This store is much better than the other location along 28th past Kalamazoo. Its a well kept store with good customer service and fun loving staff. From my 4 or 5 experiences, Im usually in and out. depending on my kids and the line. Bonus star ⭐ for having a great balloon selection and lighting up my little guys eyes. 👀 We bought 6 of them 😂

They need to have more people scheduled for a holiday weekend. Just went there and ended up waiting in a line of 9 people for one check out with a slow old man. I understand if ur understaffed and if thsts an issue pay ur employees better. But if you cannot keep your lines down. Maybe you shluld be open.

They have lots to choose from but very little of what Im looking for. Store was clean and pretty tidy. Cashier was friendly and funny. Ill definitely go back.

I shop At the Kentwood Towne center location frequently. There is a gentleman that works there and he is always so kind and inviting and so helpful When he is working and goes out of his way to say hello to me! They have great selection and it is organized and enjoyable to browse and shop.

Very convenient good quality products our most favorite item is the lobster and the shrimp egg rolls in the freezer section they also have chicken and pork

Dollar Tree is the BEST! I can get name products that are higher in any other store for $1 there. Reynolds Aluminium foil sheets and Hunts Catsup, Coffee filters... on my monthly list. They are well organized and make it easy.

It seems the employees dont keep an eye on the customers waiting in line to check out. This location is good for only having one cashier even though the checkout line is extremely long. Other than that, thats the only problem I see. Its a great store to shop at with lots of options for being a dollar store.

Good as usual, picked up some regular cleaning supplies on the cheap. A back up cashier showed up quickly while another had to handle a balloon order.

All Dollar Trees are great but not two are designed the same. This Ive has an amazing party section. They even carry the oil burners thats great but their arts and crafts section is very limited. Staff very friendly.

I picked up a few Fall decor items. I love coming here. Great selection of items. I usually am able to get what I need from going to a few different Dollar Trees. They each seem to have slightly different items.

Store was clean and the lines were surprisingly sort, unless you were in line to purchase helium balloons for Valentines Day.

This store is just massive. So much in this store. Spend a lot of time looking at every isles.

This is the nicest dollar store I’ve ever been in, and (unlike Dollar General) it is actually a dollar store. Everything is $1. It’s clean, relatively big, and it always has things in season. Good for buying snacks for a movie night, or quick kitchen utilities. There are cute things for arts and crafts, home decorating, and party supplies. My mom and I stop by almost every time we pass it to see what new stuff they have in store.

Excellent selection of items, from health and beauty to groceries. At $1 each its less risky to try a new product or flavor, and as someone on a budget I appreciate that! Theyve also got household items- dishes, laundry baskets, cleaning supplies, kitchen needs; card & party section, school supplies...seems like the only thing they dont sell is fresh produce and alcohol! (But really, how good could a $1 bottle of wine possibly be?! 😂😂)

A typical dollar store. You can probably find something you need and a whole lot more you dont. Was hoping for cute Easter decorations to repurpose for a bunny themed birthday this summer but everything was low quality or just tacky. Did grab a few bunny ear headbands at least. Check out was slow but not the cashiers fault, just a long line.

This is my fav location. The vibe is good here and the cashiers are lit, friendly, and funny. We like to get our sweets and stuff we need for the house here that have a decent quality, especially if you waiting on your come up. Happy shopping!

This is the Dollar Tree on 28th near Sams Club. Its a huge store compared to other ones around town. Youll find things there that the other stores dont have. Its a really nice store.

Surprised to find small sizes of items for minor home repair jobs. Drywall patch, glue, duct tape,kitchen trash can bags etc. sizes perfect for diy projects.$18 from hardware stores vs $4 costs at Dollar Tree prices..wow!!

Extremely slow!! Put glitter items with socks so glitter stuck to the fabric... just dropped christmas bulbs in the bag without wrapping them individually as is normally done at every other DT ive been to like he could care less if they broke. :(

Im there on a weekly basis. Every time its during peak hours, there is only 1 register open with plenty of employees working. I dont have time during my work break to stand in line for 15 min.

So slow at check out all the time.
