Shannon showed up right on time. He introduced himself and we talked about the type of pests he could help me control. He gave me some hints to help me get the best service from his spraying. He was professional and is a good advertisement for this business. Since that one visit, my camel crickets are gone and my ants have left my home. I’m very pleased with this service and the knowledge and helpfulness of everyone I’ve talked to regarding this business.

I called in dire need and they came out in 2 days which was great. The guy sprayed and took great effort in explaining to me what I needed to do. After following his instructions for several days I had to call them back. He came out early the next morning and sprayed again. Finally the fleas are gone. Great service!

We have used Clegg’s for years and they done a stellar job and our home has been bug free. The Clegg team has also been out to clear a hornet nest in the the backyard, they are there for all of our needs biggie!

I was somewhat disappointed as I had to tell them places to spray. This was the first time I had to use them, I was a little displeased, just hopeful that my quarterly Check will be much better.

Since Clegg’s sealed/wrapped our crawlspace and installed dehumidifiers years ago, every six months we get an inspection visit from Rob. He has become a welcomed and friendly sight and we feel extremely confident in his assessments. Additionally he makes sure we are doing well and have no other needs. It feels good to be ‘watched over’ on a regular basis. (And so far he has bravely gone where few men have gone and fortunately not encountered any of our visiting black snakes!!!)

Ants were still invading our home for four days after pesticides were applied. One whole space was totally neglected. Many spider webs were never touched. Never again.

Called for inspection they said they would send someone right over. This was Thursday. Got a call back saying that “hey we can’t get the technician out there he’s had a problem but he can come tomorrow after 2. The technician finally. This was on a Friday. Agreed to price and agreed to sign up for monthly plan with no problems what so ever as I needed the service. Was suppose to receive a call Friday to set up appointment 30 min after inspection (NEVER CAME) got a call Monday saying “hey we forgot you but we’ll will come tomorrow” now this morning I just got a call saying “hey we can’t come today because we didn’t order something and build it” what kind of company is this? Smh! I could have hire 3 other companies by now messing with them. #LessonLearned

Two ladies came out to supposedly check things that were affecting my health and quality of life in general speak on issues with home. While I tried taking them to places of which I know are not normal,I turned to look and they were looking at each other with smirks. Now, this 1 lady was an entomologist who without swiping, touching,explaining said normal wear and tear and needed a spring cleaning. She did not introduce herself nor did she display 1 ounce of actual interest. She said she did not see bugs. This I am well aware, I never claimed bugs. My thoughts were more on mold etc. So her fancy title meant nothing and I will still yell from the roof to call ANYONE ELSE if you need a bug treatment of any kind. All of you who like this company, you must not have much issue with pests to start. I expected a much more mature person that actually cared about doing all they could. Not 1 swipe, not 1 picture..nada. She did not go to all rooms, and she had a bug sprayer follow her everywhere she went. Where has professionalism gone?

Jerry Sineath has been our service technician at Gillespie Park Golf Course for a number of years and has always provided us with a high level of professionalism. If we have needed anything other then our normal servicing Jerry has always followed through to meet our needs. Very satisfied customer.

First time they came out they didnt complete the job, they did up stairs and not down stairs, they didnt do a good job up stairs. The next day they came out and done down stairs. And Im still seeing bed bugs. My sons room was the worst and they didnt kill the bugs didnt do their job right and broke my sons bed. Theyve been out here to treat my house 5 times now and were still seeing bed bugs. Now their trying to blame it on us saying were bringing them in. Weve done everything theyve asked us to do, weve had to stay in MOTELS so they could treat our house and while weve been in the MOTELS weve not seen any bed bugs but as soon as we get home we see bed bugs and now their trying to blame it on us. Its been 5 times and Ive found 2 bed bugs that Ive got in a sandwich bag and if I see anymore Im going to small claims court. Their unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Did not show the first appointment. 2nd appointment finally showed up. Sprayed with aerosol can for 5 minutes. They dont care about customers and it shows. Never using them again.

Cleggs explained everything very good. Cleggs never fed us a line like the Terminex tech did. Terminex just lie. My review is on their page. Cleggs seems to be very honest.

After multiple services and a couple of call-backs, my situation with spiders outside and ants inside seemed to get worse. The mosquito service didnt have any impact at all. They were never able to knock back the webs or curb the spiders, so I terminated our service
