My boyfriends sister and I tried this place for the first time and had a great experience! We decided day-of to get our nails done in the evening and they were able to fit us in at 7. We arrived they were busy and the staff notified us that they were running behind. We waited for around half an hour past our appointment time but we didn’t mind and just chatted watched tv and looked at colors while we waited. And our manicures turned out SO GREAT!!!! It was definitely worth the wait! I tried the shellac manicure for the first time and my bf’s sister had acrylics and shellac done. The staff was so friendly and efficient and seemed to be loved by everyone coming in (they seemed like they had lots of regulars!!!). They even gave us a small discount for us having to wait which was so sweet! We will definitely be back!!!

Only a week and a half and 4 nails have popped off. One popped off in the shower! Nail tech was extremely rough and the acrylic got super hot and burned my nail beds. They looked pretty for awhile however. Not a good price for value, they are almost all lifting☹️

This was the worst place I have ever been to in my life. AVOID this place at all costs. I came in for a pedicure and to have my old acrylic nails taken off. The lady that did my pedicure was kind but was clearly tired or she just wasn’t good . Looked worse after walking out than walking in. When it came down to removing my acrylics the other lady was extremely rude. She didn’t soak them off she TORE them off . It hurt and made my nails super brittle. She burnt me with the file and laughed when I said it. I also vocalized that it was scary how she was removing them. When they were off I asked for something on top of my natural nail to protect them after what they’ve been through . She didn’t ask if I wanted a color, she poorly put a clear shellac and didn’t take care of my poor nails. I walked out losing 70 DOLLARS. I demanded to speak to the owner and the person at the desk said call tomorrow and I left basically in tears. I called the next day and the owner wouldn’t be in until the weekend so they asked for pictures of my nails. They said they would fix it and never responded. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have been coming here for almost 3 years and I called on a Saturday to make an appointment with Lilly (who is awesome) and they were booked for her on Saturday. The person on the phone then offered up Sunday before 5 so I made an appointment. I came in and they said she wasnt there and that they had no techs available to do my dip manicure. Disappointed! Lilly has been my favorite tech for a long time to come get my nails done with but this was upsetting as I work multiple jobs and do have as much free time to move my appointments around.

This facility has a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are very nice and professional. My boyfriend and I received pedicures from Tom and Luna and they were wonderful. They both were patient, kind and friendly. They also held wonderful conversation with both my boyfriend and I. They took their time and truly gave us good quality pedicures. I would definitely recommend this place. This is one of the best nail salons that I’ve been to in a while and will definitely be coming back.

This salon was recommended by a friend. I made an appointment about a week in advance and the day of they cancelled on me due to the nail tech calling off. No one else could see me that same day nor the next.I made another appointment about a month later, 3 weeks in advance, for a full set and removal of what I have. I get there and apparently they only had me in for a removal. No one else said anything to me after that exchange and I waited 25 minutes after my appointment time (after getting there about 10 minutes early for it as well). At least letting me know how long the wait would be would have been courteous and professional. My time is just as valuable as theirs.

My experience here was good and bad. My nail tech did a fantastic job applying the set she gave me. They turned out beautifully. However I did require a removal first and rather than soaking off my old nails - which CAN be done, it just takes time and patience - both of which she didnt seem to have. She ripped my old set off my nails using a tip, shoving it underneath the old gel to pry them off. That is SO unprofessional and then to charge $5 for THAT service was LAUGHABLE.

Easily the best nail salon I have been to. I walked in they got me seated immediately and gave me a color swatch to choose for my pedicure, when it came to my ombré the lady who did my nails was sure to give me exactly what I asked for color and design . Everyone was so nice and really made sure I was happy with my service. I will definitely be returning:)

Can I just say this salon is thee worst! They will scam you out of as much money as possible! First they charged my daughter extra for coffin shaped nails even though the tips were already in that shape. They charged extra for keeping the nails long and they put glitter (another charge) on her nails even though she didnt ask for it. They also charged my daughters friend extra even though she had then short. Not long. When she gave then a $20 bill for tip and asked for $10 back They said they didnt have change. Really they? Almost $80 later for both of these girls...absolute rip off!

