I love that my daughter enjoys this place so much. They are a little on the pricey side, but feel like with all the activities available, its well worth it. I am eventually going to see what its all about and jump soon!!!

Best experience it is a little too expensive for what it offers but there were a lot of children it is good for a one time go

My daughter had a blast!I took her to little leapers and it was perfect for her.

As a 26 year old male, you expect to come here and mostly watch the kids enjoy some trampoline fun. However, I had a blast enjoying all the new fun features that they offer. It is a great place to spend quality time with kids and 2 hours flys by when you’re having fun.

Incredibly dirty. We have been here two times in last three months and both times the place has been littered with trash. My kids really enjoy their time jumping, they have a lot of fun. It would seem that the staff members would pick up litter as they walk past it. Perhaps if there were more places to dispose garbage it would stay cleaner longer.Overall the kids have fun.

Please update your hours with Google. Its Sunday and I just drove 2.5 hours to bring my children here and there CLOSED!!! They closed at 5pm its 5:20pm and Google has their hours as being Open until 8pm on Sunday. The only saving grace was we didnt tell the kids where were taking them so no disappointment from them

My nieces love it here. The staff is super friendly and as long as it isnt too packed they can do everything. 90 minutes seems like a short time but they have a blast and its plenty of time.

I visited for my sons birthday with a few of his friends without reservations. All staff were kind courteous and professional. My son and his friends who are at a difficult age to please enjoyed their visit. I even had the opportunity to purchase giftbags at the last moment even though the rate was much higher it was a delight to have the opportunity. The free drink tokens in the gift bag were only available for fountain drinks. Two of my crew do not drink soda, when I presented the issue with management she handled my concern in in a kind and professional manner sticking to the rules and regulations of the company. Wow, this place has really gone downhill since pre-Covid times! Smelly, the place needs vacuuming, curled up carpet creating tripping hazards, worn, grubby furniture, broken zip line, broken wipe-out machine, unpleasant help at some stations who appear to be miserable in their jobs. One worker said “our maintenance crew isn’t very good”…it’s obvious!And a P.S….the soap dispenser in the women’s bathroom was broken & rendered unusable last Thursday and in same condition today, 4 days later. And this, in a world of heightened concern for cleanliness? :-(

No better place for kids. Honestly I enjoy myself.If you have a large group this is the perfect place.

Paid for an all day pass and came back for glow bounce and it is a extra charge. Pizza is gross and over priced and watched kid after kid get hurt.

Workers seem kinda cold. The only man who seemed welcoming was a handsome older black man at the front desk. It seems very expensive for the little that there is able to do, I expected it to be bigger and more activities. There was also parts that were “closed” or so. There was one area where they told my daughter not to go because it’s not available right now. It was strange.

Weve been to Sky Zone a couple of times since Covid started, and it has never been too busy. We went today, and it was very busy, and there were so many people unmasked or improperly masked. I had prepaid for the tickets, so we decided to try. My kids did not feel comfortable at all and asked to go almost immediately. I went to talk to the people up front to ask if we could come back another time. They were so kind and understanding. We really felt heard. I will be coming back again another less busy day. Thank you Sky Zone employees, youre the best.

This place is okay. I’ve seen cleaner and bigger. My main complaint is that I ordered food and 15 minutes went by and still nothing. I go ask about my food and the guy working says he is going to ask about it. Never came back and told me and started sweeping the floors. Then another 15 minutes go by and I go and ask again about my food just for them to tell me they don’t have what I ordered. I ordered a half hour ago and you charged me for food you don’t even have?!? Get it together.

Great indoor park, my kids loved it

This place is nice, however the staff members were walking around bouncing balls and playing bball not watching kids and there were some young kids playing dodgeball and crossing the line to go hit someone on other team in the face and it to me to say something to the kids before the staff members came up to me asking me what was wrong. I will never go back there again worst experience ever.

So much fun!! Great exercise! Downfall would be the foam pits should have some kind of pegs at walls to help people climb out.

It was slow, kids had fun.I do have a concern though about what they tax. My kids each went up and got a prepackaged Gatorade. These are not taxed in Michigan, yet this facility is charging sales tax on them. 0.36 for my three kids, whatever. But over the course of days, weeks, years- that’s a decent amount of skimming.

