I called to make an appointment, I asked if someone would be free in 20 mins and they said okay that’s fine we will help you when you get here. Once I arrived I sat for another 25 mins, had to eventually leave cause I had plans afterward and wouldn’t be done in time. I was very upset over this because it’s rare I get time to myself. The timing was very poor and if they are busy they need to be more honest and realistic with times.

I love coming to get my nails done here! Everyone makes you feel right at home like youre family! The Customer service is amazing and Trish and the gang really take you into consideration and give you the best possible service! Daily Nails Spa is the best place I have ever gone to in my life. Hands down! The owner Trish is so friendly and professional. In all the years that i have gone to Daily Nails for service it felt like home. Trish has even open the salon early for me because I had other things during the day that didnt allow me to go in later and i really needed to have some nails fixed. For just ONE nail she opened early so that I could go in and still go about my day without messing up the other things I had to do. She was amazing! Natalie was there also and since i was there I asked for a facial. With no hesitation Natalie took care of me. Trish has never treated anyone with disrespect. If anyone says otherwise is clearly a liar that has some kind of hatred towards Trish. To that person I say grow up and take your cheap ass else where.

Very pleasant people, always up for a fun conversation and they always take their time and do their best work every time. 10/10 would recommend!

I loved the times that I went in there, however I never made an appointment, so whenever I got Trish I felt like I was rushed. I called today to tell her I had mold and hair under my dip, because I didn’t get a fresh dip the last time it was too thick and it lifted (I posted a pic). She touched up the bottom and added designs, and charges me $48 when she charged me that same price for a fresh set with the design and bling before. I feel taken advantage of and bothered that she didn’t seem to care about the damage to my natural nail.

I love this place.. They arent over expensive, but great quality, great service. The owner is hilarious and always goes above and beyond to please her clients.. I have personally seen her take clients after hours just to accommodate. I am so glad I found them.

Got my nails done on February 3 and my nail broke off the next day and I have asked them to fix it or refund me and they wont do either one I payed 60 dollars and now there all loose and about to fall off if u need ur nails done dont go to them and they also hung up on me when I asked for a refund over the phone if u need a good nail salon go to amy at jv nails

I have been going to this shop since Trish became the owner. I luv them😍. Trish & her staff takes good care of you . She will make sure you are satisfied with your nails . The shop is clean, very comfortable . Massage chairs feel good on your back while you wait . You need nails done see Trish or her sis Natalie . You want a good pedicure with foot massage ask for que... you will leave the shop satisfied 😍

I don’t know about these negative reviews but I can assure you that is not Trish or any of the employees at this salon. Trish makes you feel like family she’s extremely outgoing and fun and a good person to be around all her employees are they create a relaxed and fun environment. As far as blowing up someone’s phone Trish is to busy running her own business to worry about what one Person says!

Every time I go in for a nail treatment Trish and her team do a PHENOMENAL job. Whether it’s just basic color, or nail art designs everything is flawless. Plus they offer frequen customer punch cards for $ off once your punch card is full!

I guess Trish is the owner well she is very unprofessional 100%. She rushed to do my nails cut my finger and laughed it off as if it was a joke. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable when she was making racial jokes and being very disrespectful to other black customers. A lot of the stuff she said and did was uncalled for. She blames another shop for giving me mold on my nail and try to over charge me. Keep in mind this was my 1st time coming here. If you want good customer service THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO COME!!!!.

Went in today and Lee did my pedi. She was very gentle and kind. Very happy with my pedi. Then Natalie did my full set and eyebrows. She asked often if i was doing ok and if i liked the way she did my nails. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. This was the first time in 4 years that i got a full set. Im very happy and i will never go to another salon again.

I went in to get my nails done and I have been there once before but did not go back due to travels. This last time I was not satisfied with the service so I called Trish two days after getting my nails done for her to repair the 3 nails that broke and she first cussed at me and said I was lying and that I did not get my nails done at her shop. I told her I would send the pictures of my nails to prove to her that she in fact did do my nails. After going back and forward over her poor job I left all well alone. a day later trish called my phone NON STOP threatening me saying she was going to sue me because I was telling people NOT to go to her shop. I have more than 4 voicemails of her saying I would hear from her lawyer on top of 17 text messages from her threatening me. I HAVE A RIGHT TO EXPRESS THE POOR SERVICE YOU GAVE TO ME AND I HAVE THE RIGHT VOICE MY Opinion. Trish you have NO right to call my phone NON STOP threatening me with pettiness just because you dont like what have to say does not give you the right to threaten me at all. This is beyond unprofessional and is considered harassment. If you call my phone or text me or leave me another voicemail I will be involving the police with all the voicemails and text as my poor. Buyer beware

Firstly by being rude saying I look high & telling me I probably smoke alot of pot ND could use that money on buying my girlfriend that I was there with a ring .. that is not her place!! Oh not to mention my gf had mold on her nails for 2 weeks bc.. shes too lazy & in a rush half the time . I would rate no stars .