I brought my daughters in to get their nails done. I SPECIFALLY told them to NOT give my 9 year old daughter a manicure and to keep her nails the same length. Not only did they give her a manicure but they cut her length off to a stub. She was in tears. They also decided to give my 13 year old a design even though she did not ask for it. Needless to say I paid a lot of money that shouldnt have happened much less asked for. Place is a scam. Keep your money to go somewhere else. This company charges you for EVERYTHING and takes advantage of young ones who dont know how to speak up. Lesson learned I guess...OH even though I scheduled these appointments, when I was sitting down about to get my nails done the technician told me to sit in another chair while he took another woman who had just walked in the door. He knew her. Guess she was more important than taking care of all their clients.

Very busy, made a 6oclock appt and wasnt seen until 6.30 but once I was sat down it went smooth and quick. Mani/Pedi in an hour with decent quality work.Hot rocks werent hot but wax was scalding.She did pay very good attention to my warnings of having thin nails and did make sure to give them some support :)

I made an appointment for a pedicure at 7pm, arrived around 6:55pm, with two walk ins. The walk-ins were serviced right away, before me, while I waited until 7:15pm to be serviced. I’ve always thought appointments were to be serviced before walk-ins. Then, towards the end, I was rushed to pay because they were closing the register. Had I been serviced during my appointment time, I wouldn’t have been rushed. Not to mention, I wanted a wax service, but again, no time since I was serviced late.The actual nail tech was nice so I tipped her, but I’ll never come back.

I get my dip from Victoria every two weeks and they are always so beautiful. Always does great work even when I have crazy ideas. Only took her a few visits to learn my shape and length preference. Facility is clean and I feel safe visiting there.

The pedicure oooo my God I was not satisfied with care of my feet. I am good in them . The boy didnt know what he was doing at he need more training.

Ive gone maybe 4 times, They do a nice job on your nails, it is quality work. However they are rude and pushy. They stand around you and chat the whole time the nail tech is working . If you dont accept their up-sells like gel over normal polish they catch an attitude. They over charge too for shaping of the nail and silly things that they wont tell you until you go to pay and see how much it is.

All of their technicians are skilled. I only go here!

Lily was awesome. She took her time, and didn’t rush. If something wasn’t perfect she redid it. I’ll be back in three weeks

Ive been having Victoria do my nails and the other Lady, had done my Nails as well, but my daughter goes to her. Very sweet beautiful people, with Sense of humor and carry a conversations with you. Speak good English very well spoken and I Love it here! ❤ I will never change from going to this place. I had gone to the salon before and had an okay experience. But this time around I was thoroughly disappointed. Attached are images of what I wanted and what I got. I showed the nail tech the image from Pinterest, and I understood that it wouldnt be exactly the same but I expected it to be closer. I had grown my nails out for weeks before going in so that I wouldnt have to put tips on them. My nails were the same length as the Pinterest photo. My nail tech did not ask me any questions about shape or length until they were already to short and square. I thought she knew what I was going for because she saw the picture for references. I told her that I wanted them to be the same length but yet she still filed them down to be very stubby. I kept telling myself to trust the process but I guess I should not have. By the end I didnt want to waste anymore time to have them fixed because it had already felt rushed from the beginning and people were waiting. I am very disappointed by the outcome and are kinda embarrassed to have people see them.

Lily is the best! Her work is so clean and neat. I love my nails, can’t stop looking at them.. I got dip and change the shape and it was exactly what I wanted. Shes amazing book her!

This a very nice nail salon. Very clean and friendly. What I didnt like was they stopped working on a African American to start a Caucasian. This lady was almost finish but was stalled because another customer had a appointment. They were busy but I felt the lady should have been made to wait just like the others who came in with appointments and were understood everyone was busy. Amy did a good job on my nails but she asked me the name of the last place who did my name. I didnt divulge the name but its unprofessional. I plan on going back for a pedicure to see if theyre worth the change.

Loved this place! My mani pedi amazzzing!! The ladies do great work. I hadnt had my nails done in 20 years and I got the pink n white full set. I love them. With being a low maintenance girl they are perfect!!

I switched to this nail shop last month and im so glad i did. The first time i got the VIP pedi and eyebrow wax by Tia. She was really attentive and great with her hands. The only issue was a break down in communication on the design i wanted on my big toe however it was not a big enough deal as to where it ruined my visit or how great Tia did. Today i got a shellac manicure and deluxe pedi by Daisy and she was so amazing. She saw the polish needed to applied differently to come out correct so she fixed it and i appericate that. She was wonderful with my pedicure as well. Big thanks to both Tia and Daisy and i have found my new salon home.

