She was personable and our dog loved her. It did not feel like just another sales call.Tom C, the installer, also did an excellent job. He reviewed the order to make sure we were all on the same page. He kept us updated doing the install so we knew what was coming next. Most important he was very friendly and did not mind answering our questions doing the install. (Yes the dog loved Tom too.)I was impressed by how Tom went above and beyond when we lost power for over one and half hours on the first day of the install. Instead of heading out or waiting in the van for the power to come back on he figured out how to continue working without power. For example he used a sledge hammer to remove flooring of the old tub and attached two extension cables to run his saw off his van. He could have easily taken advantage of the outage and we would not have been wiser instead he continue to work.Again, a pleasure to work with both Anne and Tom, I highly recommend Bath Fitters.

The staff at Bath Fitters were very courteous and professional. They removed a Jacuzzi tub and installed a walk in shower and did an excellent job. We had an excellent experience with bath fitter, from the sales guy, Sam to the installer, Fred.We did a conversion of a tub/shower to a walk-in shower in the master bathroom. Sam was on time to his appointment and very professional. He has an excellent personality! He explained everything clearly and was upfront about costs.Fred did the installation, and I was really surprised at how clean he kept the space while he was working. I expected to have a lot of construction dust in my bedroom, but Fred was able to keep his mess inside the bathroom, and he cleaned up after himself very well, so it was not the construction nightmare that I had imagined. It was a 2-day install, plus the inspector from the county had to come back out one time after the installation was completed, but that took like 30 seconds.Would highly recommend this company and the employees I worked with. My new shower looks great!

Recently bought a townhouse and wanted the master shower updated to something that provided more room. Previous shower was a rectangle shower with two corner seats on the long side opposite the door and no shelves. There just wasnt enough room to move around and one seat would be used for a shelf. I took two estimates and chose Bath Fitters for three reasons - (1) life time warranty, (2) cost compared to other estimate and (3) the presentation blew the other guy out of the water! I dont have before photos, but this is what I got in two days time plus a day to let everything set!

The Bath Fitter installation process was wonderful. They were quickly able to pull out our old shower to install the custom one they provide. There was an issue with our door, but the install tech was the one who identified it and ordered it replaced, which was complete the next day. Overall I couldnt be more happy with the result.

Bath Fitters were eager to come out and install our new tub and surround, and collect the nearly $3,000, they say its a lifetime guarantee, but thats only on the plastic surround and plastic overlay on your tub. I called them to report that the tub had a crack, it took so long because they didnt have someone to come out, in the meantime the faucet broke, so I couldnt take a shower. Went to Lowes on a Sunday to buy a faucet (went 3 times) nothing they had was comparable, (oh they dont tell you that either) so I bought a faucet to just put on so I could use the tub. Called Bath fitters back, when is someone coming out. we have another problem. Finally someone came out, didnt have a tub, had to order one, when it finally came in, he installed it but it had scratches, had to order another one, when it finally came in, guy couldnt take off the faucet I bought. Said he would send a plumber, plumber never came. I called, plumber is coming out Thursday, I have to pay a $95.00 charge for him coming out . I get a call today he cant come out and do it because its not their faucet, If I get it off, then he can come and put their faucet on. It looks good until something goes wrong, good luck on getting a favorable response.

I had 2 bathrooms remodeled, and Bathfitters did a fabulous job. They were quick and clean. The office staff, installer, and salesmen, David and Joe were wonderful! David helped me get the things I wanted and kept it in my budget! I’m thrilled with the results!

Bath Fitter did an awesome job with my tub! I moved into an older house with everything updated except for one bathtub! It was beginning to yellow and really showed its age. I had two scheduled appointments on 6/5/20 with Bathfitter. The first one was between 8-9 am to remove trim around a window in my shower so a new window could be installed. The second appointment was at 4 pm to reinstall the trim after the window was installed. The tech showed up at 9:50 am and didnt call to let me know. I called them to see what happened. He was in a meeting that ran long. Window World showed up on time at 10 am and had to wait for the Bathfitter tech to finish. After the tech removed the trim I said maybe he could come back earlier if he wanted if not 4 pm was fine. I told him I would call after the window was installed. The tech from Window World said the window needed to set up so 4 pm was the earliest that the trim could be installed. When I called the Bathfitter tech around noon he said he didnt think he could come back today but he could do it tomorrow. I didnt want to do that and told him but I could tell he probably wasnt going to come back that day. So I called the office and spoke with Anita and told her what was going on and she said they could come out the next day not today.I told her I wanted the job finished today as promised. She made excuse after excuse including that they were behind schedule due to the rain last week, some excuse about the heat and that they were working me in between appointments. I told her I had scheduled appointments made before last week. I wasnt getting anywhere with her so I said I wasnt going to pay the $95 service charge unless they completed the job today. She spoke with the company manager and he said either they would come out the next day or not at all. Wow! Anita also said they would send me to collections if I didnt pay. This Bathfitter location is the one that originally installed my shower so I had had a relationship with them. I couldnt use the shower until the trim was installed and I only have one bathroom. So I felt like I didnt have a choice so I let them come out the next day. They finished the job and I paid the $95. Management and office staff were very unprofessional. No one ever apologized for being late, inconveniencing me or Window World. Just excuses! This is the service I get after spending a lot of money to put in a new shower with them in 2013. I only gave them one star because it wouldnt let me give them less. I think they should refund my money.

