We are very disappointed. When they first left the bath tub and shower looked good. There was over spray on the wall that we had to paint to cover up and some of the paint came off the wall. But the worst thing is that the soap dish started to chip after only a few months. Both my husband and I called and left several messages, one message was left with a woman who answered the phone. We both emailed and never got a response. Now we are just about at 6 months and the walls are flaking off! This is a guest bathroom so not used often and the shower has only been cleaned twice in all this time with the mild cleaner they suggested! Can not recommend this company!

Very pleased with our results! We have had multiple homes completed (three tubs total and three counter top surfaces). The all went from dingy yellowed acrylic to bright shiny white. I will continue to keep Miracle Method of the Triad busy. We enjoy their friendly staff and hard working crew!!

Great product - bad service provider. I love the product and wanted to do both of my bathrooms but their inability to fix minor issues on the first bathroom has cost them my business and that of my friends (who were interested). I could have dealt with the wrong color (because white works with anything) but they didnt cover things properly and there was over spray on my doors, hardware, cabinet, etc. Beyond that - the finish wasnt shiny as their website shows (and I was assured it would be) but was dull and in some places like sandpaper. But to top it off - there was a partial hand print so deep in the counter top that you can make out the fingerprints! It could have easily been fixed but wasnt and now they wont return my messages.

Our real estate team needed help in not only fixing places in the tub but also undoing the mess the seller made trying to fix it up themselves incorrectly. The new homeowner was overly pleased with the great job they did. Would definitely use again!

The refinishing of my tub/shower was excellent work.Mike was very professional and friendly to work with on this project.I would recommend this to other people!

THIS IS MY SONS NAME. MY NAME IS SCOTT GRIFFIN. I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 9:30 APPOINTMENT. DRIVER NEVER SHOWED SO I HAD TO RESCHEDULE FOR 3:00 THE SAME DAY. DRIVER WAS VERY POLITE AND A HARD WORKER. THE NEXT DAY HE WAS SCHEDULED FOR A 2:00PM RETURN. HE ARRIVED AT 5:15PM. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE RESULTS. THE SIDES OF THE SHOWER LOOK GOOD BUT THE TUBE IS NO BETTER THAN BEFORE. I WAS EXPECTING MUCH BETTER RESULTS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Have used the service of our Miracle Method before in a previous residence, used them for our new homes kitchen to resurface cabinets, and will use MM again to refresh our bathrooms next year. Thanks for doing such a great job!

I called and made an appointment no one ever showed up to do the job. Also never got a call saying no one was coming. Called and left a message to see what was going on and still no call back.

Very polite, on time, very good results. Had the shower stall and tiled tub area resurfaced due to irregularities in the tile work. Looks more consistent throughout. I like it! - I really do. Would keep them in mind for kitchen cabinet painting at another time. ....Also had them paint a cabinet in the bathroom to match the vanity...It all looks put together...Yay!!

Great work (5 stars); bad planning and logistics (1 star). We had two bathrooms done in 12/2011 and 1/2012. On the first bathroom, the work took three times as long as estimated despite no unanticipated issues or delays. Had to constantly monitor work progress because of poor time estimates, which wasted hours of my time. On second bathroom, because I demanded a realistic estimate, the work was done in a more timely manner. Also, beware of fumes from the materials used -- they are powerful and if you are not careful (and again monitor that ventilation is done properly), a good portion of your house will smell like chemicals for hours (and it took 3-4 days of constant ventilation with an exhaust fan to air out the bathrooms).Thats the bad -- the good is that Brian was professional and hiswork was excellent. We are very pleased with the outcome. So if you can handle the above, Id recommend MM.

If you want to pay a company $625 to ruin your bathroom, youve found the right company!No matter how many times I tried to inform Christina at Miracle method that my tub was not white but Kohler biscuit, she refused to listen to me! Now all of my bath fixtures in Kohler biscuit dont match this bright white theyve sprayed. Christina refuses to acknowledge this and states the off white was due to age.The adhesive tape they used to hold down tarps ripped off the paint on my walls. And the nozzles on my jacuzzi tub are now destroyed.STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!

Overpriced and results are not comparable to whats shown on their website. We hired them without researching and after the fact, discovered their pricing was $200-300 higher then others companies listed in the yellow pages. They visited our house about 3 times, and never gave sufficient notice, youd expect 24 hours but we normally got about 30 minutes. They spray painted a brand new ladder I let them borrow as they forgot theirs, and severely tore the wall paper in our bathroom in perhaps 12 places-completely careless work. Total damage they caused was greater then the cost of their service.The paint job was rough to touch more like a non-slip surface or almost more sand paper like then smooth porcelain as pictured on their website. I later had another contractor out for a different job and showed him the work, he stated hed gotten similar results from a $100 rustoleum kit that you can buy on amazon.FWIW, Ive owned 3 homes over the last 17 years and have never had a difficulty with a contractor like I did with Miracle Method of the Triad.