I took my little sister here to get a full set and it was very clean and professional. Her nail tech (I think her name was Alicia) was very nice and professional. She seemed to care about the health of my sister’s actual nails. She also received a pedicure. My sister was very satisfied and even though I did not receive any services this day, I admired how they treated my sister and I plan to visit this place when I need mail nails done.

I love this nail shop. They have some great nail techs there with a great sense of what you want. So peaceful and just a positive environment. One day my blood sugar was a little low and the young lady upfront offered me half of her meal and bought me a drink. So kind and accommodating even when they dont have to be. I will always keep coming back. I even got my mom hooked on this shop. I have an even greater appreciation for their services since this pandemic.

The girl that did my nails used the electric tool and drug into my skin around my nails. They came out bleeding. I have been here several times before and never had this happen. I was kinda upset about it. She left me sitting in a chair while she worked on another person. No paper that had my cost on it or anything. I was not going to sit there for and wait. I always had good service but this one...not so good.

I had a great first experience here. They were busy when I walked in but they got me soaking my feet with no wait. Very nice and talkative staff. Manager/owner (maybe?) came over at the end of my manicure and personally asked how I liked it and how my visit was.

I apologize for the long review in advance but it’s important. And start my saying that I’ve been getting my nails done for 9 years (8 being with acrylic and 1 trying new things—dip and shellac—so I’ve been to quite a few places) I used to really talk up this salon, until my last 2 experiences. I wanted to get shellac and from the second I walked in the door I was being talked at very aggressively from two nail techs that I NEEDED to do dip. I have done dip in the past and it didn’t work for me. Which I explained. ( i have very thin nails) The nail tech who was being significantly more pushy was actually the one who had done dip for me in the past and it had chipped off or broken off within the week. So i didn’t want it and i did shellac. (Which I’ve been doing since September) so During my whole nail appointment 3 nails techs talked about me and how I didn’t get dip. (Which makes for a very unpleasant appointment) The tech who was doing my nails talked at me the whole time about how i really need to do dip instead very rudely my whole manicure. so i finally said fine do dip and she said “no you said you wanted shellac” and that she wouldn’t do dip for me after telling me the whole time i need it. One day after my appointment 2 of my nails chipped so i went back and had them fixed.(literally less than 24 hours) The nail tech who had done my dip before and was the most aggressive about me getting dip again was the one to fix them. She lectured me the whole time that she was fixing my nail that I needed to do dip. I reminded her I don’t like it and she continued to have the biggest attitude. I am now one week later with 2 more chipped nails and one nail all together that has lost the entire polish. I have never had this happen and I can only think this manicure was done poorly on purpose do to me not wanting dip. I will not go back to this salon and neither should you. They are rude. They only care about making you spend the most money and they are entitled for no reason. Nails are expensive and should be done in a quality manner. But they are not from here

Unfortunately, I will have to stop coming to the nail lounge after being a loyal customer for over a year and a half. My last two experiences were terrible and so were my nails. A few weeks ago I had dip manicure done, and asked if I should do shellac instead because I was worried about it cracking. They said no do dip so a did. Less than a week later they crack and two of the dip nails had come off completely. I send an email to them and after five days of waiting for a response, nothing. I go back in and get a full set of acrylics done because I figure theres less of a chance for manicure to come off. Well I sure was wrong. Once again, around a week later, two of my nails pop off. Yes, pop off! Acrylics shouldnt do that! After spending this much money there I feel like my nails should not be popping off no matter what kind of manicure I get. They only get three stars because I love one lady in particular that does my shellac pedicure! However, because of the situation with my hands, I will have to find another salon for both of my services.ETA: Kathy is the name of the lady that does my pedicures. She is amazing and my toes stay perfect.

Tom did my pedicure & it was perfect! He took his time, I feel like sometimes places rush with the lotion/exfoliating so you don’t enjoy it enough. But, Tom was great!!

Amazing salon!! Great service!! It was my third time there 5/10/19 got a shellac manicure and deluxe pedicure. They got me in right away as I was a walk in. I recommend going in right when they open if you don’t have an appointment as they get quite busy. There were so many colors to choose from and the person who did my nails always made sure I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time. He took his time and I didn’t feel rushed at all . I also love that they autoclave and sanitize all of their tools they open the fresh sanitized tools right in front of you. The vibe is great I will be back again

I have tried many nail salons in the area. This is the best by far! They specialize in Dip Manicures and really know what they are doing. I prefer French tip dips, and they do a great job on this harder style and can even do ombre manicures which look beautiful. If you take the time to know your nail tech, they will know how to best apply the dip for your lifestyle and preferences. They know how thick to make the dip (some people prefer thin because it looks more natural but it breaks easier. Other people prefer thick so your nails are tougher and wont break). Nail Lounge can do it all!