Skyzone was so much fun! My students had a blast. The staff was very well organized and friendly and the facilities were very clean and well-designed! I highly recommend this for families, school groups, etc.! Enjoy!

Daughter and grand daughter meant some cool kids and parents. They also had alot of fun.

The kids had a blast!!! Unfortunately young adults/teens are running the place and it needs to be cleaned!! Just a vacuuming work do it wonders, we were there at 9am so it wasnt cleaned the day prior.

Very crowded. My grandson had his birthday party there. Nobody was cleaning the party rooms after the previous party left. My daughter had to ask someone to clean the room. We were supposed to have the room for 45 minutes but it took minutes of that time to clean. They didnt have anyone enforcing Covid-19 restrictions. None of the hand sanitizers had any solution. My wife said the womans bathroom had no soap to was her hands, the mens restroom had a urinal screen ripped of the wall laying against another wall. This place has really gone down hill from the previous times he had his parties there.

Fun place need a little up keep, and better staff. The staff on the floor was not very friendly.

Great time as an adult it gave me an opportunity to be a kid again and my kids of course love it. Wished they had more attractions opened but still alot to offer.

This trampoline park is way over priced and for jumping.jumping after 8:45 cost 97$ for two people whilst at other trampoline parks two people can jump for an hour and 30 mins for only 30$

The kids had lots of fun and the staff were all very helpful and polite

Zip line wasn’t open even though they had two people monitoring the floor. The monitors were just walking around in circles talking to each other.

Very High risk during Covid. Everything in this place has a several layer of stickiness to it. My feet stick to the floor everywhere I walk. Everything I touch sticks to me. All santatizers are empty. This place is a outbreak waiting to happen.

Great trip with my three younger brothers, had entertainment that met all of their unique physical capabilities and mindsets.

Horrible customer service. If you need anything, plan on waiting 30 minutes. Spent more time waiting for staff to be available than we did jumping. No sanitation in common areas. No mask enforcement. Definitely not worth the price.

There are lots of activities here. Kids ha a great time. Staff could be more engaging and helpful to kids. Overall a good place for kids to expend some energy!

Child says - I love the trampolines and all the work they put into it because there is so much to do there.

This facility was well put together and had things to do for all ages of our family (preschooler to adult). The only thing Sky Zone can improve on is their staffing numbers. There werent enough staff to monitor all of their games.For example children were using the long grabbing stick (which is used to grab the swing - one of their new items) themselves because the staff member was assisting other children on the Zip Line.Overall nice place!

New attractions giving you lots to do and everything is close by so you wont get too separated from your group.

The staff make this place the best trampoline park in the area. Make sure to get some orginal icee from here.

Came in today to hang out with family for my sons birthday. We had a great time but we noticed that mutiple of us had different times when we all were suppose to be together. When I filled out mine and my 3 year old waivers and paid for us together I assumed that meant we would have the same jump time. I went up to the front and asked and the guy was kind of rude about it...(which my sister did as well because her kids stickers were completely messed up) he seemed to not really know what he was doing. Check in was hectic due to lack of knowledge... He didnt know exact prices at all. All though our jumping experience was nice lack of customer service was very disappointing.

Very nice place I wanted to come back again.

Went to an excellent birthday party here and was blown away, great place. My 4 year old and his friends had a great time. The pizza and service was excellent, and there were lots of helpful employees that kept an eye on the boys and were very kind to them. I am definitely going back

Had a great time at my daughters birthday party.

Perfect for younger kids 4pm until 6:00. Grandson is 7( Had to go, did not want too) its clean, fun, affordable! Super nice kids, families that all played together. Perfect strangers having a ball! Relax and enjoy the great smiles of all. Great staff! Buying the membership!

Got there first thing in the morning at 9 when they opened, went to sit at a table and put the socks on to realize there was a 10ft radius around first table that was sticky with pop, half the trampoline attractions were broke or out of order for one thing or another, just seemed like nobody cared.

Best staff member ever. He was kind, patient, encouraging and very helpful to my grand kids

We were very impressed with the facility and equipment and our kids had a great time. The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, we came for the family fun package and had planned to eat after playing but our order was lost and our kids were getting cranky and had no patience to wait so we had to leave. The price of the pizza and pop was refunded which we appreciated. We will try again soon!