Love my new tub to shower conversion.... Took less than 2 days (waited on inspection)....Main thing is I got installed just what I needed and can add some features (seat..more bars) later if I need to.I really would give 4.5 stars because high cost surprised me but with lifetime guarantee I was ok. The installer was excellent and involved me with decisions on where bars, shelving were to go....

Bath Fitters did an awesome job! Everyone was so easy to work with. Very professional. The installer was professional, neat, respectful and I didn’t know he was in my house most of the time! He made sure my carpet was covered and protected while he was installing the tub liner and doors. He reviewed my order before he started working to make sure everything was ordered correctly. He cleaned up after he was finished then he reviewed everything he did, explained in detail how things work and how to keep the new tub clean. BathFitters arrived on time, removed the cast iron tub, installed the new drain and plumbing fixtures, waited for the county inspector who shined his flashlight on the work and accepted it. The next day they installed the floor, walls and door -- and cleaned up that day. Looks great and works great. Well done, guys!

In the past 10 years Bath Fitter has done four different installation. For the first two installations we chose them because of the product with the no seam walls. That was so important to us. The installers have always been very competent and knowledgeable and very direct with us. On the third installation the removal of a previous installation to make way for a shower with a seat the tile floor cracked when the previous installation was removed. The installer spoke with us about it immediately and since the cracked floor could not be fixed they provided us with a brand new bathroom tile floor installed with excellence by a top tile man. For our most recent install in the apartment of a family member we received the same kind of service. There was a plumbing issues to be addressed and once identified we were able to take care of it. When you call Bath Fitter they always say How can we make you smile today? To date they have made us smile many times.

I was impressed with Bath Fitter from the beginning. Salesperson was knowledgeable and professional . I requested their most experienced installer who was pleasant, polite, answered my questions and cleaned the work areas until they sparkled! It has been 6 months and I am thoroughly pleased!

Overall I was satisfied with the workman ship, and the product... however I had some old tile going around the walls in conjunction with the shower and three of the tiles were cracked... instead of the workman telling me this, he just caulked over as if that would take care of it... well now the tiles are showing where the were cracked and are coming apart.... therefore because of that reason I can only give them the 2 stars...

The process was very easy, once we picked out what we wanted as far as style, equipment etc. The pricing was less than we expected, the financing very livable. The installation man was great, we live on a slab so he had to do extra and everything went soooo smoothly, I cant say enough how good the installment went, quickly, professionally and totally cleaned up after done. We had a bathtub replaced with a walk in shower with seamless acrylic walls, matching marble looking base, a corner shelf unit with a place for my wife to put her foot on while shaving her legs and three other shelves tall enough to put shower items easily in reach. Also a set of sliding opaque glass doors, and a modern single control operation handle, and a very nice shower head. We are very pleased with the quality and functionality of the unit. The installation went very well which took not quite two days once the parts had come in.I highly recommend Bath Fitter for their product and their customer service.

The salesman was very good in explaining the options and the installer was great and able to complete the job in one day. The new shower looks amazing and is so easy to keep clean. Wish we had done it sooner.

Their product speaks for itself. More pricey than Rebath but there is a reason why. The showroom is worth a trip. Only wish they could have installed my shower quicker.

The installation of my new shower was good. Work was completed on time as stated. We did run into a issue with some rotting floorboards, but I was not consulted before the shower was set down on the boards. I did have the salesman to come back and look at the issue, which he did and he was ok with the work. I still have concerns, and wish the original tech had shown me the rotting board issue before he set the shower down on top of it. I am very happy with the product (shower), but I have concerns about the workmanship.

I walked into the Kernersville showroom & office. I began looking at the displays. Two women were behind a desk looking at a computer and did not even acknowledge me. Then a man came out from the back and proceeded to speak with them. Still no one spoke to me. I walked out. Rude people like that do not deserve to remodel my bathroom.

I love the look of my tub and shower now. Very good job from the salesman to the installer. It took 2 days but worked out good.

My install was to help my 95 year old father who had just had a stroke. The salesman was able to help a very timely install to happen. My father can now enjoy a shower in a safe place.

The last time I was completely satisfied with a contractors job was about 10 years ago when Bathfitters redid my bathtub in our smaller bathroom. This time they outdid themselves when they again redid our shower stall in the master bath. From the phone call to schedule an appointment to the installer, the job was again handled professionally. When the job was finished, the installer left my bathroom as though he was never there...spotless! Well worth the money spent. Thank you Bathfitters!
