efficiently they handled my situation.

Pest-X did great work for me and my home. Had an ant problem and thanks to their service contract they got rid of the ant invasion in the kitchen. More importantly, if there was a sudden reappearance and I called, nine times out of ten they would be there the next day, and guaranteed within two days. Techs are always cordial and knew their trade. Administrative staff are also wonderful, attentive and able to get things done!

Recently my house has been infested with bugs and rodents. Last night we had our last straw when it came to a giant wolf spider being in our soon to be nursery. I had several yellow jacket nests in the ground in my yard and I was getting stung every time I mowed. I had checked with other exterminators but pest-x gave me the best price and same day service. The tech was very professional and checked the entire yard to make sure he found and killed all the nests. By the next day, I didnt have any bees around the nests. I believe they are all gone and I can mow without worrying.

Phone call was very pleasant and she took time to explain everything that would be happening and answered all my questions without hesitation. She made me feel confident that my pets would be taken care of and put into consideration, which is always a concern with these types of services. The technician hadnt been out yet but the 1st step was a wonderful experience.

We are on a contract with Pest-X, and they responded quickly from a weekend phone call. After discussing the problem, Crystal dispatched Chase who called before he came to check out the situation. After listening carefully to our concerns about ants and roaches, he determined what kind of treatment was needed and proceeded to different areas of the house. He also checked outside and discovered we needed help with some spiders, which he addressed. He also gave us some suggestions about preventing roaches from getting into the house, which we will follow. Soon after he left, we received a summary of what he had done during the visit he made. I appreciated the quick response, and we are hopeful the treatment will work.

Customer representative, Vicki, did a great job of explaining their services and working to find a time slot that fits my schedule for the initial treatment. I can only speak to the excellent customer service that she has provided thus far as the actual pest treatment is scheduled for a few weeks from now.

This company is simply amazing! From the moment I first called to schedule an appt I had a great experience. Their office manager is the sweetest lady and always tries hard to make sure you get the service you need and she thoroughly explains each service, what’s included, the cost, etc. We initially called just for general pests like ants and bugs but after our contract with another mosquito company ended we switched to them to handle that also. The technician always calls when he gets there and explains what is being done and always calls as soon as they finish to tell us what they did. If you have any issues you can call anytime to have them come out again and handle it. We had a terrible ant problem and they sprayed for it. After a few months there was a big rainstorm and we noticed ants had come in from somewhere on the front of our house. They sent a technician out immediately to handle it. We have been happy with the service we’ve received and the constant communication and I always recommend them when someone asks for a pest company. They are really just a great bunch of people.

Spoke to Vicki yesterday to get a quote and she was the most professional upbeat person I have ever spoken with! She helped me find the right package for what we were needing done. She also was able to schedule me for this morning (less that 24 hours later) to get our first treatment of mosquitoes! Jeff is here now and first thing I noticed was he smiles (a lot!) LOL! Very outgoing and helpful with all of my questions. I cant comment on how the treatment will work but the customer service is over the top amazing!

This company is fantastic. They came out last week to inspect and spray and were great! Very professional and kind! We found dead bugs almost immediately, so very effective product. Our ant problem has already cleared up. We will continue to use them for years to come. The scheduler was also wonderful to speak with over the phone. They also waterproofed my crawl space on my addition. By trenching around the interior walls and installed a sump pump. Area is staying dry.

We were told on the phone that they could come out and remove a bird from a vent duct and put up a bird exclusion cage. They had us pay $125 upfront. Then a guy came out for only 10 minutes and did NOTHING to fix the issue and left. We never heard from them for weeks even after emailing and when you call you get some automated system. Basically they just took our money and ran... seems like a scam!