This is my second time here and I got the BEST nail service that I have ever had.. Victoria was the amazing woman who did my nails and I cannot Express how absolutely astounding my nails turned out. Every single nail is literally perfect and even with one another. The color is a beautiful ombré and she added an amazing flower design to it. I will be going to her from now on. I could see the hard work she put into these nails;, she truly cares and loves what she does. I wish I could give 100 stars!!! Thank you again!!!!

While getting another color of shellac, I had an awful experience during which I waited for 1.5 hours, my natural nails were damaged, and the staff lied to me.I came in at 11:30 and the staff told me the wait would be 25 minutes, but the nail tech, Anthony, didnt even come until 1. According to the shellac manufacturer website, there are two ways to removed shellac, both involving waiting for 10 minutes for the polish to breakdown.The Experience: The nail tech was in a rush and he did not removed the preexisting shellac properly. He used a drill on my natural nails creating damaged that is irreversible. I might as well have just peeled them off. I asked him using a drill would damaged my nails, but he and the nail tech next to him both lied and said no. Lastly, he was in such a rush to get to the next customer that he did not do my accent nail. After being lied to and disrespected many times, I just wanted to leave and did not bother to remind him.I am only sharing my experience to make others aware of the malpractice and disrespect that goes on at this salon. I was not valued as a customer and because of this, I will not be returning.

Today was my first time trying this nail salon and I am thoroughly pleased! Everyone was super friendly and it’s a beautiful salon! We were greeted immediately by the receptionist who took the time to make sure our water temp was perfect and offered us something to drink. My son and I both received pedicures, from Calvin and Hanj and they both did an awesome job! The massage Calvin gave felt amazing! Very pleased with the entire experience & my toes look so cute! I have been in search of the best nail salon in GR. I believe I finally found it, YAY! I was first time client but was treated like a long time friend. The environment was relaxing and very clean. I get my dip redone every 2/3 weeks I look for salons that offer quality services in a timely manner. I made an appointment for 4:30 and was on my way by 5:45. I’m pleased as punch and will be returning.

Annie helped me out on my last visit, and was not only very kind, but was very careful to make sure I got the type of manicure I wanted! Was given a different color than the one I had originally picked...when I pointed this out I was told that they had ran out of that color. I should have been asked to pick a different color but wasn’t asked, the woman just applied a very ugly orange thinking I wouldn’t notice and I’m super dissatisfied and disappointed considering what I paid...also did not push my cuticles back for my manicure or pedicure. Atmosphere was nice...the only reason this place is getting two stars.

Was excited to try this place because of the reviews but unfortunately was disappointed. Felt like the woman rushed through my pedicure. I had mad an appointments ahead of time for me and my friend (for her birthday) and her pedicure wasn’t started until I was already half was done, because her person wasn’t there. I had nail polish around my nails that she didn’t bother to clean up. Since I was done first I sat and waiting next to my friend and once she finished her guy helped carry her stuff and turned on the fan for her to dry her feet under, which I had to figure out how to turn mine on myself. Overall just a disappointing experience. Will not be back.

Fantastic environment, calm and clean. Great prices. Listened to what I wanted and asked a couple of times if I was happy with the shape/length of my nails to make sure they were how I wanted. Very impressed with the customer service, prices and cleanliness. This will be my new nail salon.

The salon is nice and spacious but it’s almost too big for it to run efficiently. I was forgotten about when it came time to get my hands done so that was frustrating. My Shellac manicure didn’t even last a week. Won’t ever go back not even to get my nails fixed.

My first time here. I got fill-in and pedicure by Victoria. Shes very talented with her nail creations. I will be returning again to see her. I found a new nail tech😁

Great environment and friendly staff! Got helped right away, chose my color and got seated and started with Kim. She was amazing!! Good conversation and she listened to what I wanted and nailed it!! I will be back! Thank you!

Every time I get a pedicure, I get it done by Annie. She is always so nice and very attentive to details to make sure I’m happy with my service. Today was no different, she treated me with respect, which is why I always request her for my pedicures.