Something different for the family burn my only concern is the stairs kids running could easily fall down them should put a gate or something in front

Loved this place! Fair prices and nice selection of activities for young and old alike. Facility is well staffed and managed.

A great experience for a kids birthday or other event. Even just to have fun with the family! It is definitely geared towards older kids with its ninja course and zip lines. The food takes a while to serve but the entire staff team is extremely nice to the customer.

Best sky zone ever!

Clean and well lit, no loud music like other jump places- we could actually communicate. Pretty sparcely staffed though. Could easily go an hour without seeing a staff member. The features are geared towards kids 7 and up, mostly just foam pits/plain tramps for kids scared of heights/less coordinated.

My kids love this place. Its a little pricey and I wish there was more for toddlers. Its fun to visit once in a while. I LOVE that they do fundraisers too.

Ridiculous wait! One person working the desk and took us over 20 mins to sign in. Line was out the door. Customer service was horrible.

I have four kids, and we have been to all the parks in town. Sky Zone beats them all! The way they have the Ninja course set up allows a lot of people to play at the same time without interfering. My kids had a blast but this is also the one that I enjoyed the most by far. I highly recommend the friendly staff too.

Don’t be fooled by the hours... totally wrong. “Fall hours” mean they aren’t an option on no-school days; open at 4pm. At least I got to travel down lovely 28th street for no reason... thanks Google!

Obstacles not that elaborate, but dodgeball and Nerf wars were fun. Customer service was excellent.

Exceptional place! The workers, ALL OF THEM, were smiling! They would joke and laugh but still be professional. I felt my kids were very safe! Very fun for adults too! A G.R. must do!

Nice place for kids and adults

Enjoyed. Lots to do. Only wish climbing wall had 1 with trampoline or path/walk to vs foam pit. Hard to lift out to even get to wall unless weigh 90-100lbs. If over 125lbs sink ..special socks almost pull off & unable to really get to wall. Suggest 2nd climbing wall with trampoline type. Otherwise nice mix, we did a lot in 1hr. Recommend & good workout

Sky Zone is so much fun. I went to a lock in and I was bot even tired, I had an amazing time with the owner and employees. It is a really fun place to go and hang out with your friends

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! I was there visiting my nephews so I didn’t know my way around Grand Rapids. One of the gentlemen took the time to write down specific directions for me so I could take my nephews out to eat at their favorite place when we were done jumping. I really appreciated the help

Had a nice time with three adventurous kiddos. They have added new zones since we had been here so even more fun things for even the older kids to do. All ages can enjoy, adults too!

We did the two hour passes and that was plenty of time for our children and adults ages six to twenty two. We had a blast and laughed hard. My only complaints are that out of our group of seven six left hurt. My six year old daughter had bug bites on her leg when we left and Im not sure what area she got them. Overall we had a great time and plan to come back. Pricing was fair as well and I the socks you have to buy are great!!

Great place for kiddos. Opened at 4 in afternoon and after signing waiver and purchasing non skid socks the kids can jump till they drop. Plenty of trampolines and climbing walls. Zip line and snack bar. Friendly staff. Good for most kids under about 13. Special area for 4 years old up to 7 or so. Nice place for kids to burn off some energy in a wholesome atmosphere.

Great place. Clean and new. Plenty of staff which adequately supervise each area. Couches, bleachers, chairs & tables for watchers. Check in was a little slow, but typical of the area. Fill out a waiver online before your visit to save time. Check their website for pricing (which varies based on the day and time) and special promos they offer.

This was our first time visiting Sky Zone and we absolutely had a superior time. As a grandma of three grandsons, they have an enormous amount of energy to burn and am always looking for ways to help them with that and allow me to participate with them. I shouldve purchased an all day pass because we were laughing and having so much fun, literally could have stayed ALL DAY! Thank you so very much!

My kids had a fun time but I had to say one of the employees was not doing his job at all. I think his name was Elijah. He was throwing dodge balls everywhere and almost hit me! This mad me very angry. He also was laying in the foam pit for a long time during his shift. Wasn’t appearing to be professional what so ever. The other employees were very nice though.
