Our EZPro Bath Representative was Bryan Wilson. Bryan came out to our home for the final measurements, for installation on our new shower conversion from garden tub to full shower. I was having concerns about the window over our tub that would be in our new shower.Bryan, explained EZPro installation procedures in regards to the water proofing of any windows inside showers. He even went as far to show me example pictures of showers that EZPro installed that would be comparable to our new shower. Alot of our concerns and questions were answered, along with options on glass enclosures!Bryan is an excellent representative for EZPro, his professionalism and knowledge and obvious experience will help many of your Customers. We are very excited to work with EZPro Baths Express for our new Master Bath.

Kevin and Justin were our installers for our glass in our master bathroom remodel. I was very happy with Kevins customer service. I felt like he took the time to make sure that the job was done right. Kevin explained everything clearly and concisely. I always have a lot of questions to make sure I have a clear understanding and he took the time to answer each and everyone of them. He had to come back several times because the glass wasnt cut to the correct dimensions. I was excited that he didnt try to install something that was subpar. Both Kevin and Justin ensured that our end product would be something that would go in their own home. That is a huge plus for me. Customer service is my number one requirement and because of this, I would recommend EZ Pro Baths again!!! Again, Kudos to both Kevin & Justin. Great job guys. :)

Mr. Chris Fuller was the service technician on this bathroom remodeling. He was always on time and explained any questions or concerns that I had. Chris did an excellent job explaining the job as he went along and cleaned up every afternoon when he was finished for the day. I highly recommend Chris to do any type of remodeling you may want done.

We talked to several companies about replacing our walk in tile shower with acrylic wall panels. We chose EZPro of the Triad and are very glad we did. They were more flexible on what they could do over the other companies we meet with. From our sales person Connie Staley to the installer Chris Fuller we have been completely satisfied.` Our shower is beautiful and the maintenance is so simple over ceramic tile and grout joints. Chris is a real master at his work and I would say no one could have done the job any better than he did. There were a few challenges but he handled ever detail to our complete satisfaction. I would recommend this company if you are wanting to update your bath room to a modern low maintenance design that is warranted for lifetime on product and workmanship.

Just months after we excitedly bought our house, the shower door fell off the hinges in our owners suite bathroom and a few weeks later shattered all over the bathroom. It was a neo-angle shower that we hated anyway so we were up for replacing the whole thing but we didnt want anything to do with tile and we had an oddly shaped bathroom that presented some design challenges. We shopped around all the bath remodeling places we could think of and landed on EZPro Baths Express. Their pricing matched what we were seeing elsewhere but they were so much more open to discussing design options with us instead of just telling us what they do. Wed had bad experiences with other things going wrong when trying to fix things in our house so we were nervous. Our installer Bryan Wilson was the best possible person they could send our way! He really listened to us and helped us feel at ease and even worked with us on the spot to help minimize the impact of the challenging layout/constraints of our bathroom. We were worried that it would look weird given our bathroom constraints but it looks amazing! Bryan was professional, respectful, caring, and a great communicator (which we have found to be rare.) We truly felt cared for and taken care of and are very happy with his work! He clearly takes pride in doing things well and it shows in his craftsmanship and his demeanor. Highly recommend Bryan and EzPro Baths Express! Also, this mammoth job was completed in 2.5 days (not counting the glass) so that was also a plus as far as not being inconvenienced for very long at all. He didnt rush anything and checked with us all along the way but worked hard and efficiently to get the job done right! I hope our bathroom remodeling days are over (this house is such a financial drain!), but if we ever need more work done, we will certainly request to have him work with us again. Thank you! Every single night that thing gets adjusted all the way up for my tall hubby, in the middle for me, and all the way down for my son. Love it! Also note, the metal going across the bottom in front of the barn door was an option we went with but is not a choice you have to go with, that was just our preference. Our color choice for the acrylic was travertine and it was the perfect neutral color with the subtle pattern variation we wanted!)

I found EZ PRO thru Angis list. The first person I met was Bob Flaherty who spent several hours with us explaining who EZ Pro is and how the work would be done. Also, he showed us all the options and explained the benefits of the materials used. He did such a great job, that we signed up for the work that day. About a week later, I met Bryan Wilson who came to review what had been agreed to and to remeasure everything in the bathroom being remodeled. He checked measurements several times and discussed each aspect of what we had selected to have done. He made many notes as to exactly what I wanted (and expected) and answered all my questions. He also advised me on the work I intended to do myself (mostly painting) which was above and beyond what I expected (good advice that I will be taking). I give both these gentlemen 5 stars for their work and the manner in which it was performed.

EZPro made our master bathroom remodeling so easy! It was our first remodel and they answered all of our questions thoroughly. Blake is such a nice man and he was most efficient and always steadfast in completing his workload. They were supposed to have sent someone with him, but for the most part he was by himself. This did not deter him, and he was cheerful and polite during the whole process. I could not be more pleased with his service. Mike Cashman was AWESOME!!!! what started as a one day job turned quickly into a two day job because of some pretty extensive water damage under the tub and Mike never hesitated from tearing out the old wood and replacing with all new and properly installed subfloor and water barrier, he installed the new tub and made sure everything looked great and was working properly before he left, he even cleaned up after he was done and the new tub looks better then the old one did when we first moved in. I will be using EzPro again has long as i can request Mike along with my install. Thanks again Mike and EzPro
